OlderJessica Alba: Why Are People Obsessed Over My Butt?
Jessica Alba is the June 2007 cover girl for InStyle Magazine! The Fantastic Four star reveals she’s a lapsed Catholic and a lapsed born-again Christian but Buddhism feels right for her now. Here are some more highlights from Alba’s interview:
On her crazy butt-loving fans: “I don’t know why people are obsessed [over my derrière]. Well, it’s not flat, so maybe they’re just not used to seeing an actress who has a figure… I had womanly curves at a young age. Usually kid actors are a few years older than the roles they play. I was two or three years younger.”
On her all work and no play schedule: “You can probably work too much and lose your soul. I love work and find it fulfilling, but I think a balance is good.”
On her nude spa experience: “I went to a spa here, and iti was so traumatic because no one was wearing a suit in the coed Jacuzzi. It was so gross! I’m not sitting with a bunch of people with their business hanging out.”
On always having to move around as a kid: “I went to 11 schools growing up, so I was always the new kid. I was kind of a loner and never hung out with a group. I chose just to do my own thing.”
On learning commitment from her parents: “My parents taught me about unconditional love, because you have your ups and downs, but you stick through it. I learned a lot from that, and I know that kind of love is possible. So I’m not quick to jump into something. My parents made a forever commitment, and I know that’s what I want.”
On her favorite Hollywood icon: “Steve McQueen. He was so brutish–beautiful, strong and unpredictable.”
On her wrist tattoo (the word for lotus in Sanskirt): “For me it signifies the manifestation of spiritual beauty.”

Don’t like her, she’s not even a good actress………..
Not used to seeing actresses with a figure?? There are a TON of actresses out there with more of a figure and talent then she has….Can’t stand her, she’s dull and seems stuck up

She is overrated…very photogenic but adorable. I am not sure about her acting though. Michelle Pffeifer said that most producers could not get past her beauty. I think that Jessica is just talking about how other people portray her. She has an ethnic, exotic look.
She looks so plain now that she’s Bosworth-skinny and a terrible shade of brunette.

She seems to really believe that she has ‘womanly curves’ coz I see her comment about it a lot. I think she needs to take a good look at her latest spread for GQ, for example, and honestly say how such skinny arms and obvious ribs can count as womanly curves! I’m not saying she’s unattractive, not at all, but really, stop saying you have womanly curves! It’s like an insult to those who DO have them, such as Monica Belucci, Aishwarya Rai, Liv Tyler, etc.
I am just reiterating what everyone has said because she looks like a 12 yr old girl. She USED to have curves in all the right places but not now and not for the past year since she went on the ‘Hollywood Death Diet’ . They keep bringing up her butt business because there is nothing appealing about her. She isn’t that great of an actress. She seems to be bi*tchy to the max! But I guess old publicity is better than no publicity.
Well she does have a nice ‘derrière’, have you seen pictures of her in a bikini??And she’s a pretty girl.
But I hate her character, she’s so annoying, and she thinks too highly of herself.
She’s always complaining about people focussing on her looks and not her so called acting talent (which she has none of, btw), but the thing is, she makes it worse by telling the same winy things in every damned interview, people are bound to look at her appearances!!
Please, girl, stop complaining and enjoy it … plus, we really don’t wanna hear what you have to say!!

Anthony and Buttpolice have it right — she is so stuck up, she didn’t read that it’s Jessica BIEL’S ass that everyone is talking about.
She thinks people can’t get past her hotness? Puh-lease! The only people who find her hot are under the age of 22.
She never did have any curves! She’s not too skinny, that’s not the problem. But she is straight-waisted. She does not curve in from hip to a small waist, like Heidi klum Salma Hayek, etc who really are curvy. She does not have a curve from the small of her back to her butt, like Jessica Biel and Beyonce. So where are the curves? What makes her think she has a curvy ass? Oh, it lifts a little off the thigh — duh, ALL asses do that, except Cameran Diaz who has NO ass!!
This is a talentless, stuck-up little girl who will go away as soon as her fans get laid for the first time and grow up a bit.
Come on guys! I don’t care for her either, think she’s highly overrated, but you gotta admit, this is a great layout!

Anyone who calls a woman a “homewrecker” has no clue as to how relationships work and is stuck in a stereotypical world where women are supposed to serve their man and men are all dogs with no brains and easily tempted and obviously, there is no love or passion in a marriage — it’s all a contract where the man pays the woman to be a maid and nanny and she gives him sex. She probably also withholds sex as “punishment” if the man doesn’t give her what she wants.
