Gwen Stefani Takes Kingston to Canada

Who else is in the Great White North besides hunky Brad Pitt?

Gwen Stefani! She was, of course, accompanied by her son Kingston Rossdale, who just turned one this past Saturday. The mother-son pair took in the touristy sites including the Notre-Dame Basilica (Basilique Notre-Dame), Montreal’s oldest Catholic church, built in 1656.

Gwen has a show tonight at Montreal’s Bell Centre with opening acts Akon and Lady Sovereign.

According to Just No Doubt, “No Doubt have recorded ‘more than a dozen’ demos for the new album. And Tony is currently (or as of Saturday) on tour with Gwen to work on those demos, and write for the album.” WOOT!

dude: “Canada Bell Centre”? that is embarassing–for you!
she is playing Montreal tonight, population 3-million-something, so it is “Montreal’s Bell Centre”.
we appreciate the other quaint Canadian info, like about the cathedral and stuff, though. :-)

Its so stupid and annoying when you say the great white north, i mean especially when its boiling here, and theres no sign of snow anywhere( excluding northern Canada, where majority of the canadian population DOESNT live ).

I ran into Gwen and Kingston at the “La Creme de La Creme” cafe in Old Montreal. Kingston is absolutely adorable and is larger than life. He liked my 13-month old daughter and the two of them had a few minutes together. Gwen is very nice and has a rocking bod for a new mom.
