Nicole Richie @ Letterman
Nicole Richie is also scared of serving time in the slammer, she said on Wednesday at The Late Show with David Letterman.
“I’m just keeping my fingers crossed,” said Nicole dressed in Catherine Malandrino. “Of course, I’m scared also, but, you know, I’m willing to face whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility for what I’ve done.”
When will the 25-year-old Simple Life star know her fate? “Probably the end of this month. I hope you don’t have to go to jail.”
A sympathetic Letterman wished her the best: “I hope you don’t have to go to jail.”

She looks so much better on TV then on those paparazzi pictures, and she comes across really well.
It’s unbelievable how the public has a totally different image on her, but she’s actually a really sweet girl.

Gosh! I love Nicole, she’s so hilarious and funny. I watched that video and after that I had a smile on my face. She brings good energy! She wasn’t trashing anyone and that’s really great. Although Lindsay Lohan deserves a little bugging, cos she’s so out of control.
Personally, I like Nicole’s style and her sense of humor. I think everyone loves her sense of humor. She’s the funny girl in The Simple Life. Paris is actually just flirting with the guys and not doing anything funny. But Nicole is really trying and putting her best. Good luck with everything!
#13 i think the only reason that she was really laughing abou the whole thing was because she didn’t know what else TO DO. you can tell that she feels nervous and awkward about it, and laughing is what she was doing to try to show it wasn’t affecting her
I dunno… I must have become desensitized as to what constitutes ’skeletal’ thinness, because to me she looks in pretty good shape.
