Who’s died and gone to Brangelina heaven?
Holding hands and walking arm in arm together every step of the way, Brad Pitt (in Tom Ford) and Angelina Jolie (in vintage Balmain couture) attend the premiere for A Mighty Heart at the Palais des Festivals during Cannes Film Festival on Monday in France.
During a press conference, which took place earlier in the day, Brad and Angie were asked to share their experience working on the film. Angie provided an eloquent answer about overcoming hatred. But then moderator, Henri Behar of French Vogue, asked Brad if he had anything to add. Brad just smiled and said he couldn’t even remember the question because “I was wafting in the words of what’s-her-name.”
Ah, what’s her name!

Ok this freak is back-Last time she was screamin’ at me, then she urinated on me last year on the 27th-this morning she was talkin to me-she kept going on and on about how she wanted him back and she can’t live without him and she was crying and stuff was running out of her nose and whew I just feel really nasty right now-that long haired large headed chick friend of hers and her goofy husband was walking with her up and down the beach and up and down the beach like they lost something-I just never understand this crazy psycho-she is the one who divorced him, but she just can’t let go-they were talking about coming out with some sort of announcement in order to eclipse his and her movie releases-I think they should all just go to rehab-
Still…there were a few cute moments. Like when she talked about how they spent Sunday playing with the children, he was kinda smiling wistfully then seemed to catch himself and look down so as not to give anything away. And at the very end of the press conference, a journalist asked a question that was directed at both of them. She spoke first but when it was Brad’s turn, he was caught in a daze, and apologised by saying that he was “lost in the waft of her words – what’s her name over there”… clearly either daydreaming or just totally mesmerised by his lady. She giggled again.

People who think Brad doesn’t look nice know absolutely nothing about Old Hollywood glamour. Clark Gable, Robert Wagner, et al that’s the look Brad is going for and has achieved. Similarly, Angie looks like an old Hollywood film star …..Bridget Bardot, Grace Kelly et al, that’s the look people. Not everything has to be young Hollywood razzle dazzle!!!! Brad is absolutely heartstopping, especially with the narrowed eyes and the enigmatic expressionas. Can’t believe he is not bilogically related to Robert Redford.
Now that is what you call classic glamour! They are working the hell out of it.

We’ve all seen the overwhelming cuteness of their four children. But today, attendees of the Cannes Film Festival were introduced to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s newest baby—and it is a beauty.
The duo unveiled A Mighty Heart, starring 31-year-old Jolie as Mariane Pearl, the widow of Wall Street Journal writer Daniel Pearl, a victim of terrorism who was beheaded in Pakistan in 2002. Pitt is one of the film’s producers.
Tightly told, tastefully handled, and intensely moving, the drama-thriller is an early Oscar-contender. And Jolie, who won Best Supporting Actress in 2000 for Girl, Interrupted, will likely earn her first Best Actress nomination. The film opens on June 22, an unlikely time of year for such a movie (but possibly a smart strategy from Paramount Vantage, as adults may be feeling fatigue from summer popcorn movies by that time).
The room holding the film’s post-screening press conference was so crowded that even grisled longtime fest vets were turned away and forced to watch it on TVs outside. As the two super-celebs walked past the pack of photographers, a flashbulb frenzy erupted. Pitt, 43, stopped to talk to those around him. Jolie offered a quick wave.
“For me, so much of why this film was important to do is because I highly doubt there is anybody in this room who has more reason to hold hate inside herself than Mariane, and she doesn’t,” Jolie—who sat next to costar Dan Futterman (Daniel Pearl) and five people away from Pitt—told AP reporters. “That is, I think, a lesson for all of us.”
Us Weekly movie editor Bradley Jacobs’ daily dispatch, “The Cannes Chronicles,” will offer tidbits on the stars, the soirees and the noteworthy screenings throughout the festival.
They Royal Couple of Hollywood. What more is there to say. This is it–we witness our modern day Hollywood Royalty!
They rock the Cannes.
I hope Angie will be at the Ocean’s premiere. But if she won’t I will understand because of their kids.. But here’s hoping!!! :)

ICAM! I keep reading post after post of BS from these “fans” and all I can do is laugh. They are not happy b/c their smile isn’t showing in their eyes…..says who? Brad hasn’t been looking too good recently with baggy clothes and such…WTF? Just a few years ago, Brad looked like he was homeless looking for a food bank in LA…Brad has always wore baggy stuff and hats out, so stop pretending this is recent or better yet, stop acting like a fan of his or Angelina’s b/c it’s not working.

Old HW glamor is what has captivated and continues to captivate people today … but some folks think that the dirty, denim look for men and the sl*tsky look for women, even on the red carpet, is what it’s all about. NO WAY! Our Brad and Angelina know what it is all about, especially since they are currently HW royalty — not Tom Kat, not Vincifer, but Brad and Angelina!
