Brad & Angelina to do the Cannes Cannes

Forget Angelina Jolie, the person Brad Pitt can’t seem to live without is George Clooney. At least on the big screen.

The Ocean’s Thirteen duo has teamed up yet again, this time for Burn After Reading, a black comedy—what else?—from the Coen brothers.

Details of the story are scarce at best, although per the Hollywood Reporter, the film will be set in the world of the CIA and follows an agent who loses a disc which contains a tell-all book he’s been writing about his work and life.

Clooney will play the role of the agent, but it’s unknown exactly how Pitt will factor into the film.

Also on board is frequent Coen muse and director Joel Coen’s wife, Frances McDormand.

Joel and brother Ethan cowrote the secretive script, which marks the fraternal pair’s first original screenplay offering since 2001’s O Brother, Where Art Thou?, a film that also marked the first of what will now be three big screen outings with Clooney.

After O Brother, the threesome reteamed up for 2003’s Intolerable Cruelty. Burn After Reading marks just the first time the brothers have worked with Pitt.

The movie is expected to go into production in Los Angeles this August.

However, the would-be collaborators may be meeting up before then.

The parties are all expected to convene in Cannes next month to promote several high-profile projects.

While dueling Sexiest Men Alive Pitt and Clooney will walk the Riviera’s red carpet in support of Ocean’s Thirteen, Pitt will also surely cause a media sensation when he and Jolie premiere A Mighty Heart at the south of France festival May 16. The film, produced by Pitt’s Plan B, stars Jolie as the widow of murdered Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl. Both will screen out of competition at the 60th edition of the venerable fest.

The Coen brothers’ latest offering, however, will be vying for the coveted Palme d’Or with cthe rime drama No Country for Old Men, a blood-soaked adaptation of the Cormac McCarthy novel.

Scrolling back…I know a few here don’t care for conspiracy theories - but “Iwon’tseemovie” is one of the few PAID FOR HATER TROLLS that HUVANE hires to REGULARLY TROLL THIS BOARD and instigate TROUBLE. They’ve been given orders: they are the same people that kicked up dust ON THE WEB 7 months ago when it was learned that A MIGHTY HEART was going to Angelina.

*(BY THE WAY, There were NO ‘black online communities’ who objected to A MIGHTY HEART, one HATER blogger and faniston, managed to get a blurb objecting to the casting onto msnbc. IT WAS A PLANT. Msnbc, framed it AS IF this black online community was upset that Marianne Pearl was being played by Jolie and linked a black site. Only prob is when you actually went to the site, you had ALL these black people calling the author of the blurb ridiculous and saying they had NO PROBLEMS with Angelina Jolie playing marianne! Hahaha! It was once again a HATER SETUP.)

They do it SO QUICKLY because THEY MONITOR US for HUVANE & CO, and have TALKING POINTS, that’s why.

Think people! LOL They are gearing up. Only this time, it’s gonna get TRACKED right back to Huvane AND Aniston, and SHE is going to end up looking like one desperate fool.

It’s like Patricia Heaton crying over being robbed of the Hil Swank lead in Boys Don’t Cry. It’s like Tina Yothers being jealous of ScarJo. COME ON PEOPLE. Wake up. This is someone on the cast of an ensemble sit-com VS an OSCAR WINNING ACTRESS who started at the LEE STRASBERG INSTITUTE when she was 11!!

Plus, I think the backlash against the tabloids and haters over Angelina being demonized by them, will actually propel the legitimate media/press to slavish her with good press for her life, her work, and this movie.

It is funny how when one poster post a remark, conspiracy or otherwise, immediately a rebuttal and the Looney label. However, you never read a post from these people protesting the nasty and racist comments made against the children. We are talking about adults here. I guess if Lainey and other bloggers can have their conspiracy theories, what is one more to the mix. AJ has proven to be more than capable of playing this role. She is a talented actress and Mrs. Pearl gave her approval. This subject has been debated numerous times. However, it is a moot point because the movie has been made and I am looking forward to seeing it. The internet is full of fake web sites, community groups and protestors. However, it is sad when mainstream media does not take the time to research fake tab stories, planted lies and misinformation. The fans at Just Jared do a better investigative job than some of these legitimate and seasoned reporters. Peace to all.
