Fashion Faceoff: Phillip Lim Dress

Rihanna sported a basic black Phillip Lim dress at singer pal Chris Brown’s “Off The Wall” 18th birthday party in New York City on Sunday. The 19-year-old sexy songstress finished off her look with a pair of leopard-print pumps by Christian Louboutin.

Lauren Conrad wore the same halter bubble dress at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood party in Hollywood late April. The Hills star, 21, completed her look with a pair of peep-toe pumps by Steve Madden.

Who wears it best — RIHANNA or LAUREN CONRAD?

She’s beautiful, stylish, cool and nice.
Rihanna is ugly, fat and I just hate her. her hair looks ridiculous.
I also prefer LC’s shoes..Rihanna’s shoes are secretary kinda shoes.

Rihanna isn’t ugly sorry, she looks just as good as LC. I liked how Rihanna rocked the dress. Her shoes really bring the dress out. But both of them rocked the dress.
