Jonathan Rhys Meyers: It’s Like Having Sex in Walmart
Awesomely cheek-boned Jonathan Rhys-Meyers stops by and talks about the kings he’s portrayed during his acting career including Elvis Presley and King Henry VIII in The Tudors, on Showtime now.
The 29-year-old Irish hunk also gave his infamous Woody Allen impression, then jokingly apologizes to the famed director.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers is a wonderful actor. I love him in Match Point. I think he’ll be great as King Henry VIII.

Gosh, it’s so weird. Four years ago, no one had ever heard of him, and now he’s on all these chat shows! He’s certainly aged so well over time and is suitably humble and still as funny and charming. Loves.
I missed his appearance on Ellen so thank you Jared!!! Jonathan is an excellent actor and I’m glad he is getting recognized more and more. And the fact that he is absolutely gorgeous :P
I adore that man.
With all his looks and charm, he comes across as a very serious and hard working actor. Also he seems very grounded — I always think European men mature (psychologically) a lot quicker than American male.
Saw Ellen yesterday and was thrilled that JRM was on! Okay ladies, how do we clone this man? :-) He is absolutely yummy and seems to be a very down to earth guy as well. And don’t even get me started on that sexy accent…
right. I wonder, why all the favorable critics and comments about JRM are signed by women?
Yeah, he is good looking, I think he was hottest in Bend In Like Beckham as the soccer coach and Vanity Fair as a soldier. Theres something about JRM I dont like and I cant put my finger on it.
He is a little feminine..I think that’s what you can’t put your finger on Natalie.
He is interesting… I like how his body language is kind of coming on to Ellen and getting up in her personal space, but she is charmed by him so thats a relief. Surprised by the impersonation, but I have never seen any of his movies.

man ever since i laid my eyes on him in bend it like beckham i haven’t been able 2 take them off. i always said to myself that he was unique and a really good actor and was going to be really famous one day. i usually am right bout these things and am soo happy for all the publicity he is getting. god he is gorgeous!

This guy is an interesting, very complex actor, depending on the film hes in. Lately his choice in films are as tacky and commercial as the cake makeup he wears to cover up all the debauchery. Its clear he is a bisexual. Also very disturbing is the old ***** Cork farmer, Croft. Who Jonathan chose to move in with when he was a teenager. Croft was recently jailed in Morocco for abusing little boys. I read Jonathan still stays in Crofts house when hes in Cork….not so sure about JRM
