Walking Cripple? You know, JJ, there’s a whole world of vocabulary out there; I’m sure that a better phrase than ‘walking cripple’ was available. Still, what ever makes a catchy and stupid headline I guess. The guy broke two fingers, he didn’t fracture his spine, and even if he did, that phrase is ignorant and insensitive. I’m assuming you have a college education, you should try using it.

However, he is not just physically attractive, but, more importantly, seems such a quietly charismatic, likeable and generous person.

MV is one gorgeous man! Considering the amount of pain and aggravation he’s probably going through, I can forgive him the unfortunate wardrobe choice. I’d gladly volunteer to give him a helping hand!

This is one gorgeous man, but more importantly, seems like a genuinely wonderful guy. Modest, witty, unassuming, intelligent–he’s a complete packge. I can’t wait to see his two new films and hope his pilot is picked up because I miss seeing him on a regular basis on tv. He was the only reason I watched the nonsense that was Alias, and I don’t think I’m alone in that. Wish the people at ABC had realized how important his appeal was to the show.

Mikey disses his birth country, saying that he does not have “an ounce of French blood”, and is a “Polish Jew who happens to be born in France”. At the age of 18, he moved to be with his mother in America in order to dodge the draft in France, not wanting to do the mandatory military service required of all French citizens.

After many minor roles, Vartan stumbled onto Never Been Kissed and then Alias. After manipulating rival Bradley Cooper into a minor player status, Michael then weaseled his way into Jennifer Garner’s life knowing she was married to Scott Foley. Taking advantage of Jen’s open nature, he gained her trust and at the same time, higher status on the show.

Seeing that Alias was suffering declining ratings, opportunistic Vartan choose to abandon the show in order to star in the Australian movie, Rogue. He allowed unfounded rumours to circulated that he was fired, while paradoxically admitting the truth that his relationship to Jennifer Garner wasn’t serious and that he was happy for her.

Michael returned to Alias as the production team intended him to do, to finish off the series.

Fans tend to excuse his lifestyle of drinking, gambling and womanizing, by projecting his Vaughn character to the man.

Vartan is now playing the second lead in the Fall series, Big Shots. The network has high hopes for the appeal of their two leads. However, the show has strong competition and weak critical reviews.
