……………….she very well deserves the prestigious honor of being a member of the council. To be honest, the council was in dire need of someone like her. Her way of thought and dedication to the affirmation of life — no matter what borders those in need live within — will be a good addition to **** Cheney, Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell.

Requirements for membership of the Council on Foreign Relations are that a current member nominates a person and that candidate displays — both on resume and in action — humanitarian activity. The Council on Foreign Relations works as a think tank to discuss public affairs and helps to educate the world and raise awareness on international affairs and U.S. policy choices. It’s a fascinating organization and a high honor to be admitted into its membership.

Congratulations to the Academy Award winning actress who takes risks not only in her work but in her personal life to help improve the reality that is this world. Angelina Jolie for president anyone?

Brad Pitt, whaddya so scared of, boyfriend? I pose this question in response to a recent request straight from Brad himself.
See, I was all set to watch Papa Pitt, George Clooney and Matt Damon dip their digits in cement at their hand- and footprint ceremony at Grauman’s and cover the star-studded Ocean’s Thirteen premiere Wednesday. I’d set it up with publicists a week before the actual event.
But then, on the very day of the aforementioned to-dos, a last-minute email arrived in my inbox, informing moi that E! Online wasn’t approved to cover either event by Brad. I thought maybe he read my little prediction that Angie was gonna eventually dump his primo butt, and he had gotten his feathered hairdo all ruffled, as a result.

However, it seems Brad didn’t just bitchily blackball the Awful Truth. “All weekly ‘tabloid’ magazines and gossip reporters were kept out,” dishes an in-the-know Biz type.
If everything is all rainbows and butterflies with Angie and the rest of the Jolie-Pitt bunch, as the beyond-gorgeous duo claims is the case, what’s B. so damn worried about? He should take a page out of Angie’s publicist-free book already and stop caring (and trying to control) what gets said. Won’t work, dude. Evah.Other boo-hoo biz: The big-toothed breeders didn’t stay for the screening of the movie or hit the after-party—which Ocean’s costars George, Matt and Ellen Barkin actually did stick around for.

Wonder what they were hurrying home to do? Blackball elsewhere? Or just ball? Darlings, please tell us it’s the latter!

It’s not NEW either. Brad has not allowed tabloids into press conferenaces before either. I think it’s funny. I don’t think he cares so much as he’s not going to let the people who spread things about him and his family make a buck off him. Brad also only stayed in Vegas for a few minutes before going back to LA, so that’s nothing new either.

I just want to send all my love to my fellow TDS fans out there :) Oh and this such a great time for Jolie-Pitts and their fans.

Kind of off-topic: Stephen just did another Better Know a district interview… :lol: I can only imagine how he would be if he interviewed Brad or Angie since he is clearly fond of both.

Thank You. I can’t fault Brad for that. You’re absolutely right. Why should he let these people attend the premiere? They are going to write what they want to write regardless.
