Angelina Jolie goes face-to-face with Reader’s Digest in their June 2007 issue, opening up about her sexy partner, four adorable kids, and a family going global. Here are a few of the highlights:
Is it true that you adopted Pax so Maddox would have a brother who looked like him? Something changed for me with Shiloh. We had Mad and Z, and neither looked like Mommy or Daddy. Then suddenly somebody in the house looked like Mommy and Daddy. It became clear to us that it might be important to have somebody around who is similar to the other children so they have a connection. Mad’s been very excited that his brother is from Asia.
Is adopting a toddler different? Pax is almost three and a half and has never made a real decision for himself because everybody does everything in a group in the orphanage. There were all these things he’d never had. The first time I gave him a bath, he was suddenly laughing, out of his mind. He took five baths in one day. We’d be talking and he’d take his clothes off and run into the bathroom.
Do you and Brad ever have a conflict or a fight? Not really. We’ll get into issues about global events or something that was just on the news.
The gossip is unrelenting. You’re fighting, you’re jealous, he’s going back to Jennifer. Does it get to you? Our first question is what paper is it in. The New York Times? If not, do we really need to worry?
Do you want more children? Yeah, yeah. More biological, more adopted.

What I don’t understand is why in an earlier interview, Angie said that Shiloh wasn’t planned. But now she says that Shiloh WAS.

Thank you, thank you Jared for this coverage. Of course, anything Angelina says or touches will be controversial because Brad and her are the most sought after stars today. Actually you can almost read between the lines from her responses, that she had matured. The only problem is, the negative people keep on living in the past (even her brother was interviewed about that kiss which was made a big deal, the vial of blood, etc). She is going to be 32 years in June, the haters are still fighting for the events when she was 19 years old. Grow up people. Brad was caught mooning when he was 25 years old. I’m sure Angelina and Brad have passionate moments behind closed doors but you don’t want to say those things in an interview because it is private. As fans, we are thankful for any romantic and loving moments with their family as we read them even if they are also promoting their work. It looks like they are both happy and in love. I wish them well and I’m happy that even though she is aware of all the trash from the tabs, that Brad and her are still in love with each other and the children. Also, for those who do not appreciate a large family, people who want a large family are more blessed. I am an only child, and it can be very boring. I also have an adopted son of Cambodian descent. So both of them love children, there is nothing wrong with that. And for the one who is predicting for them to break-up, Brad had moved on BIG TIME,
LIVE WITH IT. HE IS NOT TURNING BACK. See the smile on Shiloh’s face, see the shine in Brad’s eyes with her. This man is DEEPLY in love. Nobody knows what will happen in the future. Be more positive.

Again out of context, she was saying exactly what she said in RD, she was talking about before she met BRAD she wasn’t thinking about having a biological child. Now that you admited you lied about Ann Cury story, go listen to it you nutjob (must be an FF’er) she says “I never thought I would have a bio baby but after I met Brad things felt different”. Now nutjob (hey I like that term it suits you well). Give the beginning of the paragraph the whole thing why she said he changed her.

I Admire and Adore Angelina Jolie!She is the most beautiful woman I have ever see in my life and Ive seen many, I work at a Beauty Ad Agency so I see tall Gorgeous women, young and older all the time.I must admit I want to have what she has a family and a good man and I will, Im still young working on college and work.Im glad Brad Pitt and Angie got together they compliment each other physically and spiritually.The family they have has open my eyes to adoption as well as bio.Also because Angie is such a great influence on me with her refugee work,I voluteer at a homeless shelter most weekends where there are families living there. Angie is a great role model for young people like myself,her story of how she turned her life around is inspiring.I usually save my admiration for my mum&dad but made an exception for Angelina & of course Brad. Respect em’ so much!
