Austin Nichols: Lips Beyond Compare

Austin Nichols, Jake Gyllenhaal’s BFF, shows off his rosy red lips and blindingly white smile at the premiere of the HBO original series John from Cincinnati at the Los Angeles Paramount Theater on Thursday.

John from Cincinnati is a surfing drama created by David Milch, who had also produced Deadwood. Nichols, 27, will play the lead John Monrad, a mysterious guy from Cincinnati who moves out to California and joins a close-knit but dysfunctional surfing community.
