It’s Hilary Duff! The Duff sisters ran errands errands around Los Angeles. Big sis Haylie picked up a sketch book from art store “Aaron Brothers art & framing” while Hilary switched to flip flops after getting a pedicure. She also grabbed a coffee and a smoothie.

cpt obvious, I actually saw her back in September (on Rodeo Drive), and she looked really thin. I’m about 95 lbs and just a tiny bit taller than her, and she was definitely thinner than me. I’m sure the pictures do make her look LARGER. I was quite surprised really, because I thought Hilary Duff looked quite healthy in the pictures. And when I saw her for reals, she looked dangerously thin. I don’t think that is a good thing. She actually looks better on TV/pictures.
