Fashion Faceoff: Chanel Dress

The 24-year-old X-men star wore a Chanel Spring 2007 not-so-mini-anymore minidress and was accompanied by big brother Andrew Paquin (a film producer, with whom she is working on Blue State — it premieres on Friday at the Clearview Chelsea West during the TFF).

To the right, Brazilian supermodel Flavia Lucini.

Who wears it best? ANNA PAQUIN or THE RUNWAY MODEL?

Seriously, where do you come up with these fug dresses for this fashion face off? Oh, and Anna Paquin is much too short to wear it and give it some hope of looking good.

How silly. Who wears it best, comparing a petite young girl to a fashion model on the runway.

The dress is lovely. I do like it better a little shorter, but I think Paquin looks very nice.

That dress is so adorable! But it should have been tailored better to suit Anna’s height. The model (with her height) makes the dress look fun and sassy. As pictured, Anna is swimming in the thing.

I agree with Alisha. I think because celebrities borrow their haute coute clothes instead of buying them, they wear them as is (unless it’s the Oscars or Golden Globe). This dress should have been tailored and shorten to fit Anna. The model won again.
