Brad & Angelina Eat Cannes Dinner
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie enjoy dinner together with friends on Sunday at the renowned restaurant Le Moulin de Mougins (meaning “Windmill of Mougins,” Mougins being the name of the town) in Cannes, France.
The couple were joined by A Mighty Heart director Michael Winterbottom and his special lady friend during a Paramount Pictures party. Looks like everybody had a laugh and a half…

Jolie Film About Daniel Pearl Filmmaking of Highest Order
“A Mighty Heart,” Angelina Jolie’s film about the kidnapping and murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl, had its first screening Monday morning at the Cannes Film Festival.
Simply put, the Michael Winterbottom film is an exceptional piece of work, deeply affecting and filmmaking of the highest order.
In purely Hollywood terms, the film is a certain Oscar nominee. Everyone involved in “A Mighty Heart” - from Winterbottom to Jolie as Pearl’s widow, Mariane, to Dan Futterman as Daniel Pearl - can be proud of a job very well done.
Based on the book by Mariane Pearl, the film follows the pregnant Mariane as searches for her husband following his disappearance in Karachi, Pakistan, in 2002. At the time, Daniel Pearl was writing a story about shoe bomber Richard Reid.
Winterbottom’s cinema verité-style only adds to the immediacy of the Pearl tragedy. This director has done a remarkable job.

Love the pictures. But little disappointed. Why can’t they walk together? Ok I heard that they wern’t going to, but Still, I had hoped. If they glamed it up a little then maybe we would pay more attention to their red carpet walks instead of the kissing in dark corners behind closed doors.

I don’t see anything wrong with the way they were at this red carpet. Just seeing how happy and glowing they both were was enough for me. They are looking really really good and smiling alot and basically, just having fun. They started off walking together then they separated to take group shots and single shots. I can’t complain about anything right now. They just look so good. :)

Thanks for all the pictures and threads just Jared. AJ looks great. It is clear for anyone to see that BP and AJ are totally involved and in-love with each other. They zoned in on each other like a heat seeking device. More power to them. I hope they have a productive and successful time at Cannes and the children enjoy their stay. Best wishes to BAMPZS.
I think I have to call in sick this week. It is all too much. I knew there would be pix, but this is already incredible, and we are just at the first photocall.
The hotness, the brightness. These are stars, people. Not to pick on people who do not know any better, but seeing all those pix of Jessica Simpson left me thinking that it was an upside down world in France. (somewhat redeemed by fotos of Catherine Deneuve!) And it is great to see that review as well.
She looks fantastic, and since I didn’t comment on earlier threads on the pix with the kids — wow, as well. I did have a thought that maybe the senior Pitts might sneak into town to hang with the grandbabies. I guess we’ll see.
Brad is so funny, goofing off in those WENN pics. Love him. :)

So much to say and comment on, but dayum those pictures of Brad from Wenn where he is messing with his pants are hilarious! HAHHAhahahaaaa!! I was laughing out loud because it appears he is having some kind of major riding-up problem with those pants!! haha!! Knowing how Lainey likes to go on and on about how well Brad wears a pants, I can;t help but wonder what she’ll have to say about that….too damn funny! I guess Brad wants his comfy cotton khakis back.
Angie looks like a shimmering goddess in these photo pics…. even the one where she’s standing there all pigeon-toed (man, I’d hate to be photoed at my every geeky move!) she looks sublime.
Of course the rave reviews about AMH are the cherry on top! Go Brad and Angie!
