Ocean’s 13 By the Sea
Here is yet another helping of the Ocean’s 13 cast in Cannes…
The star-studded cast of Ocean’s Thirteen take a break from promoting their third crime caper together — George Clooney, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Don Cheadle and Andy Garcia — and enjoy the Eden Roc hotel in Cap d’Antibes with their families. (See first set of photos here).
Cheadle, 42, was accompanied by his two daughters Ayana and Imani.

Angelina didn’t go! She stayed in the hotel :(

I just got an email from a friend who is at the Hotel du Cap, the ritzy hotel where all the major stars stay during the Cannes Film Festival.
And as I write this, the hotel is packed with the ultrafamous.
Angelina Jolie had been hanging out with friends in the lobby but almost went unrecognized because she was so dressed down. But then she got up and everyone saw her as she greeted Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana, who were coming in from the Ocean’s Thirteen benefit aimed at ending genocide in the Darfur region of western Sudan.
A few minutes later, Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Don Cheadle walked in, followed by Andy Garcia and Ellen Barkin.
James Bond hunk Daniel Craig hung at the bar, but he almost went unnoticed, too.
Why? Because, my pal reports, he’s currently sportin’ some major facial hair
I’m reposting this for anyone who did not see it.
Here is the Inside Edition coverage of Brad and Angie at Cannes that shows Brad and Angie walking inside the theatre and there is a standing ovation and thunderous applause from the crowd inside the theatre. :)

Clooney Studio has a great clip of interviews with George, Matt, Brad and Don - you have to download it under “TG5 News (Italy). Problem is that the Italian translation makes it difficult to hear the answers - there’s a mention of Angie and Monica Bellucci being in the next Ocean film - I can’t hear George’s complete response but I’m sure its flattering to Angie. Try to listen - here’s the link

According Marc Malkin angelina was a no show at the dafur event, she was hanging out at the hotel lobby instead with friends.
Here is a clip where you can see the standing ovation and applause that Angie and Brad received alone with Micheal W.

I had the feeling that she wasn’t going. Probably Brad’s idea, since the whole party was oceans orientated with “brangelina” there the other guys would have been ignored.
