Nicole Richie Loves Being Pampered

Barely a week ago Nicole Richie got a manicure.

This time the socialite’s in Beverly Hills for a manicure and a pedicure with paparazzi watching her every move.

While inside, Nicole’s BMW receives a ticket for parking in the 3-minute Passenger Loading Zone.

On Thursday, May 24 Nicole sent an e-mail invitation to friends for a Memorial Day party and In Touch Weekly got a copy of it!

A rep for Nicole said that the invitation was meant to be a joke — and it certainly sounds like one!

Here’s what Nicole’s email said:

“My fellow Americans its that time of year
To celebrate our country by drinking massive amounts of beer
Let’s stand together as one, live the American dream
Take shots, pass out, & wake up with our pants ripped open at the seems
Let’s glorify this day in your sluttiest tops and your tightest pair of tsubi jeans
Even though we have no ****ing clue what Memorial Day really means!!
