Rachel Bilson looked cute as a button at the listening party for The Last Kiss soundtrack in Hollywood back in August 2006, accenting her Brian Reyes bubble dress with a bright red belt and vintage white pumps.
Ashlee Simpson impressed in a silver wrapped-and-pleated minidress by Brian Reyes paired with red pumps at the Us Weekly Party on Thursday in Hollywood.
Who wears it best? RACHEL BILSON or ASHLEE SIMPSON?

Bilson, she looks more fresh faced. I dunno, maybe its Ashlee’s posture, or makeup but it doesn’t look right.

ASHLEE ! people may hate to admit it, but she is def. the hotter simpson sister now, and she is making a splash with her new look. the majority of celebs get work done and people don’t say much - she fixed an unfortunate nose… so what’s all the drama about that ?! rachel is cute but i’m bored with her, she needs some work !

Just how short is RB really is? I bet she could play an extra character in the Hobbit or even a Thumbelina movie, she wouldnt need some big visual effects.

This color looks better on a blond, and Rachel’s red belt should have been left at home. So Ashlee wins this one.
