OlderAngelina Jolie: ‘Today Show’ Interview
Angelina Jolie sits down with NBC News’ Anny Curry to discuss her new movie A Mighty Heart, having a fourth child and losing her mom, Marcheline Bertrand.
Said a tearful Jolie, “This has been a heavy year in losing my mom and having a fourth child. I’m very aware of time and of memories and of doing and enjoying life, not just doing the right thing and being a useful person, which I certainly want to be and believe I am. I want to be a great mom like my mom was. And I want to also do the things that I love. So I’m at a strange place in my life. That happens when you lose a parent, where you drop into a different kind of serious. Yet at the same time, you want to enjoy and laugh as much as possible everyday. But I’m holding onto my family really tight at this moment because of that and trying to be as good a woman as I can be in my life. Dammit. You got me crying. (Curry apologizes) That’s alright. It’s part of life. … I lost my mom. It’s a natural thing for a child to lose a parent. I lost my mom too young, but it happened. And I’m happy she’s out of pain, because I love her and she’s my friend.”

1 thing i noticed in the interview on Brad’s part, he was sitting w/2 other pipol, the guy Eaton also a producer n a lady sitting in the middle, my guess that she’s also a producer, the Eaton guy was interviewed at least once but the lady in the middle correct me if i’m wrong never interviewed once, y did they include her if they won’t let her talk at least once? betcha she’s not happy y’all…

The lady beside Brad is Dede Gardner, Plan B President. I didnt know she is quite young, but I think she is really good in her job and trusted by Brad.

I saw yesterday night Angie’s interview at Tg 5, an important italian tv channel, she was incredibly stunning and sweet, she said that she’s not suffering from any disease, she is really happy with her family and Brad and very proud of the movie. Her beauty is endless!!!

Thanks for the links to the videos and interviews. I have watched Ann Curry’s presentation and have to correct my previous impression. Watching the whole presentation I think Ann Curry did a good job. I have the feelings she tries her best to do good journalism about Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, their work, their intentions and the movie… I hope many journalists take her and Mariana Pearl as example…
Concerning tabloids… it’s hopeless, they are just interested in how to increase the money… Searching the truth is nothing for tabs.

I loved Angie’s answers especially when she told AC that helping those suffering from aids was “the right thing to do”.

There is absolutely nothing that comes out of Angelina jolie’s mouth that I believe. This woman has lied about so many different things. I sit there and it is like the little boy who cried wolf. This time it is real, and the emotions are very raw. But it is her and we have been down that road. She truly need to take the year off or three or four and just reflect what it is she really wants from the American public. Because frankly, everytime she just want to spend her time with family and Brad, as she put it, she end up in the public eye. How do you trust a person that has been so deceitful, to so many people and for so long a period of time.
In my eyes, Angelina is a walking text book example of a sociopath, plain and simple.
I saw this interview it was really nice she got a little emotional talking about her mom.
Adam is such a cutie little future heartbrecker like Madd.:)
