Paris Hilton is a Free Woman
Paris Hilton was released from prison early Thursday morning, just 3 days of her original 45-day sentence.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department held a press conference outside the Century Regional Detention Facility, where they announced that Paris was released because of “medical reasons” and reassigned to the home confinement (she will be put under house arrest and has to wear an ankle bracelet).
And of course those “medical reasons” are confidential.

I think people should write letters to the judge in protest.
You California has a strict 3 strikes law, people can get 25 yrs for stealing a bottle of aspirin if they already have 2 strikes.
Does anyone know the name of the judge? He or she should be reprimanded for this outrageous excuse to forgive her probation violations and move her out of jail.
Paris is beyond hate, she is sooo corrupt and the horny dorks that call themselves paparazzi, those guys are so fascinated with her crotch and up her ass ..the paps created her “fame”. She has no talent.

This is bullshit. She should be in jail. She broke the law (and could have killed someone while doing it) and now she should suffer the consequences.

I was in court for reckless driving one day and I saw this non America/nobody famous lady who got her driver license suspended and put in jail for 45 days due to DUI. She was crying and begging for less jail time cuz she has a new born baby at home. Notice that she was willing to face the jail time but was just asking for less. The judge, of course, didn’t reduce any of her jail time. Although I don’t know if her lawyer has worked something out with the court after, I felt really sad at that time watching that. On the other hand, reading Paris got out jail so quick due to her “medical reasons”, makes me laugh so hard and fell so sorry for the US law system. Law isn’t fair anymore (has it ever?). Rich people are walking all over it and the world is laughing at it.
One more thing, I would hate to see America becomes some thirth world countries where rich poeple can get away from the law with money. God bless the America’s law system, Amen…
This never would have happened to your everyday average Joe. This truly pisses me off. A medical reason can be taken care of at most Jails and if not, inmates can be transfered to a hospital and then back to Jail. I remember hearing that the Judge who sentenced her stated ” No ankle monitoring ” and 40 days in her home???? Are you kidding me?!?!? Ohhh poor Paris, stuck in her little minnie mansion, with all those luxurys. This just goes to show that the almighty dollar and an overall piss poor judicial system can be bought out by ****** like Ms. Herpie Hilton!
Paris Hilton is a joke!….this reminds me of the O.J. debacle. While there is no comparison in their “crimes”, and I’m not claiming there is, at the core of each is a self-centered, narcisstic person who believes they are above the law. We can only hope that what recently happened to O.J. (getting refused service and asked to leave a restaurant, getting booed and jeered in public, etc.) will be Ms. Hilton’s fate and she will come to realize that she, indeed, is not like everyone else; she does not possess the morals and integrity that should be at the core of every normal person. Since the State of California refuses to dole out just punishment for her actions, it is up to the public now to show Paris how loathed and disrespted she actually is..this girl needs a reality check!
As expected, her psychiatrist is “earning” every dollar of his hefty hourly fee for ensuring that his patient does not suffer a mental breakdown, or horror, she executes her suicidal tendencies (wink, wink).
Unfortunately, it’s not an uncommon practice from a physician who craves notoriety, is a media *****, and who has sold his unethical soul to this social loser for money!
The public should saturate the court with complaints about this mockery of the legal system. Or maybe we’ll have lawyers citing this case when defending their clients for similar offenses. What a joke!
On extra, it said her medicial reason was stress. It said that she was having trouble breathing in her cell and thought she was having a heart attack. Good greef, shes too healthly for that. She just wanted to make an excuse to get out of the slammer. I bet all the other prisioners dont get to go home b/c of a medicial reason.Heck lots of them get killed or die in prision. Paris’s problem just is that she thinks she is better than everyone else just b/c her last name is Hilton and her family has money. But she wouldnt have that if her grandfather (or was it great grandfather?) didnt create that for her ass :x
