OlderBrad & Angelina Make ‘Mighty’ Premiere
Who’s died and gone to Brangelina heaven?
Holding hands and walking arm in arm together every step of the way, Brad Pitt (in Tom Ford) and Angelina Jolie (in vintage Balmain couture) attend the premiere for A Mighty Heart at the Palais des Festivals during Cannes Film Festival on Monday in France.
During a press conference, which took place earlier in the day, Brad and Angie were asked to share their experience working on the film. Angie provided an eloquent answer about overcoming hatred. But then moderator, Henri Behar of French Vogue, asked Brad if he had anything to add. Brad just smiled and said he couldn’t even remember the question because “I was wafting in the words of what’s-her-name.”
Ah, what’s her name!

Is it just me or does angie look like her mother in some of the pictures and i mean that in a lovely way it’s just something about her features it reminds me of her mom at the original sin premiere.

God I hate S t Johns. They could have produced something really special for her and this is what they do. Its nice and she makes it look good but if I’m honest I have to say I’m a little dissappointed. Micha friggin Burton has on a more appropriate dress. She can still wow people at the oceans 13 premiere.

Ha ha ha! That was funny, Jared! Who died and went to Brangelina heaven? I think I have! All morning I have been on your what, four threads about them in Cannes, and at jjb, and at lainey, and at popsugar. Boy, all these links and videos, my computer is about to die out on me. We all knew that things would escalate when they go to Cannes, but this is way beyond even my expectations.
I like Brad’s hair, reminds me of Robert Redford in The Great Gatsby. And I love Angelina’s understated black dress. I love love love both of them!

Why bother with twokids2, and MP and these few pathetic posters who keep trying to hijack the thread with their negative comments, when everyone else is praising these two to high heavens? Let them wallow in their misery, while we enjoy ourselves looking at these two gorgeous individuals who have blended together so seamlessly.
Someone upthread mentioned old Hollywood glamor — yeah, Brad and Angelina are channeling those HW stars of yesteryears who brought glamor to the red carpet — Liz Taylor, Audrey Hepburn, Cary Grant, Robert Redford … they have earned their places besides these HW legends.
