Ryan Reynolds Has FireFlies in His Garden

Canadian hottie Ryan Reynolds (in a new pair of specs) films scenes from his upcoming movie Fireflies in the Garden at the University of Texas in Austin on Tuesday.

Other co-stars include Julia Roberts, Heroes‘ Hayden Panettiere, Fantastic Four’s Ioan Gruffudd, The Matrix’s Carrie-Anne Moss, Willem Dafoe, Emily Watson, and Shannon Lucio (she was also on set with Ryan yesterday wearing a white blazer, purple skirt and black flats).

This will be Dennis Lee’s directorial debut from a screenplay he wrote. The semi-autobiographical story is loosely based on Lee’s life and explores the complexities of love and commitment in a family torn apart when faced with an unexpected tragedy.

Fireflies in the Garden is set for a 2008 release.

I was there, I was one of the extras… they had me walking back and forth; take after take… it got old after a while but I got paid $75 for it.

He seemed like a cool dude, on the breaks, smoking.

Is he smoking? I hope that is for a roll. I usually think he is super hot, but if keeps being photographed smoking that’ll drop his sexy factor. I love the beard though…

Mia, at first he looked intimidating.
It was hot, and the shots were of him sitting on the stairs, under the sun, talking to Ioan Gruffudd who was also on the set.

After a while you could tell he was getting tired and on the breaks he smoked, and the make up person retouched him etc..

Hollywood stars are striking in person, or at least he was…

He may smoke for that roll, but he really does smoke in real life. I happen to think it is kinda hott…but I am not fond of him ruining his health.

I live in little ole Bastrop, TX and they are here right now filming this Movie. Julia was spotted in our HEB. They are filming it about 3 blocks from my house. I wasn’t really sure what the movie was about I just knew Julia was it, so I did a search and found this site. Loved Reynolds in Blade, Loved Hayden on Guiding Light, Loved Carrie in the Matrix, Loved William in The Clearing, and love Julia in EVERYTHING
