Thanks Ladies for the info, links and update on Dateline’s interview. I can not wait to get the magazines ( RD and Marie Claire) and watch the interviews.

Brad was in the hospital for meningitus in July 2005. His divorce decree was signed in mid-August 2005. I think Brad did not want to wait any longer for children considering his serious health crisis. I can understand and appreciate his positionj. He and Angie had been as respectful as possible - they never went out as a couple to any public affairs. All pictures of them peior to November were paparazzi pics. B&A were considerate of Jen’s feelings (more so than she and her fans are of B&A.) But B&A fell in love and should be allowed to live their lives together. And Angie should be allowed to talk about her family and her love for Brad without being attacked by the vulgers like J.Minn.) The RD interview covered so much but all the vulgers got out of it is B&A had sex before October 2005 - they fail to mention that the divorce was signed off on in August 2005.

Basically, it’s just re-iterating marriage (the wedding/the certificate) isn’t a promise of forever. You can divorce and end that relationship. When you are committed to your kids emotionally/legally that never changes. That is what she and Brad have said they have, with their children and family being their top priority. The assumption when she says ‘So many parents’ is these people are married couples.

A little OT: For those critics who want to believe she is faking until the press push for AMH is completeted, Angie doesn’t appear to be one to play that game. If she wanted out of her relationship with Brad she’d be out of it. The shenanigans of romantic dinners and such would not be happeing. It would more than likely be quite the opposite with them never being out in public together. Because she is outspoken if she were unhappy with Brad (relationship-wise) she wouldn’t be physically with him and sure as hell wouldn’t put on the front acting like they were together when they weren’t…just doesn’t appear to be her style from what I’ve seen of her over the years. If that’s the case, they are gonna be frontin’ all year as they got at least two more premieres to go to in the fall LOL

Judge Signs Aniston-Pitt Divorce Papers

LOS ANGELES — A judge has signed off on the divorce of Jennifer Aniston (search) and Brad Pitt (search), but under California law, the former golden couple’s split won’t be official until Oct. 2, according to court records obtained Monday.

The divorce papers were approved Aug. 19 in Los Angeles Superior Court by retired Judge Jill S. Robbins. Aniston and Pitt had sought Robbins to handle their breakup privately.

Pitt and Aniston separated in January after 4 1/2 years of marriage. Aniston filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences.

I’d like to make two points.
I posted this yeasterday, but I’ll repeat.

Brad and Jen had filed for separation on January 7th 2005. It was Jen who filed for divorce on March 5th 2005.
Angie moved in with Brad with Z and Mad on August 2005, Jen was boinking Vince at the time So it’s OK for Jen but not for Angie and Brad. Yup the old double standard again, poor Jen she can F#ck who ever she wants to, but Brad can’t make LOVE to the woman he loves:-)

Second, does anyone know if Ms. Mean has any kids? Any scheduled C-section is done two weeks prior to due date. So her actual conception dates are off! Remember what Matt Damon said, they had the same due date in JUNE. Buch of idiots these tabloids are, what makes me sick is they think we are too! Well, the haters are Selective memory will serve a purpose for awhile but it will come back to haunt you!

What I don’t understand is, does it really matter the exact date of Brad & Jen’s final divorce decree? I mean, they were separated and already filed for divorce so they were obviously not couple anymore so what’s the big deal if Angie got pregnant (or was planning on getting pregnant) while Brad was still technically married?
Brad & Jen’s relationship was over, they both agreed to this? Why was he not free to move on with Angie and Jen to move on with Vince in the minds of the general public?
Reese Witherspoon is still technically married to Ryan Phillipe and yet she isn’t being tarred and feathered for seeing Jake Gyllenhal and the girls Ryan goes out with aren’t being dragged through the mud!
