Want To Give Vartan a Hand?
Former Alias spy Michael Vartan wears his sports injuries like badges of honor while dining at West Hollywood eatery Toast with the guys on Tuesday.
The 38-year-old hockey enthusiast had old ligament damage repaired to both of his hands at once — his mitts were wrapped in gauze and black electrical tape. Vartan’s been pucking around too much on the ice rink!
Anyone want to nurse this hottie back to health?

Walking Cripple? You know, JJ, there’s a whole world of vocabulary out there; I’m sure that a better phrase than ‘walking cripple’ was available. Still, what ever makes a catchy and stupid headline I guess. The guy broke two fingers, he didn’t fracture his spine, and even if he did, that phrase is ignorant and insensitive. I’m assuming you have a college education, you should try using it.

It’s about time we got some photos of Michael. Love him! And, Jared, your title sucks. He’s not a cripple. In fact, seems like he’s doing better than most would be doing with both hands in a cast but I would gladly volunteer to help him in any way possible.

Don’t like the title. Should get your facts straight. Michael had some old ligament damage repaired and what a man to have both hands done at the one time - he must have been in some pain. And yes I think many many many women would happily lend a hand to help him out. Hope he has a quick recovery and cannot wait to see him on the screen again.
He is a good actor, but I fail to see his appeal.

poor guy has been ladled with injuries, he’s getting thinner he’s probably not eating right. he really needs a woman to take care of him. i’d like to volunteer for the job! ;)

Love, love, love Michael Vartan. Could not agree more with Another Cynthia about his appeal being much broader than his fantastic looks. The more you see and hear his interviews, the more you get how great a person he is. Yeah, I’d give just about anything to nurse him - or just see him in person!! And I can’t wait for his two movies to come out and his ABC series in the fall - have to assume ABC won’t be an idiot twice!
MV is one gorgeous man! Considering the amount of pain and aggravation he’s probably going through, I can forgive him the unfortunate wardrobe choice. I’d gladly volunteer to give him a helping hand!
Jo Says, I totally forgive him for his wardrobe choice. Been there, done that with ligament surgery, which is very painful. One hand is bad enough but he was very brave having both hands done. I can certainly see why he’s not wearing jeans. It’s pretty tough zipping/unzipping, buttoning/unbottoning when it’s time to potty. Love him…he’s a great guy!
This is one gorgeous man, but more importantly, seems like a genuinely wonderful guy. Modest, witty, unassuming, intelligent–he’s a complete packge. I can’t wait to see his two new films and hope his pilot is picked up because I miss seeing him on a regular basis on tv. He was the only reason I watched the nonsense that was Alias, and I don’t think I’m alone in that. Wish the people at ABC had realized how important his appeal was to the show.

Totally agree with Amy. Alias became SO painful the last 3 seasons - especially the last 2 - that I wanted to spare myself but cannot - repeat cannot - miss Michael Vartan in anything. I didn’t watch the episodes he was killed of off, however - I came back when he came back!
