Mischa Barton in High-Waisted Shorts
Forget those ugly high-waisted pants, Mischa Barton is pushing ugly high-waisted shorts!
The 21-year-old former O.C. star wore out a pair of royal blue high-waisted shorts and her favorite Thomas Wylde cuffed boots in London on Thursday.
Her recent favorite retro fringe wrap over those two other tops… can we say too much?

man this girl dresses so poorly. so yes you could wear high waisted shorts cause you’re skinny, but you do have a little bit of cellulite so it doesn’t look all that good. I mean that’s why I never wear shorts, they make me look stumpy and wide. As for the rest of her outfit, she must dress in the dark or something…

her legs aren’t fat. she just has alot of cellulite as per these pants anything can be made to look nice…
She definitely has cellulite-yeahhh! She’s human-how refreshing, most women have it in areas they can’t even see they just happened to catch an unflattering pose. As far as her outfit-something I would never wear, yet I think she pulls it off!
