OlderAngelina Jolie @ GAC Launch — Part II
Here is your exclusive access to Board Member of Cambodian Health Committee and UN Goodwill Ambassador for High Commissioner for Refugees Angelina Jolie before the launch of “Global Action for Children” (GAC) on Thursday in Washington, DC. (See Part I here.)
“This is a happy day because it’s not often enough children are represented in this town,” Jolie said. “Their education and well being is an investment in our future.”
When asked about becoming more political or running for elective office, Jolie smiled and said, “I surely don’t think anybody here wants that. [My focus remains] in the field.”
“I feel very fortunate to have orphan children in my home,” added Jolie, who has three adopted children with partner Brad Pitt.

Brad is more happier and a heck of alot more successful than he has ever been. So, why don’t you all crawl back under the rock you popped out under from or find the right thread, you know the losers, oops there is none is there? Sorry!

Well then I can asure you it’s not. I have been reading about these two for years. And as a couple for as long as they have been together. There is a big difference between the tabloid media and the real media. There is a difference between the comment section of say Dlisted and the actual public. Sure there are a few jerks out there that think of him as whipped. But those same people would drop to their knees praise Jesus and Budda to be whipped by a woman like that.
As a fan and a rational person I don’t see him emasulcated in any shape or form. I see a man proud to be with a real woman. A woman that don’t sun tan all day, doesn’t botox her face up to high heven, doesn’t read taloids, internalize every negative thing. He is happy to be by her side. Look at his smile. The guy is pissing himself to be holding on to this popular, careing, and talented woman. He is happy to have her and those kids. And he risked his career to be with all of them. If he’s happy then clearly it doesn’t matter what some low life running a gossip rag or a troll in a comment section thinks of his masulinity. He loves her and his kids. That’s the end for me.

I never said I was not happy for Angie. I am a fan of Brad Pitt first and foremost. Yes I agree Angie has taken a hit, but so has Brad. He also has paid a price hooking up with Angie, he lost a ton of fans. The tabloid media may be a little kinder, but they still labeled him a cad. Just look at the different polls that they do. Before Angie he would win those polls without his fans having to campaign and vote constantly. Now Clooney and others beat him all time in these polls. Brad has taken a huge hit and as a true fan of Brad, yes it is a disappointment. I am not projecting anything, I am simply stating what I am seeing with the press coverage recently. He is mentioned almost as an afterthought.
Does anyone get deja vu looking at these pictures? They look so much like the ones from Davos when Angelina was pregnant. The outfit is almost the same. a little bolero type jacket over the matching dress. She has the same serene look that she did last year….Hmmmmmm LOL!!! ON TO CANNES FILM FESTIVAL!!!!!!!!

Jon V talked very nicely about Angie, his daughter. I don’t know if it is because I felt that he was sincere, but for the first time today, I felt sorry for him and hope that Angie and him can air out their differences one day. Miracles can happen.

I hear what you are saying but as a woman that had the same type of bio sperm donor like JV. I hope that Angie never let him anywhere near her or her children.
She has forgiven him and to me that is all that needs be. You just don’t let someone that is toxic into your life or your children lives. Parents like him turn on you without warning — sure for a little while things seems to be all good but in the end. You are right back where you last left off!
And to be honest he is only being nice because he has a new movie coming out and wants to see his bio granddaughter (nevermind it didn’t bother him NOT seeing Mad and Zee). It’s not the first time he used her fame to try and move up the food chain or try to get into her good grace.
You may think I am being harsh but I can’t tell you the pain a toxic parent can cause their children and grandchildren.
Is it just me or does her forehead just keep getting bigger and wider?

Her Star didn’t Rise because of Brad. she was a huge star,humanitarian, pilot, etc, before she ever met the guy. Bill O was talking to Angelina’s father. Okay? Why would he ask JV about Brad?
She has received more press coverage for her causes in the last year or so because of the scandal, not because of Brad’s star power.

And this is about the OPRHANS. The organization that Angelina is co chair of. He was mentioned in this case as an “afterthought” because it was not about “Brad Pitt’s Partner” it is about Angelina Jolie bringing the attention to where it really matters. Why is it so hard for you to get that. His career and popularity is fine! Hello! didn’t you see him at the Toranto Film Fest. and every other place he went to? Honestly if you want to think so low of him go right ahead. But don’t pretend your a fan. I’m done. Night.

Thanks for those pictures. When you enlarge these pictures you can see that her skin is flawless, no blemishes, no wrinkles, no lines. Just beauty.
Brad had to wait for some type of permit or clearance before he could start working on the green project in NO. He just got that about a week or so ago. Now I believe construction can begin. He doesn’t need to be there for them to start. I am sure they have scheduled their time to accommodate their plans and projects. Bard is more relevant now then he has ever been since he came to HW. Before he was just a poser, a companion, and escort to premiers and parties. Now he is building a family, helping to save impoverished children, and helping to build communities. That is relevance. Plus he is married to the hottest humanitarian in the world. Peace.

Let me rephrase my statement:
He is being emascualated by the press coverage(not by his fans) and it will eventually effect his career, if it hasn’t already. By being with Angelina his popularity has taken a huge hit, Angie has actually gained fans since being with him. Yes she has haters but her popularity has soared. I am not a troll , I happen to be a huge Brad Pitt fan, followed his career since forever and it is sad to see what is happening. I have noticed little things before regarding the media ignoring Brad. It has become glaring now. If stating my opinion on this blog makes me less of a fan then Oh Well.
Wow, what a wonderful couple and family. Angie is the best and doesn’t care about her haters or what they say about her, she and Brad keep on going and doing what they believe is the right thing to do. So we shouldn’t care about the haters either. I am so glad for Brad and Angie found each other, they were meant to be together, how wonderful!

Who doesn’t use Angie’s coat tail lately? The producer for Sin Cit 2, Tribeca Film Festival, and other actors (JV, Halle, Michael D. just to name a few) — her names has to come up some kind of way even when it doesn’t have anything to do with her.

Hey there yourself! Just lurking these days, but it’s good to know The Family is in tact and happy, productive on all fronts! Us too… kids keep me busy and knowing they are in the same age range as Jolie-Pitt kids, I could just imagine their hectic life LOL! Even with all the help they have, those are very hands-on parents. Bed-time rituals, who reads what book to whom and WHICH ORDER (”Me, me, me first!”) all very easy to imagine :)

Brad left his previous life and got together with Angie, saying that he was tired of himself and wanted to focus on something other than himself. He maybe “disappearing” from staged hand-holdings on red carpets, as he did while he with a certain ‘orange’ person who cares only about herself. Brad is doing a lot of movies, producing, NOLA, and he is as busy as he can be. He is having the time of his life, with his loving family; remember, he is surrounded with a lot of CHILDREN he always wanted.
Oh, I love how long her hair is, and I love the color too.
