Here are some great spoiler pictures for the season finale of Grey’s Anatomy!
ABC synopsis: Cristina and Burke’s wedding day arrives - along with the interns’ first exam results - and a successor to the Chief is named, as Callie and George make a big decision about their relationship.
Looks like Cristina gets a bridal shower from her Seattle Grace gal pals… McDreamy is Burke’s best man… Addison sits next to Karev at the wedding… and Cristina’s wedding dress looks great!
But will Burketina make it down the aisle? We’ll find out soon enough…
Grey’s Anatomy season finale episode “Didn’t We Almost Have It All” airs on Thursday, May 17 @ 9PM ET/PT on ABC.

Kate Walsh is ugly. I hate her dress and hair. Finally it’s her last episode.

I think Katherine Heigl is such a good actress. There something about her personal that i love. I feel that she plays the role of Izzie just right. And i also feel that she sometimes doesnt get the respect she deverds as an actress.
I am so incredibly excited for Greys tonight!! T.R. Knight and Katherine Heigl are probably favorite actors on the show so its good to see them get a juicy storyline together which will all come to a head tonight! I have respect for the entire cast, and Shonda Rimes because they are talented and beautiful people who have great chemistry together.
Ellen looks like Amelia Bedelia in that toilet paper get up.
I don’t like Heigl she is annoying a troible make and demanding she wants a high salary she is not one of the stars of the show. Heigl should be happy she’s on the top drama on TV.

Burke and Cristina are my couple, too, and I am so hopeful that they will make it to the “I do” part of the wedding. My biggest hope though is that Isaiah is back next season. He is by far my favorite actor on the show.

I watched tonights Show I’m lost for words.I hope They bring Burke back.I hope they did not make him finish the season and sure enough fire him.He is a huge part of the story line.If anyone has a clue of if he’ll be back that will be great.
hey i was wondering how you got these photos, and if possible can you put more photos of izzie during christina’s wedding, maybe a backshot of her hair.. hehehe i really liked her hairdo and wanted something similar for grad. thanks.
and i gotta say the last ep was sooo sad. =( george and izzie should be togther, and burke and christina, and mereditha and derek, and omgosh molly grey, meredith’s half sister is coming to seattle grace!!! and mcdreamy thinks shes pretty so theres probably something that will go on between them. i can’t wait till the next season comes out
