Cannes Premiere: We Own The Night

Joaquin Phoenix, Eva Mendes, Robert Duvall, and director James Gray were on hand at the Cannes Film Festival on May 25, 2007 to premiere their film, We Own The Night.

The cast looked dashing in classic black and white attire, as is appropriate for the so-called “grandaddy of all film festivals”.

Phoenix and Mendes seemed quite playful on the red carpet, pushing each other and just generally horsing around and having a great time.

LUV DIVA EVA AND JOAQUIN but teeth whitener is required for the yellowish teeth he has.

I love Joaquin!I still have not gotten over
that he didn’t get the Academy Award for “Walk
The Line” He was great in that movie.

I hate this Eva woman.. She reminds me of a witch.. A male witch that has had a sex change.. So I guess I mean a wizard.. hehehe :P I just can’t stand her, she’s so BLERGH!! Freakishly HUGE mouth too.. If she dropped off the face of the earth, I don’t think many people would care.. Her acting talent is non existent, as is her personality.. How the hell she got a role in any movie is beyond me.. But I’m assuming there’s an advantage to her having such a HUGE mouth..

I love Eva Mendes. She’s gorgeous! She has the most beautiful skin and it looks like both her and Joaquin were having a great time on the red carpet.

Nice pics! I SO love Joaquin!!! Seems Eva and him are good friends and workmates!… They “seemed quite playful on the red carpet, pushing each other and just generally horsing around…”? Nah, nothing to worry about I’m sure, Eva has a handsome Peruvian boyfriend (filmmaker) and they’ve been together for a long time now ^_^!
