The Office “Sumo” Style

These promo pics for The Office just get funnier and funnier!

It looks like sumo wrestler Jim loses out to sumo wrestler Stanley. And then sumo wrestler Stanley faces off against sumo wrestler Dwight! Who will be Sumo champ? My guess is the mighty Dwight!

Here’s the synopsis from NYC:

Michael is being considered for a position in corporate and has to recommend his replacement, but while the group expects a fun outing at Lake Scranton, Michael has planned a day of “Survivor”-like competitions to find his successor. Meanwhile, Pam is not asked to join in any of the activities and is forced to watch Jim and Karen have fun together.

The supersized “Beach Games” episode of The Office airs @ 8:40-9:20PM on NBC. Don’t miss it!

Thank you justjared, for your amazing and timely big Beach Games pictures!

It looks to me like Dwight wins. In the 4th picture, he is victorious over someone with a blue belt. I’m guessing Stanley or Andy is the loser in that picture; Andy is dressed for a sumo fight with a blue belt in picture 3.

Anyway, thank you so much; you’ve given us all a lot of fodder for speculation!

Yeah, and I’m guessing it’s still kind of cold in PA (I’m in So. Florida, so what do I know), but I was really hoping to see some Pam-skin! Damnit!
I live 1 mile from sunny Hollywood beach, and when I think “beach”, I think flesh.

(I’m a girl, if that makes it any less skeevy).

So does anyone think Karen’s competitive, get-ahead-in-the-job instincts will come out and cause a problem in the episode? She seems way too into cheering Jim on in the picture where he’s clearly being taken down by Stanley.

Maybe Karen berates Jim, maybe Pam steps in to defend him?
