Paris Back in Prison
Paris Hilton was just ordered to return to prison in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence.
Reports TMZ: Paris left the courtroom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom” and was “physically dragged” out of the courtroom by a female deputy.
“I’m paralyzed right now,” shocked mom Kathy Hilton said after hearing the news about her daughter.
“She’s doing the best she can. It is what it is and it’s in God’s hands now,” Kathy has said. “It’s out of our hands. There’s nothing we can do.”
Paris served 5 days already, so of the 23-day sentence, she has 18 days left! (She was smart in surrendering herself moments before midnight on Sunday, the first day of her sentence. When she was released on Thursday, it was past midnight. Paris received two full days worth of credit towards her sentence for this. Total up those with the three days served and you get your five).
UPDATE: Big surprise! Paris will appeal her sentence!!

JEALOUS B*TCH, and liar!!!!!!!!!!
Hey, the girl makes a living off of being famous. She wants to be famous. She enjoys the attention, and I just can’t feel sorry for her that the attention she’s getting this time is negative. They followed procedure for house arrest prisoners, and it’s her own fault for encouraging all the media attention in the past.
Paris, Get over yourself. You are an adult am I correct? You are just like everyone else. The only thing is, is that you have inherited money from your father’s empire. Please get into Alchoholics Anonomous. Alcholoholism does not care who you are. The Disease does not care if you are rich, poor, young or old,
PLEASE PLEASE see a Therapist. If you have emotional problems you are probably self MEDICATING yourself with booze. I am sure your Dad can find you the best THERAPIST that money can buy. Better than what us common folk would even dream of getting.
I would hate to see you up for manslaughter charges if you get out behind the wheel and actually kill someone.
Do your time and pray (find a Bible) and read John 3:16. Ask Jesus to come into your heart, ask him for forgiveness for your mistakes and ask him to help you. Ask him to give you faith (as tiny as a mustard seed) that your heart will believe that God sent his son to die for you, in redemption for your mistakes. We all make mistakes. God is a gracious Heavenly Father. Your soul is no different than anyone else.
Do you crying time. Then do your Bible reading. Like I said JOHN 3:16. Ask you parents or Nicole or Brittany to bring you a Bible if you don’t have one. I am sure they allow Bibles in prision.
Take care Nicole.
God Bless You!
Yeah Jail/Prison is a harsh place for anyone, but Paris seems to take it as a joke, and She had chances to avoid this. If they didn’t punish her, she was going to continue her awful behavior, how do you think people who were wrongfully convicted and have spent 20 yrs in prison feel…Paris did the time…3 strikes YOUR OUT!
I do not like Paris but they way the justice system works is questionable. There are far more people who deserve to go to jail are still at large. Perhaps, there is a strong “I hate Paris crowd” than for Michelle Rodriguez who only served hours(?) for her jail sentence. I believe, the attention from the media that the judge gets and the fact that he puts a rich kid into jail will make him be seen as “righteous” judge are all contributing factors for this horrendous media frenzy over Paris Hilton.
Please check out the notsosimplelife.tv for videos and news on Paris Hilton.
so, is she doing 23 or 45 days? Jared, please let me know.

That’s HORRIBLE! I hope the man has family and sues the jail dept for all they have. Of course, it would help immensely if we’d stop being so damn puritan and legalize medical marijuana…but…nooooooooooo
As far as Ms. Hilton is concerned. she is a pretty pathetic excuse for a human being. She has wealth, youth and some sort of power. She wastes all her gifts and has got to be one of the poorest role models for young girls today. Lohan is a little worse, but she’s not far behind.
The judge SPECIFICALLY stated that she could NOT be released on electronic monitoring. Cute try at an end run around the justice system. Since it was reported that a psychiatrist visited her shortly before her “release”; I assume that had something to do with it. Yep, having to live in an 8×12 room is torture…now just try to imagine doing it day in and day out for all your life little ms. spoiled. Not one grain of sympathy here….I hope she learns something from this, but, somehow, I doubt she will.
As to her “mother” leaving it in “God’s hands”. Give me a flipping break! God has a lot more to do than worry about a spoiled little heiress getting a taste of the “real world”. Frankly, her parents deserve some sort of punishement too…THEY raised her to be the lousy person she is today.
I’m a bit confused…
(a) Does the sheriff have jurisdiction to release Paris on the basis of a psychological evaluation done by (I think) a psychiatrist that the family hired? (btw, if anything, shouldn’t the state send in THEIR own INDEPENDENT psychiatrist)
(b) She’s ordered to complete her 45 days sentencing (minus days served) because she was in contempt of court (for early release), right? How’s that possible if she didn’t really literally just walk out? I mean, the supposed proper official (sheriff) ok’d it so why would they blame Paris for contempt?
And no, I’m not a Paris supporter or hater. I do believe that she should have just took it like an adult and complete her sentencing. Am just, well, perplexed. lol
aww sh*t..
those sad pictures of paris..
now i actually feel sorry for her.
i hope she does smth stupid again soon..
so i can go back to hating her.
With all that money you think she could have prevented this by GETTING A DRIVER!!!!!!!!
Stupid cow…
to Paris, just finish ur sentence and get over it, be tough and face the consequences, after that, u can start partying again hehe…cuz i know u will never learn, brat….
I work in a high school. One of my duties is In School Suspension coverage. There are few “guilty” kids in that room. In a minor way, they reflect the attitude that Ms. Hilton and her family have presented today. Punishment is for “them” not “me”; “so and so got away with it why shouldn’t I”; “the rules are for other people, not me”. I see these attitudes daily. I tell them that this is the age they are supposed to develop a sense of right and wrong societally, that they need to take responsibility for their actions…I’d much rather have a room full of kids who admit they are in the wrong than the so called “good” ones who deny whatever they did. That they should have at least developed an inner voice that says “you’re going to get in trouble for this” that helps them stay on the “straight and narrow”. Ms. Hilton has thrust herself into our consciousness with no discernable talent at all - and certainly no inner voice of responsibility. She needs to get that voice, and listen to it.
Michelle Rodriguez (sp?) was released early because of jail crowding - that’s probably why Hilton’s jail term was reduced to the assumption of good behavior. She MADE herself the focal point by making such a fuss…with all the things she has in her favor, she has MORE responsibility, not less. Shame on her.
Najee Ali, director of Project Islamic Hope: “Basically, it is a slap in the face to the justice system and to every inmate who is serving their time as ordered. The Sheriff’s Department just caved into the celebrity power of Paris Hilton and her family’s wealth from around the world.” (L.A. Times)
I just SO agree with the quote above. Enough. of celebrities who think they can put themselves above the law. ENOUGH OF THAT! Oh yeah, you should read the following quote as it made me chuckle:
Jerry Oppenheimer, author of The House of Hilton: “I’m not shocked. She has been living the high life since her mother called her ’star’ for the first time when she was one month old. One can assume it would be quite hard for her to live in a 12 by 9 foot cell, getting hotdogs for dinner, not being able to party. I think it is obscene that her attorney and psychiatrist were able to pull off this deal for her to be at home rather than behind bars.” (L.A. Times)

I’m officially in love with Judge Sauer!!!!
it’s great to see the law apply to everyone the same. Props to the judge, and the government for doing this. This has been long overdo where stars get “special” treatment under the law. no special star treatment for you Paris! Mom cant help you in jail *****.

Well I’m not her fan but I think it’s kinda rough the way they treated her. I mean what was that girl , Ana Lucia from Lost. She was supposed to be in jail for like 60 days or something. Instead she only did 6 hours.
Point is, it sucks being a celebrity and hated by millions in case like this. If it was a normal person, they’d just have to do 5 days tops (for DUI).
********************
You don’t know what you’re talking about. Get the story right, will you! It is not just a DWI, It is 2 DWI’s, driving with a suspended license and violating probation. Also showing up for court late for her first sentencing.
She’s going back to jail, not prison. There’s a difference.
HATS OFF TO JUDGE SAUER.
HATS OFF TO JUDGE SAUER!
23 okitter | 06/08/2007 at 3:31 pm
Man, she should be sentenced just to be house arrested!!!
I feel so sorry for her… She did not kill or harm anyone!!!
******************
She’s no better than the other inmates who cannot get house arrest.
Let her uppity ass do her time like a woman, like Martha Stewart, Lil Kim and the other women who have to do time.
Wow - the girl is having a major meltdown - probably a combination of detox and not getting enough anti-depr./anti-anxiety meds while she comes off the cocaine etc. Perhaps if she had checked herself in to a serious rehab centre (like Hazelden in the bible belt) instead of driving around on a suspended license she wouldn’t be in this mess…
Good for the judge for standing his ground… it must suck to have to sit through her crappy case, make a ruling, and then have some star-struck Sherriff try to overturn your ruling. Hope the Appeal FLOPS!!

#23 -”She didn’t kill or harm anyone”? Are you kidding? She may not have killed someone but she could have. Driving under the influence IS a big deal. Anyone who does it should pay, including Paris.
**********************
You are right. Plus she has two or there DWI’s. Anyone who doesn’t think her charges are serious, are a damn fool.
NOBODY gets 45 days for this kind of violation. I’m don’t know her so I don’t like or dislike her but this judge is a serious jerk. Jail terms aren’t supposed to be based on a person’s popularity, they should be based on the violation and this is way out of line.
Although I think the sentence is a little harsh, what you defenders of Paris don’t understand is she is not in jail for just drunk driving–she is in jail for violating the terms of her probation not once, but twice. She has to be a totally stupid twit to have driven not only once, but twice on a suspended license. She is high profile, did she really think the police weren’t going to notice?
And what the hell is her mental condition? Coke withdrawal? She is safer than the rest of the folks in jail. She has her own cell with no roommate. No chance she is going to get hurt by the other prisoners. She has her lawyer and her shrink in there for hours on end during the week and I’m sure her friends and family will be there on the weekend. Sounds like she can’t stand her own company. You know she could read. It is my understanding that prisoners can read and write. She could use the time to be a more productive person.
Unfortunately for her I think if she gets out now early, she is going to be a laughing stock, and probably treated along the lines of O.J. Simpson–made fun of and ignored. That will be the worst punishment for her.
Justice has once again been served. She must have had sex with that sheriff for her get out of jail free card. I hope they fire his ass!
I feel bad for Paris.
All of you thatlaugh at somebody’s suffering, I can honestly say that are a bunch of worthless loosers, all you are is envious of her beauty and her money. It’s pretty pathetic to see how people can make fun of her when she is obviously going through a really bad time in her life.
shame on you!
“Consequences” and “dignity” are concepts no one bothered to instill into PH. Mommy was too busy teaching her how to put makeup on at 3, I’m sure.
What’s more startling than her reaction, more shocking even than the travesty of justice that was initially perpetrated, is her parents’ oblivion at the fact that these 45 days in jail might actually cause a change in course for this disaster-bound idiot.
…whom am i kidding here, we’re talking Paris Hilton.
Wonder if her appeal has a chance?
JUDGE SAUER FOR PRESIDENT!!!
