OlderAngelina Jolie @ Tribeca Film Festival
Here is your exclusive access to Angelina Jolie and fellow activist Wyclef Jean at the Tribeca Film Institute Screening of the Jolie-directed documentary A Place In Time, aka A Moment in the World.
The documentary was screened at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center during the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival on Friday in New York City, where big brother James Haven (and his rumored girlfriend) was in attendance to lend his support to lil’ sis Angie.
For the film, Angelina sent out 38 film crews to different parts of the world to capture events unfolding during the same three-minute time period. Betcha she caught some very interesting things going on around the world…
Other pictures include Angelina arriving and leaving the festival wearing some killer eye shadow.
Also pictured: NEA President Reggie Weaver, Chancellor of the New York City Department of Education Joel Klein, co-founder of Tribeca Film Festival Jane Rosenthal, actress Bai Ling, and actor Olivier Martinez.

I think her hair is way too long. It makes her face look even longer. She looks better in these pics than in yesterdays pics though.
I don’t think she would look as happy if Brad was there. JMO.
#39 - It could be a variety of reasons…
1. the article from yesterday stated she only had Shiloh with her so Brad’s obviously back in LA with their older kids. Doesn’t seem as if they like leaving them without at least one parent present.
2. It’s a two day trip…if she’s just there for a short time why not just breeze in and handle everything and get back home with the least amount of disruption to their family (i.e. the kids).
3. Perhaps they know the bulb of attention burns brighter when they are together…since she did no red carpet and went in through a back service entrance it’s obvious the attention for this showing was not to be a big production and she wanted to avoid the paparazzi. As for Brad’s documentary that was in LA…if her’s had been there as well he probably would have been with her.
4. Another reason could be with the premieres they will have in the next few weeks in Cannes and LA they wanted to minimize saturation because they know the hoopla and mass hysteria will come with those appearances. They don’t really seem to like the crowd attention from what I’ve observed of them thus far.
Again, we won’t know why he didn’t attend unless either of them decide to tell us. Whatever the reason I’m sure they were both comfortable with it.

After the bashing Angie got from the Golden Globe red carpet, It wouldn’t suprise me if they never do a red carpet appearance again. They may go to Cannes to promote their projects , but maybe they won’t go through the red carpet again.

I love this woman.. She’s such a breath of fresh air compared to the other ‘celebrities’ that you see out there.. She’s such a beautiful person inside and out..
But some of you people are a little obsessed to the point that you scare me a little.. No offense..

She looks slightly better than yesterday but still needs to gain weight.
I don’t know, I like Brad and Angelina as a couple but it wouldn’t surprise me if they part ways soon(then again, that goes for most celebrity couples). I get this feeling that they are just trying to hold it together and put on their best face until they are done with their promotions in the summer. I suppose only time will tell.

The budget of this documentry was very low (if my memory is correct, she financed about $ 0.5 million). The shooting was done in January 2005. She got the idea of this doc. during her UN work and some her friends (include Holly) joined her to produce this film. Another her friends, Anne Hathaway, Ryan Gosling, Jonny Lee Miller etc went those fields. I guess they did it as volunteers. Anne went Cambodia. She became Angie’s big fan after reading her book “Notes from Africa “.
I don’t think this film is for commercial. I think no red carpet, no pess coverage, no publicity means she wants it be non-commercial.
She look better today. Was that girl behind James, his girl friend ?she is so pretty . I knew James had a long time gf of more than 5 yrs.
Um, Sara, if you aren’t a “hater”, why bring the negative energy here? Are you believing the rags? How many times do we have to tell you NOT to read them - or if you do, for heaven’s sake, DON’T believe them! For myself, I choose to believe Lainey - she’s rarely wrong about the Jolie Pitts, if ever so snarky.
She looks gorgeous, and I have to say, though skinny, her hair tells a story of health. You don’t grow a glorious mane like that if you aren’t healthy.
ITA with those who suppose that a 2-day trip is a lot for the older kids, and much better that they stay home with Daddy. Mommy and Shiloh got their own time together too, which is also nice.
She is so skinny!!! I mean she has no calves her knees look like little ***** on sticks. Wow I really hope she starts eating properly. I mean the only thing attractive about her at this time is her face. Other than that I would really like to see her documentary. I think it’s a great concept.

why would brad ever leave angie for the someone who acts and tries to look like a 19 year old?????why would brad even adopt pax???and both of them got so much to lose if they part ways….brad has been a good father…i dont think she would jeopardize that and brad like they said is a tradionalist…do you think he would abandon his children much more shiloh….if ever they part ways it would probably be after the children are grown up and can live on their own…i dont think any parent in his right mind would just break up without thinking of the children involved…..this is a family….a family doesnt break up that easily..6 people at stake here…if they part not only 2 are breaking up but 6 people …too stupid and dumb to even think that this family would break up
