They don’t call her Cate the Great for nothing!
Cate Blanchett (in in Rue du Mail by Martine Sitbon) rings the style gong once again at the unveiling of a new line by watch maker IWC Schaffhausen held at the Geneva Palaexpo on Tuesday in Geneva, Switzerland.
The print on her black-and-white number looks like a cicada, the loudest sound-producing bug in the world.

This woman is perfect in every way.
Cate was amazing. I like her just the way I like Angelina Jolie. but Cate was must luckier than Angie, she had the freedom of doing anything not being bash by the tab. media. She’s a mother of 2, she’s working back to back projects , she was everywhere , the last time we saw her she was in Paris attending a launch party, her husband was home base in Australia. but we didn’t heard anyone questioning her parenting skills, nor her marriage. While Angie was just doing one film this year, taking 1 week off to Vietnam and another 5 days to Chad for charity work. the rest of her time she was spending with Brad and the kids. but for working mom like Cate is OK to be separated from her kids and hubby for a while but in Angie’s case, she was abandoning her kids and Brad. she’s not a good mother…blahblahblah. double standard in the maximum!

I love those watches, i’m a big fan of it….But i think they could choose other celebrities to be the face of it. Don’t think Cate or Ronan or Kevin can pull it…but let’s see…
cate is aussie so she is great as Kidman or Watts, but her sense of style is bad in my opinion…

I think Cate pretends too much, she tries to be perfect and unique but she isn’t.She should be natural and just a normal woman.

Comparing Angie and Cate is like comparing apples and oranges. As much as I admire Angelina, she shouldn’t say she’s going to do things and then not follow through - that puts her up for all the criticism she gets. Cate doesn’t do that and she doesn’t put her personal life out there. If you know anything about her, you’d know she takes her two young boys to the set all the time and spends a lot of time with them - her and her husband pride themselves on not having a nanny, they do it all for themselves.
Thandie Newton is flawless as usual. Love Thandie and Cate!

Yeah she did, she talked about it in her Vogue interview last year and there are candids with both boys on the sets. I disagree, she can be at the top of her game with both, and she is. She normally doesn’t, but starting next year, she’s only going to be able to spend just a little time filming movies due to working for the STC - Sydney Theatre Company. Make sure you’re informed before you have such opinions.
I’m sorry but i don’t agree madison.She can’t do both things because in the sets she is acting, and as we now the actors have all day full shooting and shooting.
I can tell you she says she will slow down, but she will do three films i’m sure.She can’t stop because film is the most important thing to her.

Hollie you took my words.I’m tired of this perfect and innocent Cate.In this last year she became a different person, i think she is not the same!I want the same Cate of Elizabeth, not this product os Hollywood!

She has impeccable style and grace. This is a very artistic dress which she pulls off with sheer class.
