OlderZooey Deschanel on the Cover of Jane Magazine
Pretty-eyed actress Zooey Deschanel (Weeds, Elf, Bridge to Terabithia) is on the cover of the June/July issue of Jane magazine.
Here’s an excerpt from the main article: “‘I’m always looking for school uniforms, trying to squeeze into kids’ clothing,’ she says. ‘It’s sort of a party trick, the way I can get myself into tiny dresses.’ This girlhood fetishism fits with the label Hollywood has given her: the quirky indie actress, who rides a Hello Kitty bike (seriously) and is more likely to show up on the red carpet wearing her favorite dress from middle school than something styled by Rachel Zoe.”

Zooey is adorable. And she is very talented. An amazing singer! Wonderful voice. She has great comedic timing and could probably be a huge star on Braodway of that ’s what she wanted. But she works in quirky, films. I remember her first from being in The Good Girl, with Jennifer Aniston and Jake Gyllenhaal. She was hilarious in that movie.
the cover looks like lucy lawless! she has a gorgeous timeless voice - youtube it! theres other stuff shes sung in aside from Elf and i was pleasantly surprised.

Wow! #5, double standard. You’re right. There is a slight resemblance to Debra Winger. I think Zooey is very pretty. I wish we’d see more of her. I have YouTubed her and she has a VG voice.
She is lovely and a good actress, but I don’t like that comment. Young adults in this culture already have a problem with growing up. They really need to think it’s cool to be trying to squeeze into your childhood clothes. Methinks Zooey has some major issues with growing up.
