Nobody knew brad wanted to be more than a carbon copy of Malibu Ken doll before he hooked Aj. I still think he would rather be Malibu KEN ’cause that’s probably the real him. he’s shallow and faking the Humanitarian Ken role . that’s why he only did it for a little while and now Angelina’s doing it all alone again. fake fake fake.

And spare me “his career was in the toliet” Look at your idols career before you start peddling that ****. It was the same thing when he was with Ms. Aniston, she was the bigger talent, she brought him into the light, they shot off into outspace together.

Brad is the one with the charisma that reflects the light onto whoever he chooses to be on his arm. These Hollywood women and their delisions of grandeur makes me laugh.

You’re not reading carefully enough, I specifically said during the years he was with Maniston. I wasn’t saying that overall Brad’s career was in the toilet - I was SPECIFICALLY saying MANISTON was NO GOOD for ‘BRAD PITT’ — SHE ruined him. She cut his balls off. She was a pain. He was in hell. He wasn’t creative, and he didn’t FEEL like being creative because he was MISERABLE. He was in THERAPY. He was not making films. He was following her TV sit-com hack of an aSS up red carpets. Yeah people thought he was a great supportive hub to the neurotic homely girl next door Rachel, but he was also BORING as f**king hell OFFSCREEN. THAT is what I MEANT. I was not implying he needed Angelina to get where he is today, but what I AM implying is that he needed to KICK MANISTON (his passive aggressive lame aSS REBOUND to THE CURB).

Brad got his HOT back with Angelina…the same hot he did NOT have with silly non-talent Maniston, and that he HAD with Gwyn, Juliette, Robin, Thandie, and assorted other beechies, he has x1000 with Angelina Jolie!

What I didn’t add, but what should have been evident, is that yes, Brad is a Movie Star GOD - he’s fooking King Midas, but Maniston was kryptonite to his ass, she took ALL that brilliance away (while she got rich off it, hell all the ‘Friends’ did…you think Maniston would have gotten an Emmy nom at the 11th hour of that show, had she NOT been with ‘Brad Pitt??!!’ Huh. Think AGAIN) — that Movie Star magic was there all the time, but it was tarnished by HER TV SLUDGE….however, it was his choice to go LAX on his career, to go lax on his hopes, goals and his dreams and to support his passive aggressive tv sit-com hack of a wife, and cowtow to her insecurities!

That’s what he did, and he accepts responsibilities for his failures. (”my wins are my wins, my mistakes are my mistakes”) We know which one Maniston was. I’m just echoing what the man said himself, DEAL WITH IT.

That is/was a MAJOR reason why he would sign on for projects like ‘the fountain’ during his marriage, and then drop out because she got pissed, or why by his own admission he didn’t really work for two years and just chillaxed designing his homes.

During this time, I’m sorry - but GET REAL — Brad mostly did NOT work (i.e., my toilet remark). He did his most inspired stuff, Fight Club and Snatch in 1998-99 and 1999-2000, that was PRE making Maniston his ball and chain, and of course he came to prominence and was a superstar long before anyone knew who she was.

Since he’s been with Angelina he’s been on fire.

I think Brad is one of those guys, and I know people hate to hear it - but he’s an old-fashioned type. He thought love and marriage meant giving certain things up, and sacrificing, and being less free - and he was willing to accept that to be a part of something and to have family…however Angelina, IMO, has shown him that that is NOT what love should be apart - they both have agreed that love is about growth, and common goals, and doing what fulfills them — and their love is about making sure that each of them gets to lead a fulfilling life and accomplish their goals.

If you think that Brad was capable of getting that with just ANY woman, you are a bit dim, and if you think he had that with Maniston you are delusional and need medication.

The proof is in the pudding.

A pudding of which the ingredients are: a gorgeous baby that looks like him and Angelina, 2 toddlers he can’t live without, an adored older son that was instrumental in giving him a LIFE with the hottest woman in the world, a red-hot producing career, an Oscar winning best film, a Golden Globe nomination, a SAG award, a philanthropic foundation that as saved lives, the TIME 100, and adventure and travel the likes of which he probably never thought he’d achieve when he was a Dad with a family. Hell, Maniston with her 110 million in the bank, had him thinking they couldn’t even handle one kid and her sh*tty TV series.

So get real, LEARN to read - and get off Angie’s back.

You Brad fans that secretly dislike Angelina are REALLY easy to bring out of the woodwork ain’tcha! :D

Actually Brad was involved in charities but not to the extent of Angelina. For example Brad purchased land in his home state and made it a park rather than let it be turned into a parking lot. As Angelina said herself Brad has done many charitable things that are not publicly known.

And BP isn’t above enjoying his stardom but I think his growth from that pothead really hot famous guy is something we should look at more. The man he is now….which is working with Bono and doing the charity work. If you can look at Angelina’s past and pat her on the back for growing up and realizing that they are more things to life than being a celeb then you should be able to do it for BP….imo. But I get where you are coming from!

Brad follows. Not a trailblazer. He’s a star yet still seems to latch on to those who are famous, powerful, and what is popular/those who are popular. He’s still trying to win those acting awards. Who is the real guy?
