Kate Walsh Loves Alex Young

The spin-off didn’t hold my interest at all … I kept hoping Seattle Grace would come back on. The new characters are old and generic and boring and I can’t imagine getting hooked on any of them.

I think Dr. Shepherd is very appealing, so I’m not sure why they failed so miserably.

I have to say that I liked the spin off - sure it’s a little schlocky but I don’t expect it to be anything other than that! If you’re expecting an intellectually challenging documentary, don’t turn it on come Thursday night - it’s brain candy night :-). I’m willing to give it a few more episodes and see how it plays out. I love Grey’s but enjoyed the switch up of characters and storylines.

Spinoff is perfect for her. It’s sad because I like Merrin and Amy.

The show was so boring! It is not going to work….too forced. Hopefully, Kate will go back to Seattle Grace.

Loved it. The problem is that for a hardcore Grey’s lover it is sad to see that the main show has gone stale (It jumped the shark with the Ferry episode). The spin off was so much better it hurts the fateful. Thus they scream and shout and rant.
The numbers say it had the best 18-35 female viewership for ABC in the last 10 years. Not bad, heh?

this was how most of the people acted when Addison first arrived in SGH. i’m not saying all, but most of those people came to love her along the way.

i think that people don’t like the idea of the spin-off now but they will come to love it as it goes.

it really depends on the writing, really and if you come to think of it, well, if it’s from GA, the great show we all know and love, it might also be good right?

I loved it! Nice to see the LA scene. Interesting character played by Diggs. He’s so good-looking. Kate Walsh did a superb job. My favorite part was her with the acupuncture pins flapping around on her face. I also liked Diggs’ line about hugging a man……”Let’s draw some blood…..” I hope it gets picked up. Shonda is a genius. More power to her!!!

I didn’t even get the chance to watch it really, but from what I hear you all think it sucks, well I don’t give a crap cuz it’s Kate and Kate is a wonderful actress if you’d take the time to see some of her other work she is really great, just undiscovered and underrated… there is a huge difference between being a bad actress and an undiscovred talent… What I did see of it she was a little off balance but that’s how it is supposed to be when you go somewhere new its like moving to some place where you only know a select few people there and no one else. She was dumbed down of course because she was on her way to an emotional breakdown and if you watched Grey’s at all you’d knwo that was going to happen eventually with all the crap they put poor Addison through. It’s calle dbeing compassionate and understanding this is her first starring role where she is the main focus all the time… she hasn’t had experience with that yet. Give her time i am sure she will adapt to it and get the show rolling well. It may not be as good as Grey’s but there really is a good cast. Besides if you really haven’t seen what the show is going to be like, why judge it? You have only seen the pilot episode and sometime’s pilots suck. So give it and her a chance you my find your opinions change… And for those of you who think she is self centered and self absorbed and all that jazz seriously get alife, she is a celeb, it’s their nature for one… two she doesn;t know what to do with all this new found “fame” and said so herself. She is very excited yes but she has never had this kind of exposure before she’s new to it… Give her an effing break. She deserves it not your trashy comments.

Well, I Love it when I get the last laugh. Guess what? Private Practice was picked up, then got its full season pick up after a couple of episodes. It is the Number One New Show! So I can now laugh at you stupid ******* who said it would never make it. LOL.
