Actress and UN goodwill ambassador Angelina Jolie looks her flawless self in the July 2007 issue of Marie Claire magazine.
On when she’s most talkative: “I don’t know how he does it, but … I talk a lot in the bath. It’s easier to talk when you’re naked … Get naked with me, and I’ll talk!”
On her growing relationship with Brad Pitt: “I think we both went on a lot of faith – we really did. Our family has grown very quickly, and we have a lot of responsibility together, and we acknowledge that we are lucky we turned out be for each other everything we’d hoped. We could have been very wrong, but every challenge we hit has brought us closer. It has been that kind of relationship.”
On good dad Brad: “It’s hot. There’s nothing sexier than a man who is a great father.”
On being especially happy for son Maddox: “I’m so happy for my children – especially Mad. I didn’t know if he was ever going to have a dad. So when I watch them having real strong father-son time, or even when Mad tells me, ‘This is a boy thing, Mom’ – it’s just really beautiful to see.”
On Pax’s underwear trouble: “I’m still having trouble convincing Pax that underwear and pants go together - underwear is not pants!”

Recently, one of the tabloids ran a cover story about Angelina , with the following headline: Her Twisted Double life. Of course,, the same headline might have accompanied every single story about her since she first became a citizen of the world and first became a mother. She has a twisted double life because she wrested away Brad Pitt away from Jennifer anniston. She has a twisted double life because she adopted one but three children. She has a twisted double life because she treats her adopted children the same way she treats her biological one. She has a twisted double life because she is out saving the world instead of staying home and making movies. She has a twisted double life because she is staying home and making movies instead of going out and saving the world. Lately, she has a twisted double life because she is losing weight, and after this article is published, she will no doubt have a twisted double life because she eats crickets. She hyas become a fixture on the newstand so that Americans can at once admire and be suspicious of both her character and her causes; she has become both an exemplar and an antidote for the need to create a meaningful life, and Amerticans by and large don’t read about her because they want to learn more about the refugee crisis in Africa. They read about her because they don’t.

Nothing worse than lazy journalists. All that twat had to do was to ask Brad for a quote to verify his claim.

color choices are fashion.i just cant believe this cute girl didnt think of fashion in a fashion magazine.i would have gone soft gold.she has to decide her color choices before being seen if she wants to appeal to fashion conscious people really.

I think here Esquire was making fun of the tabloids and the Tabloids’readers. They were saying that no matter what Angie does the rags will say is wrong. I think the writter was making a point of how silly this storys were.

I’m loving this new interview and the pics. The quote about their relationship growing stronger through all they’ve been through so far is a big kick in the head to the tabloids and haters. I think she looks amazing and they styled her great… especially love the pic with the white shirt and pants - she looks sweet and slightly mysterious all at the same time.
Now I just need to figure out how to get adopted by them so I can join in on the Sunday sleepovers! tee hee ;-) Sounds so sweet and cozy…

She’s absolutely beautiful. In fact there’s not enough words in the dictionary to describe how beautiful she is, inside and out. I honestly don’t give a rat’s dingleberry what negative things people have to say about her, they can all drop dead for all I care. Nothing they say will influence how I perceive her. She is who she is and I love all that she is. People who can’t see how sincere she is obviously has personal issues of their own.

I agree with the two of you. I thought what he was trying to say was damned if she does, damned if she doesn’t.
It would seem an impossible life to lead- a twisted double life indeed suspended between extremes of meaning and the meaningless- except for this : She says thatshe doesn’t lead it. She says that the life that means the most to the american public means the least to her. ” I don’t have two lives,” she says. ” I have the great fortune of being able to have a fun job. It’s a job that allows me to travel and that allows me, sometimes to get out of myself. So that’s my job. But it’s not at all my life. Every day when I wake up in the morning, I’ve been studying international law. I try to make sure that each of my children has enough of my attention to feel equal. I agree with the most that this writer was making fun of the tabloids and cynical about Americans who read/believe Tabloids. She reminds me of her Mom in some of these photos. She has accomplished so much in her young life, and is quite phenomenal, IMHO.
