It is SO adorable the way they live and breathe air and, like, totally use their legs to walk around! They are SUCH an AMAZING family!! It just goes to show what AMAZING parents Brad and Angie are, especially when they could just buy some kids from some loser country and get them to go to school for Princess Zee, Awesome Pax an Lump Shiloh. I am a stay at home mom with a home based business and two boys under 4..I would love a nanny to help the kids have extra fun, craft, ect while I have to do the business part of my day. If I was rich and had 4 children under 5 you had better beileve I would take advantage of a nanny to keep some occupied while I spent time with the others or ran errands ect. It doesn’t mean that they use the nannies 24/7.. they both seem vrey hands on and in love with each of their children.

And even with angie doing 3-4 films.. it equals like 45 days of work out of 365. That is still way more free time than the average working mom.. I work more than that as a stay at home mom..

Stop hating so much on them and just admit that they may better parents than you are willing to admit.

How did you become an expert on all child hood leg problems? Do you know that Z has exactly the same thing that your child has? How do you know that Angie has not consulted a doctor and that they are doing something?

Zee has more expressions than any other celebrity baby - she kills me. Pax I hadn’t seen clearly until now, and boy is he cute, too.

As for Angie & Brad holding their kids - I think it has less to do with Z’s inability to walk (which we now see is not the case) and more to do with the fact that the paps are rather encroaching, and if they need to get out of a situation quickly it’s better if they are already holding the child. These pictures suggest that the paps are not so close that the kids are in danger by an onslaught of paps. That’s just my speculation.

Back to Zee - I just love her, from her puffy hair (I’m African-American and I see nothing wrong with her hair) to her lazer stare. She is so clearly the leader of the Jolie-Pitt pack it’s not even funny.

I agree with you completely Jasmine - Z does have good hair. I think people just expect her to be expertly coiffed everytime she leaves the house. The fact that her hair looks like it’s been combed every morning is impressive to me.

Well Angie did say that Zee had been undernourished as a baby and that they almost lost her. Which is all the more reason to credit her and Brad for adopting a baby who presented problems from the outset as most adoptive parents really want a perfectly healthy baby. They did not even know at the outset if she had HIV and Angie was so GRATEFUL WHEN THE TESTS WERE NEGATIVE. HOWEVER, SHE SAID THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT HER EVEN IF HER TEST HAD BEEN POSITIVE FOR HIV/AIDS.

And Coll & boooo. Don’t start that baloney on a JJ BAMPZS thread. There have been too many photos, links, articles and testimonials posted on this and past threads to prove Brad & Angie are one of the best parents in Hollywood. In my opinion THE BEST.

I think it is the children who are benefitting the most from going to the preschool for a few hours. I think it is great for kids to be with other kids, and I bet they have so much fun.

Some people will try and find the negative in anything.. Remember when some complained that Maddox was never around other kids…In Namibia, we later saw pics that showed Maddox with his family AND other families and their children. Every moment of their lives arent in front of the cameras.. just because we dont see certain things, doesnt mean they arent happening.

But, i suspect most of these baiters know this… they just like to be negative. Very sad, but true.

My son is in a 2 year old preschool program. 3 hours every morning. He loves it and would go every day if I could afford it. right now he goes 3 days a week and has learned a lot about getting along with others his age.

Thank you for posting this blurb. I was just showing my co-worker the Tomb Raider behind-the-scenes videos on YouTube yesterday. We were both just blown away by her stunts. And I didn’t realize she did the majority of the action herself until I saw her TR premiere interview & Simon Crane’s interview. There’s no other actress who can pull off those moves. And it’s amazing Angie never got hurt.

No matter what the Jolie Pitts do, some fan or expert will find a problem with it. I say let them have that pity issues and continue to move on with reality, which is, it’s health for the kids to get social interacting with others as they are now. That a fews pictures don’t ever tell the whole story or even half and that it’s clear that the JP’s are doing it and doing well well by each other and their kids.

Well, I wonder how many more WHITE children will go unadopted??? Brad and Angie REALLY show their love for their country and their biological CHILD by adopting from poor third world countries and leaving their “Lump” @ home to be tended to by the nannies. in Europe, they have pre-school as early as 2 years old ( Z will be 3 in August, just FYI). My nephew attends Lycee Francais pre-school when he was only 20 months, as long as he can talked, walked and semi potty train, the school will take him. Usually from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. He is 4 now, he can write his name and the alphabets, draw beautiful pictures, reading basic words, he can add basic numbers and talking and singing in French. So, for Z, Pax and Mad, they are very lucky to have parents that are so involved in their education and prepare them well for the next 18 years of their life in School and University.

pre-school in America start when the child fully potty train, usually 4 years old or older. ( but some school will take a child under 4 if the child birthday is closes to school year circle). The hours are from 9:00 to 11:30 or 12:30 to 3:00

Y’know, it tickles me no end watching these little moronic trolls on here right now, having their tiny egos fed by the fans who are bothering to respond to them. Its really fascinating watching these pathetic nobodies try to wrap their mind around the concept of the kind of lifestyle the Jolie-Pitts have.

Oh, I tried to post this last night but my post got sucked into cyberspace and never appeared.

I have a theory about the latest Brad tattoo mystery — it may sound like a fanfic (actually it would make a good one, lol) but I think it’s a very realistic premise….check it:

Mad is begging for a tattoo, just begging and begging and begging to get a tatt’ed like Moms and Dad. They of course, tell him ‘No Mad, not until you’re older!’

Mad pouts and sulks, because he wants one in a bad way. Brad, amazingly cool Dad that he is, comes to the rescue and says, “how about you design my next tatto Mad?” Mad’s eyes light up, and he starts jumping up and down. Mad draws…er…something, lol…and Brad tattoo’s it on himself, much to his son’s delight and pride.

A tradition is born, much like Angelina and her coordinates for her four children, Brad will wear a tattoo somewhere on his person that each one of his babies will draw (when they can draw, lol).

Now, this is a speculative theory only — remember you read it here first May 17th, at 4:15pm. If this theory shows up on a tabloid or on another blog w/o Cliniqua’s getting credit - you know they are here and stealing our sh*t. lol :-)

Please, they are not at daycare. They are at play school or pre-schhol which is about 3 hours daily. It’s all about playing and learning social skills while they bright eyed in the morning. By the time they start to get cranky and tired, they are back home. They are three and two years old which means they are home by mid day for afternoon naps.

Very well said !!! Kids learn from other kids. My children went to pre-school when they were young for a few hours a day. It’s good structured play. Children need to learn how to interact with other kids.

By the time Z and Pax go home, they will be tired and ready for afternoon nap.

My husband is a physician. He says that a lot of times Z’s leg condition corrects itself in time as she grows. It is caused because of malnutrition as an infant. Good nutrition and medical correction- if necessary, should fix it.

I think Zahara has the most awesome personality. I adore her. Pax is also so very cute. Are they only a year apart? I thought he was closer to Maddox’s age

She is a fighter and has come a long way. Pax is cute also. It is good to see him bonding with his family. AJ is just one woman. She did not declare herself the patron saint of charity. She is just one woman doing her part. However, women who are intimidated by her, feel the need to put her down or diminish her work. However, she does have fans that follow her career and her humanitarian efforts. I know it is difficult for some who visit this site to read positive words about BP and AJ. To read comments from fans who like their movies and like discussing their various projects. It must be a shock to critics to realize that not all posters are calling AJ or her children vile names. It must be discouraging for critics to realize that people are not discussing the triangle until they are blue in the face. BP and AJ deserve to live their lives just like anybody else. They do not have to pay your price or see the ex sitcom star get some imaginary revenge because critics willed it so. Best wishes to BAMPZS and keep on keeping on.

I just hope that Angelina be more expressive this time at Cannes. Last time she showed up wearing that ugly gray dress and that hairdo, she looked really uncomfortable and unhappy. Of course, it was the first time she was going to a red carpet event with Brad. She looked guilty as charged. I hope her stylist do a better job this time. And even though she has a contract to wear St. John’s clothes, I’m sure she can have a better pick. And her hair, please, please, do something about it. Saraicita, you can google on libel/slander and click on Wikipedia’s explanation. It is actually very very good. It compares UK and US law. However, there is not much mention of Spanish law. Not sure if spanish law is based on the Napoleonic Code or not.

I’m also a lawyer and I wrote a rather long piece about why paid trolls probably do exist and why the threat of a law suit isn’t gonna be enough to put off publicists and tablies from PAYING trolls to make comments in an old thread.

Here it is:)

OK first, I’m here to say, no more responding to the trolls because I’m convinced there are paid trolls here paid either by publicists or tablies. Why??

I read the “article” from US magazine about the alleged lap dancing Angelina did with an old friend, Olivier and thought of our old friend ‘interesting” (and oxymoronic moniker for her, don’t you think??). My first thoughts were, this poster’s used the words “baby sitting, doing the wrong thing by Brad, etc etc.” Remember those? Then lo and behold, out pops an article on US weakly about exactly this topic using exactly the same words, with exactly the same sentiments. Call me lainey but “Coincidence or conspiracy?? Which is it, you decide”. I’m on the conspiracy side.

I came to this conclusion after doing some research. I read the comments from 2 sources in an older thread with interest. One from Sheri about how Huvane would not hire people to post on sites because of the legal risks of being sued for slander or libel. Because Sheri works for a large media company, I did pause to rethink my opinion that Huvane pays trolls. The other poster had found information on astroturfing and people that offer services to influence opinions and perceptions on the net.

Whether these trolls are paid for by Huvane or paid for by these disgusting tablies I don’t know. But I’m absolutely certain there are paid trolls are astroturfing on Just Jared. I don’t think its just the case of the tablies coming to JJ’s boards to get ideas, but its tablies coming to JJ’s boards to seed ideas, to influence opinions and perceptions. And so, I don’t believe interesting was sentient as much as she is a paid troll.

Sheri, I’d love to hear your comments on what I have to say coz you do work in the media industry and I dont. I have no experience in the laws of slander and libel. However, I think I have enough legal expertise to draw some general conclusions about libel and slander laws in the US and UK.

It seems the laws of slander and libel in the US requires that the writer not only write what is untrue but must also have done so with Actual Malice. (Wikipedia: This changed with the landmark 1964 case of New York Times v. Sullivan, in which the Supreme Court of the United States announced constitutional restrictions to state defamation law. The court held that where a public official was defamed, the plaintiff had to prove not just that an untruthful statement was made, but also that it was made with “actual malice” - that is, with knowledge of falsity or with reckless disregard for the truth.) Also, OPINIONS can be a defence against an action for libel and slander in the US in certain situations:

(wikipedia: Finally, the term opinion comes up again in tort law, specifically defamation / libel law, and separates statements into three classes:
-1. statements of opinion or pure opinion (not actionable)
-1. mixed statements of opinion and fact (actionable)
-1. statements of fact (actionable)
In order to win damages in a libel case, the plaintiff must show that the statements were first “statements of fact or mixed statements of opinion and fact” and second that these statements were false. Conversely, typical defenses to libel are that the statements made are opinion or that the statements (if factual) are true. If the statement can be proven true or false, then, on that basis, the case will be heard by a jury to determine whether it is true or false. If the statement can not be proven true or false, the court may dismiss the libel case without it ever going to a jury to find facts in the case.”)

The problem for someone to prove defamation in the US is very very difficult because they have to prove ACTUAL MALICE as defined above.

Take the US weakly story about Angelina dancing with Olivier. Angelina probably did dance with Olivier. She probably danced sexily with him and all her friends who were with her that night. Christ, I’m in my 40s and I dance sexily when my friends and I decide to paint the town red with my friends – especially with my friends because I feel safe with them. So, US Weakly would say that as a matter of fact, Angelina did dance with Olivier and there was no falsity or reckless disregard for the truth.

“Articles” of them breaking up would be based on some photos showing them looking “unhappy” (as opposed to just focused and serious) and having an opinion that they are upset with each other and may be at the verge of breaking up. How can anyone, ever prove that this statement was made by Janice Mean with knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard for the truth? With great difficulty. Meanie would just argue she thought it could be true because after all, this is Hollywood and people break up, often and regularly.

US weakly’s suggestion that she was flirting with Olivier as she danced with him is an opinion based on facts. But the facts are true and the opinion is arguably, an opinion of how Angelina looked when she was dancing to the unnamed source. Janice Mean knows what she is doing when she edited the ‘article”. She knew that US weakly cant be sued, because she is merely wrote an opinion based on certain facts and writing it down using a certain tone. This is what spin is about. A clever spinner never needs to ACTUALLY LIE to TELL A LIE. He or she merely needs to know what tone to use, what facts to emphasise, what to leave out. So Janice Mean probably conveniently left out some other truths – how long did Angelina dance with Olivier, did she also dance with other people? How many people were there on the dance floor?? And so on.

Hence, Reese could sue in the UK, about her being pregnant on the basis that it harmed her career – no one would want to hire her for the next 12 months if she were pregnant. Marc and JLo did the same based on harm to their brand. But Reese would not succeed in the US because the tablie can produce photos of her potbelly and say that that looks like early pregnancy and so, there was no reckless disregard for the truth or knowledge of falsity – even if there was no knowledge of the truth. See what I mean??

Sheri’s point was that Huvane or anyone in the industry wouldn’t hire paid trolls to write lies on the internet is legitimate because of the legal risks. She is correct if a person or tablie hired someone to write LIES. However, what if a paid troll DOESN’T LIE?? I think if a paid troll takes proper precautions, I would say, that the LEGAL risks are negligible for publicist or for a tablie.

First, how can a paid troll be caught? Who will know whether someone is a paid troll? Not even the owners of the blog. So someone comes repeatedly on line to attack Angelina and praise Jen. She’s just an obsessed fan. So what?? Who is going to trace the IP address of a paid troll if she hasn’t committed a crime?? Sophisticated tracing mechanisms exist, but is used to catch criminals. People who write and spread viruses, Trojan horses. Terrorists etc.. These tracing and surveillance mechanisms are not available to track an astroturfer.

Second, even if a paid troll is caught, what are her LEGAL risks of being sued for libel or slander?? So long as a paid troll doesn’t LIE, there is, in my humble opinion, little legal risks. The paid troll can agree with another hater’s comment – a genuine hater to inflame the situation. The paid troll can give her opinion about Angelina’s behavior – she is smiling at Wyclef and so, I think she’s disrespectful of Brad who in my opinion is being over shadowed. The paid troll can even say that they believe the tablies and the tablies opinion – Angelina danced with Olivier and she was sexy and in their opinion, flirtatious and there fore cheating (or about to cheat) on Brad who in their opinion is being emasculated because he isn’t with his woman but baby sitting the children, something real men (like KFed, wouldn’t do). So long as they aren’t lying, just commentating on published “information” I don’t believe the legal risks are that great. And a paid troll doesn’t have to lie. They are there to create misinformation, to influence perceptions and opinions. In fact, it is better for a paid troll not to lie but to keep the desired spin going on and on and on. (The best lies are based on truths).

The greatest risk should a publicist’s or tablies’ astroturfing be leaked out would be that he and his clients or the tablie loses credibility and become the laughing stocks of the media world.

So, the last few threads posts from a certain person was NO interesting coincidence but an ugly conspiracy. All the more reasons NOT to respond to the trolls at all.

I go to the store and read every tabloid mag. I also notice that some of words and phrases which I have seen in justjared’s thread also appear in the magazines . I see this quite often in Star mag. In fact, Star mag printed a toll free number for anyone to call for tips and be compensated.
