Paris Back in Prison

Paris Hilton was just ordered to return to prison in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence.

Reports TMZ: Paris left the courtroom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom” and was “physically dragged” out of the courtroom by a female deputy.

“I’m paralyzed right now,” shocked mom Kathy Hilton said after hearing the news about her daughter.

“She’s doing the best she can. It is what it is and it’s in God’s hands now,” Kathy has said. “It’s out of our hands. There’s nothing we can do.”

Paris served 5 days already, so of the 23-day sentence, she has 18 days left! (She was smart in surrendering herself moments before midnight on Sunday, the first day of her sentence. When she was released on Thursday, it was past midnight. Paris received two full days worth of credit towards her sentence for this. Total up those with the three days served and you get your five).

UPDATE: Big surprise! Paris will appeal her sentence!!

Sorry about the doubles.

Justice, thank god. Hope she does the full 42 days left!

Her medical condition? “mental breakdown”. :rolls:

wow,
she probably will have to do the full 42 days now.Should’ve just stayed there in the first place.
good luck nicole!

Karma’s a b-tch.

GOOD! There is some justice in the world.

hahaha, how pathetic. She can’t even WALK out the court room like a mature, dignified human being who is taking responsibility for her actions.

Kelly, someone was saying that she wont even serve 20 days. They counted her time as 5 and not 3 days, apparantly? wtf.

But you know, she should suck it up! She wont even be there for 20 days and when she gets out she will:

Have a lot more publicity. (which she is going to love)

Oh and lets not forget go back to living in her luxurious Paris Land.

We should all be so damn lucky to live in such wealth and stability.

more chapters for the book…

That “Mom, Mom, Mom” is responsible for raising such a spoiled celebutard that brought this all on herself. Please news media, stop reporting on what that idiotic Kathy Hilton says, she is really annoying.

Did anyone ever teach Paris about the meaning of consequences? It’s nice to see that the rich and famous are not so much above the law then most of us thought.

she did 3 days but they are counting it as 5, but who really knows. I hope she does do the 42 days, or 40 even, whatever. As long as she’s there for the full time justice is served. So glad she was put back, what a slap in the face to the judge! She screwed up, she should do her time! I would never want to be her, she’s followed everywhere she goes, and now, so many people hate her! Well, lol, more than before~

She should have done that 23 days without playing The Hilton’s little “I am rich and I can do whatever the heck I want” game. Stop being a crying baby and do your time. Finally we see some fair justice in the America on rich people and I must thank the City Attorney, Rocky Delgadillo. You ROCK!!!!

Crying for Mommy?
How old is this stupid *****.
This is probably the best thing for her. Maybe she will grow up.

Hopefully she’ll actually learn something.

23 days? I thought she had to stay in prison for 42 days?

she should finish her g.e.d. while she’s in jail.

HAHAHAHHAHA oh. so good.

Thats the best thing ive heard all week!!

didn´t she said that she was ready to accept her consecuences that may come along? she probably thought she would get away with it dumbass! i say “swallot it *****” those suck-ass ***** at E! networks would probably defend her and feel sorry for her, since they are the only ones in this world who are oblivious to the fact that this woman is a super mega **** who doesn´t have a place in the entertaintment bussiness, HOOOORAYYY!

Man, she should be sentenced just to be house arrested!!!

I feel so sorry for her… She did not kill or harm anyone!!!

i feel really sorry for her. they´re treating her like she´s murdered someone or something. i don´t that kinda thing happening to brandy, who did actually kill a woman. damn, how can america be so ******* hipocrate???

Doesn’t the LAPD and the Judge have some gang members and drug dealers to catch and sentence to jail. Paris Hilton may be a spoiled brat but she is about as dangerous as cream cheese. The house arrest plus the three days was very likely enough to discourage her from violating her probation again. The humiliation and hooplah is assinine.

lol @ nona. Dont you think it would be a good idea for her to learn how to read first?

19 … that was so funny.

#23 -”She didn’t kill or harm anyone”? Are you kidding? She may not have killed someone but she could have. Driving under the influence IS a big deal. Anyone who does it should pay, including Paris.

carrie nae @ 06/08/2007 at 3:33 pm

Well, I hope she learns something. This family are really so out of reality. Obviously with not teaching their children of taking responsibilities. Cry my ass… When she leaves she is still rich and if she leaves Hollywood ( which I doubt ), she’s still stinking rich. However, her reputation as a tacky, TACKY spoiled heiress will always follow her ass. She is basically a laughing stock right now.

Well I’m not her fan but I think it’s kinda rough the way they treated her. I mean what was that girl , Ana Lucia from Lost. She was supposed to be in jail for like 60 days or something. Instead she only did 6 hours.

Point is, it sucks being a celebrity and hated by millions in case like this. If it was a normal person, they’d just have to do 5 days tops (for DUI).

She got 45 days, then it was reduced to 23 for good behavior (before even stepping a foot in the jail). So minus the 5 (really 3) days she spent already in jail, she’ll either be in for 18 days or 40. Either way I’m happy.

[Famous Fug Face] @ 06/08/2007 at 3:35 pm

The sheriff is a celebrity dciksucker, Thank god that judge wasn’t.

Be clear this isn’t the end, its the beginning of Paris Hiltons world domination, if you thought she was everywhere before wait until she gets out. Paris is a uber-celeb-god now. She’ll get out of jail and milk this till her death, she is now 100times more infamous than she ever was.

I’m actually a little scared.

silly girl @ 06/08/2007 at 3:36 pm

Um… it’s JAIL dumbass!

Jail is diff than federal PRISON.

F-UCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Little People @ 06/08/2007 at 3:37 pm

I don’t know why a reality check is classified as a “mental condition”. :P

Though I do feel bad for her, house arrest in a MANSION with free cupcakes delivery, personal assistants, etc is NOT a fair trade for a DUI conviction. Maybe this will set her straight…see kiddies, drinking and driving is not glamourous. :P

Now, who’s next? Nicole Ritchie? Lilo? …

Kathy has said. “It’s out of our hands. There’s nothing we can do.” >>>>> Actually there’s something she can do. Just give her daughter some education, some brain and some responsibilities.

What’s the big deal? She’s been to jail before! She should be a pro at relaxing during the cavity search!!!!

http://www.Gossipgonewild.com

to the person (or people) that said what she did isn’t a big deal. one of my best friends was killed in a car accident that was caused by a drunk driver. paris is in jail for drunk driving. she got lucky and didn’t hurt herself or anyone else in the process, but drunk driving is a big deal and people should have to serve time for it. i’ve seen people go to jail for a lot less than this and i personally am glad they are making an example out of her. people with money shouldn’t be allowed to get away with **** like this just because they can pay people off.

She should have taken the jailtime like a woman. But she is obviously mentally not a very strong person. I don’t think she should have been let out this early for whatever reason, but I don’t think there’s a need for the treatment she receives today. That is a bit too much.

inverse racism @ 06/08/2007 at 3:41 pm

She has become a political pawn, she would have been sent home if it was a normal case, like Michelle Rodriguez. But since it is Paris Hilton, they have to appear EXTRA TOUGH, so minorities and poor people think there is equal justice for all. If there was equal justice, OJ would not be free.

Yes, Jim. It must totally suck to have all that wealth.

Your kidding yourself if you think Paris Hilton gives a damn if shes hated or not. That only ups her “celebrity”. I mean come on, she is getting a shitload of attention from us “haters”

great! I love that she is going back to jail - I hope she’s staying there forever!

Paris Needs to Grow Up @ 06/08/2007 at 3:46 pm

I am curious to find out what “medical condition” that is preventing Paris to finish off her sentence behind bars. Clearly, it’s not enough to keep her from partying her ass off before heading to the slammer. Going to MTV’s Movie awards right before? She didn’t show any symptoms until she got to jail. If she was in the hospital before serving her sentence, then I’d find it plausible. But ***** just needs to serve the remainder of her sentence. Just because you’re rich, doesn’t give you the right to not serve jail time for your mistakes. Too much evidence against her to say that she thought it was “okay” to drive…and while intoxicated.

To know there’s so many killers, rapists, child molesters, pedophiles, and other monsters that are FREE and could harm or kill someone right this second, is beyond me!

This is all because she’s a hated celebrity and they’re just using her name to show the world that the police is doing the right thing.

They should catch the drug dillers and other monsters ruining the world and not molest Paris Hilton, leave her alone already.

You guys are soo cold hearted. Laughing at a matter like this is just immature and rude. By allowing Paris to leave, they should have stuck to their word of having her on house arrest, not drag this out and put her back in. Stick to one thing! Our court system is so damn fucked up. Putting Paris in the back of a cop car and allowing photographers to take pictures just shows how fucked up the system is. God hopefully one day they will get it right.

What Paris did was wrong, but nobody deserves to be treated the way she is being treated. SHe is a human being and has feelings just like the rest of us. She was just raised differently and is now feeling the pain of it all.

Damn it’s just Lynwood, a pretty nice prison, it’s not like it’s guantamino!!

Sorry no partay at Paris’ tonite. Party cancelled.

boo hoo.

Her parents need to be positive role models and stop trying to bribe their way thru life.

Tough love can work out best for Paris.

oh, man, i kinda feel sorry for her now ..

Nobody should also have to die at the hands of a drunk driver. Suspending her license was for her own good. Going to jail is for her own good. She may learn from this.

I almost feel bad for the her. Almost!

At first I was laughing at ths whole situation, but after seeing those pictures of her balling? Come on.

She IS a human being, people.

What she did was wrong, and indeed she should be punsihed. Expressing that is one thing, but to take it to a whole other level and just be a complete jerk is ridiculous. And face it, you KNOW had this been YOUR ife, you wouldnt be bitching if you got away with anything and everything, THAT would be a whole different story, now wouldnt it?

Elizabeth @ 06/08/2007 at 3:56 pm

Seeing her cry like that makes me wonder if she’s ever had anything prior in life to cry over.

[Famous Fug Face] @ 06/08/2007 at 3:58 pm

Ms Katie STFU please, you obviously don’t know anything about the case.

I don’t love her as much as must of you hate her, but this is clearly not a fair situation for her. First of all, she got her DUI back in September, she was found to be just over the alcohol limit level, (which by the way, Im sure many of you have been there before, driving after having 2 drinks) and she got punished for that by having her license suspended. The next two times she got pulled over she was driving with a suspended license, but she wasn’t driving under the influence, so perhaps she did learn her lesson of drinking and driving. Finally, she did deserve some sentence for breaking the law, but 5 days in jail and house arrest is fair enough. Yesterday was a very significant day, but not because of her, but because of the inmigration law debate, the G8 summit, and more, but I guess that is not important, just keep focusing your time and effort in making sure Paris gets punished, that will certainly make a difference in this world and bring the so called “justice” everyone keeps talking about.

This is what happens when parents refuse to show tough love, or put restrictions on kidz,

then a JUDGE has to do it!!

unfortunately,
but
people do have to follow laws and be responsible.

it’s not the simple life !!! it’s reality. how messed up is this girl?!!

i feel bad for paris :(

but it’s kind of funny, she better get that ass douched xx

Is it true that she was ordered back to jail to serve her orignal 45 day sentence, not 23 days anymore?!?!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Paris plead guilty or no contest? And wasn’t she caught in the act of committing the crime and violating the provisions of her probation? Whereas O.J. was indicted, put on trial and found not guilty. Whether the verdict was wrong or not, he took a chance and used the judicial process and he won. Paris could’ve won too, if she followed the conditions of her probation; she didn’t, so she has to pay.

Now yesterday, I was livid that the Sheriff Dept. cut corners; now that she’s back in jail, I feel this weird sense of calm. Not happiness at all. Actually, it feels a lot like the Imus firing; satisfied that he got what was coming to him, but angry that it took so long for the comeuppance to come and that all of the enablers skated on this. I am also nervous that she will become a martyr, as if wealthy n’er do wells need another leg up!

But maybe, people will mobilize and make every network know that they will suffer financially if they try to profit from this like when that OJ book was going to be published.

What voice do you think she is using when she cries? The sexy baby voice or the manly I am gonna eat you voice … Wah!

I heard she has planned herself a get out jail party with food, drinks .. oops guess the guest of honor will not be there !

Paris is getting special favours as it is, with a separate cell away from the other inmates and a reduced sentence before she even went to jail, why can’t she just adhere to her given punishment? It’s not years or months, we are talking about 40 days tops. I don’t see why she should get it easier just because she is Paris Hilton.

High power lawyer to try and keep you out of jail $200,000.00

Bribe to Local Sheriff to get you out of jail for fake medical reasons;
$150,000.00

Watching your ***** ass cry as you are handcuffed and sent back to jail PRICELESS

Hurray for a judge with balls; if Little Kim can man up (no pun intended) and serve her time and not cry like a punk ***** then the Hoe still know as Paris should do the same and this Sheriff need to be FIRED!!!

LMAO…Classic pics! And for those of who you feel sorry for her, just imagine how you’d feel if it was her who killed on of your loved ones b/c she was driving drunk or with a suspended license b/c of it. You wouldn’t be so sympathetic. Granted, she didn’t kill someone the fact is she very well COULD HAVE.

Ace Tomato @ 06/08/2007 at 4:23 pm

Paris is not in jail for her DUI. She received diversion and had her license suspended for that.

She is in jail because not once, but TWICE, she was caught driving while suspendeed.

Do you get it?

Diversion instead of jail time was a BREAK. (most first time offenders get that option)

Not going to jail the first time she was caught driving while suspended was a BREAK.

The second time, they had enough of it.

That is why she was given a jail sentence.

And THEN . . .

She is given a reduced sentence because. Another BREAK.

THEN she pulls the bogus “medical” excuse of being a potential nervous breakdown candidate, and goes to her mansion on house arrest despite the judge ruling out that option.

People . . . if you want to piss a judge off, this is how it is done.

If she’d learned her lesson about drinking and driving she would have followed the rules of her probation - such as taking the alcohol course and not driving while suspended (twice caught).
She didn’t. She didn’t take anything seriously, she didn’t learn her lesson, she didn’t accept the consequences of her actions.
The consequences just got a lot harder.
Hopefully she will leave jail a little wiser.

awfull al this attention, oké the girl did it wrong, but this is so cruel! she is a human being, nobody deserves this!

And E! and other news station need to drop the Paris watch, so I can watch their shows in peace.

maybe paris could put her predicament in some perspective and shed a few tears for this guy:

But well at least we got some justice.

I feel sorry for her. You have to be pretty cold to look at those pictures and feel happy. Those who look down on someone like Paris Hilton with a smug sense of moral high ground, yet take pleasure out of seeing a person in such evident distress need to wake up and take a good look at themselves. She broke the law and rightfully ought to serve a sentence, as she could have hurt or killed innocent people, but the poor poor girl to have it all broadcast in such a fashion. I feel nothing but sympathy for her and hope she’s okay.

PS If you were sent to jail wouldn’t you try your damned hardest to get out? I bet every inmate in the world would try and wrangle their way to freedom. Don’t hate the girl because she’s got connections.

I wonder if she’ll make it out in time for Lindsay Lohan’s 21st birthday bash………

Hey, the girl makes a living off of being famous. She wants to be famous. She enjoys the attention, and I just can’t feel sorry for her that the attention she’s getting this time is negative. They followed procedure for house arrest prisoners, and it’s her own fault for encouraging all the media attention in the past.

Paris, Get over yourself. You are an adult am I correct? You are just like everyone else. The only thing is, is that you have inherited money from your father’s empire. Please get into Alchoholics Anonomous. Alcholoholism does not care who you are. The Disease does not care if you are rich, poor, young or old,

PLEASE PLEASE see a Therapist. If you have emotional problems you are probably self MEDICATING yourself with booze. I am sure your Dad can find you the best THERAPIST that money can buy. Better than what us common folk would even dream of getting.

I would hate to see you up for manslaughter charges if you get out behind the wheel and actually kill someone.

Do your time and pray (find a Bible) and read John 3:16. Ask Jesus to come into your heart, ask him for forgiveness for your mistakes and ask him to help you. Ask him to give you faith (as tiny as a mustard seed) that your heart will believe that God sent his son to die for you, in redemption for your mistakes. We all make mistakes. God is a gracious Heavenly Father. Your soul is no different than anyone else.

Do you crying time. Then do your Bible reading. Like I said JOHN 3:16. Ask you parents or Nicole or Brittany to bring you a Bible if you don’t have one. I am sure they allow Bibles in prision.

Take care Nicole.
God Bless You!

inhirnamy137 @ 06/08/2007 at 5:25 pm

Yeah Jail/Prison is a harsh place for anyone, but Paris seems to take it as a joke, and She had chances to avoid this. If they didn’t punish her, she was going to continue her awful behavior, how do you think people who were wrongfully convicted and have spent 20 yrs in prison feel…Paris did the time…3 strikes YOUR OUT!

I do not like Paris but they way the justice system works is questionable. There are far more people who deserve to go to jail are still at large. Perhaps, there is a strong “I hate Paris crowd” than for Michelle Rodriguez who only served hours(?) for her jail sentence. I believe, the attention from the media that the judge gets and the fact that he puts a rich kid into jail will make him be seen as “righteous” judge are all contributing factors for this horrendous media frenzy over Paris Hilton.

That’s HORRIBLE! I hope the man has family and sues the jail dept for all they have. Of course, it would help immensely if we’d stop being so damn puritan and legalize medical marijuana…but…nooooooooooo

As far as Ms. Hilton is concerned. she is a pretty pathetic excuse for a human being. She has wealth, youth and some sort of power. She wastes all her gifts and has got to be one of the poorest role models for young girls today. Lohan is a little worse, but she’s not far behind.

The judge SPECIFICALLY stated that she could NOT be released on electronic monitoring. Cute try at an end run around the justice system. Since it was reported that a psychiatrist visited her shortly before her “release”; I assume that had something to do with it. Yep, having to live in an 8×12 room is torture…now just try to imagine doing it day in and day out for all your life little ms. spoiled. Not one grain of sympathy here….I hope she learns something from this, but, somehow, I doubt she will.

As to her “mother” leaving it in “God’s hands”. Give me a flipping break! God has a lot more to do than worry about a spoiled little heiress getting a taste of the “real world”. Frankly, her parents deserve some sort of punishement too…THEY raised her to be the lousy person she is today.

Perplexed @ 06/08/2007 at 6:10 pm

I’m a bit confused…

(a) Does the sheriff have jurisdiction to release Paris on the basis of a psychological evaluation done by (I think) a psychiatrist that the family hired? (btw, if anything, shouldn’t the state send in THEIR own INDEPENDENT psychiatrist)

(b) She’s ordered to complete her 45 days sentencing (minus days served) because she was in contempt of court (for early release), right? How’s that possible if she didn’t really literally just walk out? I mean, the supposed proper official (sheriff) ok’d it so why would they blame Paris for contempt?

And no, I’m not a Paris supporter or hater. I do believe that she should have just took it like an adult and complete her sentencing. Am just, well, perplexed. lol

aww sh*t..

I work in a high school. One of my duties is In School Suspension coverage. There are few “guilty” kids in that room. In a minor way, they reflect the attitude that Ms. Hilton and her family have presented today. Punishment is for “them” not “me”; “so and so got away with it why shouldn’t I”; “the rules are for other people, not me”. I see these attitudes daily. I tell them that this is the age they are supposed to develop a sense of right and wrong societally, that they need to take responsibility for their actions…I’d much rather have a room full of kids who admit they are in the wrong than the so called “good” ones who deny whatever they did. That they should have at least developed an inner voice that says “you’re going to get in trouble for this” that helps them stay on the “straight and narrow”. Ms. Hilton has thrust herself into our consciousness with no discernable talent at all - and certainly no inner voice of responsibility. She needs to get that voice, and listen to it.

Michelle Rodriguez (sp?) was released early because of jail crowding - that’s probably why Hilton’s jail term was reduced to the assumption of good behavior. She MADE herself the focal point by making such a fuss…with all the things she has in her favor, she has MORE responsibility, not less. Shame on her.

Najee Ali, director of Project Islamic Hope: “Basically, it is a slap in the face to the justice system and to every inmate who is serving their time as ordered. The Sheriff’s Department just caved into the celebrity power of Paris Hilton and her family’s wealth from around the world.” (L.A. Times)

I just SO agree with the quote above. Enough. of celebrities who think they can put themselves above the law. ENOUGH OF THAT! Oh yeah, you should read the following quote as it made me chuckle:

Jerry Oppenheimer, author of The House of Hilton: “I’m not shocked. She has been living the high life since her mother called her ’star’ for the first time when she was one month old. One can assume it would be quite hard for her to live in a 12 by 9 foot cell, getting hotdogs for dinner, not being able to party. I think it is obscene that her attorney and psychiatrist were able to pull off this deal for her to be at home rather than behind bars.” (L.A. Times)

it’s great to see the law apply to everyone the same. Props to the judge, and the government for doing this. This has been long overdo where stars get “special” treatment under the law. no special star treatment for you Paris! Mom cant help you in jail *****.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Get the story right, will you! It is not just a DWI, It is 2 DWI’s, driving with a suspended license and violating probation. Also showing up for court late for her first sentencing.

She’s going back to jail, not prison. There’s a difference.

Man, she should be sentenced just to be house arrested!!!

I feel so sorry for her… She did not kill or harm anyone!!!

******************
She’s no better than the other inmates who cannot get house arrest.

Let her uppity ass do her time like a woman, like Martha Stewart, Lil Kim and the other women who have to do time.

Wow - the girl is having a major meltdown - probably a combination of detox and not getting enough anti-depr./anti-anxiety meds while she comes off the cocaine etc. Perhaps if she had checked herself in to a serious rehab centre (like Hazelden in the bible belt) instead of driving around on a suspended license she wouldn’t be in this mess…

Good for the judge for standing his ground… it must suck to have to sit through her crappy case, make a ruling, and then have some star-struck Sherriff try to overturn your ruling. Hope the Appeal FLOPS!!

#23 -”She didn’t kill or harm anyone”? Are you kidding? She may not have killed someone but she could have. Driving under the influence IS a big deal. Anyone who does it should pay, including Paris.
**********************
You are right. Plus she has two or there DWI’s. Anyone who doesn’t think her charges are serious, are a damn fool.

NOBODY gets 45 days for this kind of violation. I’m don’t know her so I don’t like or dislike her but this judge is a serious jerk. Jail terms aren’t supposed to be based on a person’s popularity, they should be based on the violation and this is way out of line.

Although I think the sentence is a little harsh, what you defenders of Paris don’t understand is she is not in jail for just drunk driving–she is in jail for violating the terms of her probation not once, but twice. She has to be a totally stupid twit to have driven not only once, but twice on a suspended license. She is high profile, did she really think the police weren’t going to notice?
And what the hell is her mental condition? Coke withdrawal? She is safer than the rest of the folks in jail. She has her own cell with no roommate. No chance she is going to get hurt by the other prisoners. She has her lawyer and her shrink in there for hours on end during the week and I’m sure her friends and family will be there on the weekend. Sounds like she can’t stand her own company. You know she could read. It is my understanding that prisoners can read and write. She could use the time to be a more productive person.
Unfortunately for her I think if she gets out now early, she is going to be a laughing stock, and probably treated along the lines of O.J. Simpson–made fun of and ignored. That will be the worst punishment for her.

Justice has once again been served. She must have had sex with that sheriff for her get out of jail free card. I hope they fire his ass!

I feel bad for Paris.
All of you thatlaugh at somebody’s suffering, I can honestly say that are a bunch of worthless loosers, all you are is envious of her beauty and her money. It’s pretty pathetic to see how people can make fun of her when she is obviously going through a really bad time in her life.
shame on you!

“Consequences” and “dignity” are concepts no one bothered to instill into PH. Mommy was too busy teaching her how to put makeup on at 3, I’m sure.

What’s more startling than her reaction, more shocking even than the travesty of justice that was initially perpetrated, is her parents’ oblivion at the fact that these 45 days in jail might actually cause a change in course for this disaster-bound idiot.

…whom am i kidding here, we’re talking Paris Hilton.

Wonder if her appeal has a chance?

JUDGE SAUER FOR PRESIDENT!!!

Good for her!

The biggest injustice would’ve been if somebody had actually died due to her carelessness. No, she didn’t kill anybody, but she COULD HAVE. She should thank her lucky stars she didn’t. Things could have turned out a lot worse for her. This is 45 days in jail. After 45 days, she will still have her riches and her mansion. It’s not the end of her world.

She did get a break- 45 days cut in half! Not to mention her own cell. Im worried the scientologist sheriff whos last campaign was partially funded by the hilton family might be “under the influence” himself!

Okay, I am not a fan of Paris, and I am even questioning why on earth do I want to add my 2 cents.
However, with her spoiled brat attitude and buying her popularity with her name and money it behooves me why she even have a fan base. Maybe not big, but just unbelieveable why there are people out there that would look up or emulate her. Makes me wonder what is this world become. Here is a super rich childish 26 year old woman, who is in dire need to get bop in the head to grow up!! Hanging around others younger than her like Lohan (another one that needs a reality check). I know people younger than Paris who have their head on straight and very responsible people. But somehow I doubt if this woman will learn her lesson after serving her sentence.

Yeah the reason that Paris got more time now, 45 days now,,because she couldn’t provide ANY evidence of mental illness, so the Judge got pissed because SHE LIED TO EVERYONE AND THE SHERIFF WENT ALONG WITH HER BS.

You can’t lie in court, and the Judge is BEING FAIR.
