Fashion Faceoff: Christian Lacroix Dress
Spider-Man star Kirsten Dunst wears modified Christian Lacroix Spring 2007 Couture to the world premiere of Spider-Man 3 in Tokyo, Japan on Monday.
Who wears it best? KIRSTEN DUNST or THE RUNWAY MODEL?

Maybe its the angle but Kiki’s version makes her look 18 months pregnant. The model’s straps are just at the right position but Kiki’s look like they are too loose on her.
In short Kirsten looses some points but I like the color on her better.

I think it’s pretty obvious that the answer is ALWAYS the other person looks better wearing the same dress Kirsten Dunst is wearing.
I’d say it’s 50/50.
Kirsten doesn’t look as bad as some other people who’re going head to head with the catwalk version.

Totally Kirsten, she’s fabulous.
I agree with Margie. Usually, the dresses on the celebrities look much worse than the dresses on the models (e.g. academy awards). But this time, I have to say Kirsten pulled it off well. But I honestly don’t think she should have worn it for the premiere. It doesn’t suit the occasion.
The model probably looks better, but I like the color pink better than the yellow…it’s really hard to tell though b/c the model is in movement so the dress is flowing backwards…Kirsten is standing still…plus the angles are different…if they were both standing straight on, same angle the view would be better…
First off, it’s an ugly dress to begin with. Secondly, the pink color on Kirsten’s dress is prettier than that canary yellow. Lastly, the model wore it better due to the fact that she has a leaner body and the gown drapes on her better.
I like Kiki’s color and I love the dress but the model looks better. Kiki needs to do something to that very, very stringy hair of hers. Looks terrible.
The model wears it better–because her dress is shorter than Kirsten’s and there is less fabric at the bottom, which helps emphasize the strong V shape.
Kirsten’s pink looks beautiful on her. The model’s canary yellow is harsh–a tough color for anyone to look good in–it makes her look like a bird!

her body is way too weird and not tight to make an outfit look great.
And her hair and face doesn’t help either.
i think Kirsten should wear bright colours in oreder to look alive.
I agree about the hair for sure (it could have been swept up instead of hanging so flat), but to make a comment on what her face looks like or the shape of her body…like we can help what we look like or what we’re shaped like? Come on, don’t be so damn mean to the girl…so, she should run out with the rest of the plastic barbie’s and get work done???…I wasn’t aware this discussion was about beauty…I thought it was about the dress…please…stick to the fashion…
Kirsten definitely looks better…why, just check out what a good job that dress is doing at hiding her beer gut. Luv ya, Keerst!
