Yuck to the pics of her in the grey swearthirt. LOL!!!! She should be the sopkesperson for Louboutin shoes, cause 1) I adore them and 2) she wears them in MMS. You can see then especially at the end of MMS when she swings her foot up and down during the marriage counseling scene just high enough to reveal the tell tale Louboutin red sole. I’m digging the Farah Diba hairstyle in the other pics. It’s very regal and she can carry those grand looks better than anyone without making it look dated.

She looks good, like she put on some weight. Can’t wait to see the ads.

I totally agree with you Susie, black used to be her color but now a days it just ages or and makes her look old lady like. Something a grandmother would wear. This week, we spoke to Ronn Torossian, head of 5WPR and onetime flack for Pamela Anderson and Lil’ Kim; we also enlisted Lizzie Grubman, the Power Girl whose client list has included Britney Spears, Jay-Z, and the Backstreet Boys. Though both publicists could agree on Angelina’s good deeds and general hotness, they had very different opinions on how she has handled her press in recent weeks. Below, our inaugural PR/ER faceoff.
On the People photo deals
Torossian: “She’s free to give the photos to whomever she likes. Is she really going to give the images to the mags who publish rumors about her and say she’s manipulating people? I appreciate clients who want to control their own content. My struggle with journalists is: how much do I get and how much do I give? Angelina gives to People because they are one of the biggest publications in the country. She’s getting a lot back from them. I wouldn’t be upset to rep an A-level superstar who controls her own content. I think she’s doing something different.”
Grubman: “I understand what she’s doing in terms of selling her photos, but she should be doing it to all the pubs. It’s the number one rule in PR to have good relationships with everybody. You should always have an equal relationship with each publication. I don’t know why any celeb would want to be pigeonholed like that! Yes, she’s royalty so she can get away with it, but I really don’t agree with most actors controlling their press.”
On Angelina’s enduring appeal
Torossian: “Here’s the thing with celebrities One talks about Jenna Jameson’s brand a lot different than one talks about Ellen De Generes’s. You need to realize: celebs are brands. Angelina Jolie is breasts, lips, and thighs. She is sexiness, okay? And sexy people can get away with a lot more. And having Brad by her side doesn’t hurt. Yeah, he’s not the most hetero, but he calms her. I don’t care if she keeps adopting —what’s hanging on her neck is young kids, not her brother’s tongue, and that’s a big step for me. She has done a great job turning her image around.”
Grubman: “I think she’s grown up; she’s in a serious relationship. She’s a totally different person than she was, and no one should take all the wonderful things away from her. That being said, she should show the public more of who she is. We want to know, who is Angelina as a person?”
On Angie, mother figure
Torossian: “I think it’s real, it’s authentic. We urge celebs to tell the truth, good or bad. I think the brand you see of Angelina at the U.N. or as a mother are real. Her love is not contrived, it’s not Tom Cruise jumping up on Oprah’s couch. Seeing her run around in Africa with children is better than seeing her covered with tattoos and making out with her brother on the red carpet.”
Grubman: “I think she does so much good stuff and it’s sad how she is portrayed, but it’s her own fault, because she is so protected and guarded. Have you noticed there are no pictures of her family interacting all together? It’s always in twos or threes. The public wants to know what it’s like to be in a large family, how are the kids getting along, and what it’s like to have new additions, etc. How is Shiloh getting along with Pax? That kind of thing. When you leave so much up for question, there’s a lot of speculation. And when you leave things open for speculation, people are going to make their own judgments.”
On her next step
Torossian: “She’s doing a great job already. She’s in the sexiest couple in America. Angelina had a minute where she was more than a little eccentric. She was weird. She wore blood vials. And now, she’s an ambassador. You want to tell me she hasn’t turned her brand around?”
Grubman: “People like a human story. No one can be too perfect. Angelina needs to come out, maybe on a family vacation, and show that she is a real person. Another thing that would be great is if she went to an orphanage in America for once. That wouldn’t be a bad thing at all.”

One of the multiple reasons I love this family is because they are always going against the odds and against the “plans” others are putting on them. They have their own rules and that’s it. They don’t follow anybody. They are simply doing what the fcuck they want to do and I adore them for that.

They are saying that the does not want his new son. Would you not think that he would make some kind of a statement about this. How about an official statement that he is adopting him and having his name added like the other children? Not one word from Brad on this. This just makes the public believe that he really doesn’t want him.

However he also never lifts a finger to ever support the one he loves when the press turns on his partner. Sad.

Notice how all the interviews have Angie stating that she loes him and the family, etc. All the people quotes are from Angie. Brad doesn’t talk much. Has yet to say he loves her, etc. Maybe you guys think that this is wonderful. However I hope that most women out there want a partner who cares enough to defend them when people turn on them. I know that I do.

Well.. Angie is just amazingly beautiful according to many people who have met her and worked with her. That is one thing they all mention. We have seen her body too and she maybe has a scar maybe two.. that is called life. who doesnt?

Her weight does go up and down.. she is a naturally thin woman. Of course her mother’s illness and death possibly contributed to her losing a few lbs. Still, she is far from anorexic. Remember how she looked during her press for Girl Interrupted? Another pretty thin period. Regardless of her weight, she is still one of the most beautiful women in the world.

Angelina is a bit hin now,but she has been thin before. During the girl interrupted stage, the gone in sixty seconds stage, I think she was thinner then than now. She was defintely thin on beyond borders, even the director for TR3 said she had to put on weight because she had been filming in Africa about starvation and she was quite thin when she came back. Her weight started to plummet in 05. I will say it may have been a combination of her having to play characters like AMH and TGS where the women were thin and more than likely stress. She did gain some weight from pregnacy but she lost it back again maybe trying to lose baby fat and from taking care of small babies and again stress.Who knows why she lost again but she looks and healthy and she probably will have to gain for her next role and that can be done very easily with her. I have seen her very thin and just a little to fat that she looked funny. But all in all she has never taken a bad photo she is a very beautiful woman. I think she is picking up a little. And as for the comments mad about Brad. I think the article where the 2 publicists are speaking, I think there is one truth said when he remarked that Angie is so protected and guarded and shares so little about her private life now people will just make up and speculate to sell their magazines. I don’t think she should open up about anything else. After the backlash she got when she did open up in Vogue she won’t do it again through an interview w/ a mag. Also the one she gave and they distorted her words about Madonna and about her own daughter she simply doesn’t trust them and who could blame her. SHe is orchestrating her own media coverage and they hate her for that. WHy because they won’t make money off of her. I meant freedom of speech. She wouldn’t speak as freely or as candidly if she had a publicist. Onto your other point, it is kind of sad that she’s always had to rely on herself. Jubilie, just finished reading the article by http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2007/04/pr-er-angelina-jolie.php and couldn’t help but notice the more negative publicist had Britney as a client. Her tone seemed to indicate clients needs to be managed. I found her opinion very patronizing. I wonder if she is really speaking for Angie or for her past experience with a train wreck like Britney. Once again someone thinks Angie needs to be handled. Hollywood must be stranger than I can imagine.

I just finish watching a latin show from the network UNIVISION called “Cotorreando” (in english means “chattering”) and they reported as “authentic news” the tabloid report of IN TOUCH Weekly about Brad and Angie suppodsely not having sex anymore!! Yeah, can you believe that they reported this TRASH like legitimize news??

It really makes me so angry that this damn tv shows report what tabloids say!! And people who doesn’t know better… actually believe this trash!!

I think Angelina is slim, but not anorexic. Angelina has always been slim. I have seen her slimmer in the past though she is slimmer than her average over the years. she still looks great. also with all the photos of her holding her chidren she clearly is healthy or she would not be able to hold them very long.
