Paris Hilton: Crying and Cuffed

Paris Hilton was literally bawling as she was handcuffed, thrown into the back of a cop car and then driven off to court. Back to solitary confinement for the heiress!

Anyone sobbing that uncontrollably deserves a pity party at least, no?

people are truly sick. I have NEVER written before….but I thought I had to in this case. I beleive that people are truly jealous of her…why else would people be so happy at her expense. She is not the only celebrity to get out of jail serving less time then they could have. And yet, never such negative poblicity. Whether I like her or not has nothing to do with the fact that she is being treated unfair….not only by the justice system but, by a jury of peers. Put yourself or a family member in her spot. She is NOT in jail for DUI she is in for violation……and was serving 40days of house arrest…..pretty stift penalty.

I feel bad sort of because shes a human being (YES she is. xD) But I completely LOL’eddddddd.

i think she deserves it - she is so stupid and i hate how she thinks she stands over the law! she deserves prison again

This whole thing was set up before Paris served a minuet in jail. Think about it. She started her sentence less than an hour before the day was over so it could have been considered a full day. Then instead of her family visiting her the first day it was her lawyer. The next day it was not her family, but her lawyer and psychiatrist plotting. She then was release to server an absurd alternative sentence two hours into the day, which will then be counted as a full day.

Paris was sent home, not to a hospital for a medical problem as to why she needed to be released. Note they did not mention anything about over crowding during that time, after all she was the only person in her cell, a jail specifically placed for people of certain stature (wealthy, politicians, celebrity, etc.) to serve in. Was there an over crowding of those group of people?

Paris did have the sentence most people get for DUI the first and second time she was busted. The third time was more severe because her previous penalties did not work and she had total disregard to the law. Luckily for her there is no three strikes and your out. She fail to realize that her reckless behavior while driving could have actually kill someone or even herself. Martha Stewart who is so rich did her time with no problem, why can’t she. She was already given leniency when her time was reduced from 45 to 23.

How ill was she that she can go straight home, start planning to party and able to show up in court. The whole situation from her, her family, those who represent her and those playing Judas with the judicial system is just absurd. This was totally a set up with the sheriff right in the middle of it. Wonder how much he will benefit from $$ it directly or indirectly.

I kind of feel sorry for her. The guy that let her out screwed up. He didnt have authority to let her out now shes being dragged back and forth. Just when she saw a light at the end of the tunnel she’s being dragged down again. I think its too much for anyone to take.

Here’s my 2 cents!
Paris should have NEVER gone to jail! Here’s a more poignant solution.

1-Everytime someone is killed by a drunk driver, she should have to show up at the scene and assist in removing the body and cleaning up the remains.
2-The time between waiting until someone dies from a DUI and cleaning up the body, she should be made to dig graves on a daily basis from 9-5pm.
3-She should be taken to a children’s hospital and made to assist with preparing the body of each and every kid who dies for the undertaker-

This should be done for 45 days-I would rather pay my tax dollars for that instead of watch them play tennis and poker with the laws of the land-I have a kid who is in Malibu-I stay on pins and needles every time she goes somewhere because of ppl like Paris, Nicole and Lindsay- Speaking of Nicole, she should be sent to Dafur, Somalia, or Ethiopia for 45 days-then come back and let’s see how she acts-

4th pic looks likes shes PISSED not scared.

I wish I had been the one to take that pic. I probably could have owned my own home with that money.

She thinks she’s above of the law just because her family is filthy rich. If Martha Stewart, Sophia Loren and Diana Ross did time for their offenses so should this wonky eyed *****!

I have ZERO sympathy.

Driving under the influence, then driving with a suspended license and possibly putting innocent people in danger again is UNFORGIVABLE.

Even worse, she takes no responsibility for her actions. Paris needs to realize that this is karma — when you do bad things, it all comes back to you.

She needs to go back, serve her time, then disappear from the public eye. Please.

Paris sucks,great pics!

She is a human being, and if you hate her because she’s rich, pretty or as some say “famous for nothing” just know that at the end of the day she is the same as all of you. I know Paris and she is truly a very sweet person who screwed up and agreed to do the time for the crime. Her getting out is due to the LA judicial system - not Paris. Be pissed at them folks, she’s not a lawyer nor did she negotiate an easy out.

Remember, Michelle Rodriguez got out after 3 hours and nobody bitched. But then no one resents her because she is not as famous. Just think about it. That pic of Paris crying is not something to laugh at.

The pics look kinda sad but then again she’s turned towards the papz for a clear shot.

I despise this person paris Hilton. While common folks in this country are working their ass of two pay mortgage, send kids to college, have a decent life, here is a person who gets paid to go to parties, in millions!! Ofcourse, this makes us hate her. And why shouldn’t we?
Where does this money come from which goes Fendi purse? One way or another, its the tax payers money, just changing pockets.
Why a society should allow the emergence of such a personality who mocks good old hard work and social and family values?
Remember what happened to Marie antoinette? She got guillotined. At least she was a legitmate Queen. this person Paris Hilton is much more dangerous than Marie Antoinette and has been given a very miror punishment for her actions and she cannot handle it! She had to fake her way out of prison!!
Sure, people are outraged and rightfully so.
Still, as a person with a kind heart, I do feel a little bad for her even though I shouldnot.

inhirnamy137 @ 06/08/2007 at 3:00 pm

Who are WE to judge Parasite Hilton, we are the public that has to deal with her constant annoying personality everyday through the media. She made her bed now lie in it!Her parents should be ashamed to have a kid like her.

wah wah wah…whoopied doo she is crying boo hoo…there are people in the world suffering far more hardships than that little spoiled brat…she doesn’t know what real pain, loss or tragedy is…dumbass…it is her fault she got popped on a dui anyway…nope not feeling sorry at all

#41 - I think the reason so many people are angry about this is because : SHE IS NOT LIKE ALL OF US. She has made it clear that she believes she is above the law. And not only that — but apparently she is. If any of us did what she did, our a$$es would be in jail for 45 days AT LEAST. Why should I feel sorry for someone like that?

That doofus was still driving when she went to court before they threw her ass in jail for the 3 days she just did. I don’t feel sorry for her.

Yes. It is.

I don’t hate her, and I could care less about her celebrity status, but when it comes to the law, she should be treated just like any ordinary citizen. Her actions were the cause of this current “hysteria.” It is not the lawyers’ faults. It was her actions. Now, she needs to suck it up.

And she doesn’t have to have a pic of her crying plastered on blogs or on the news. She can easily cover herself up with her hands. Better yet, she can duck down. Her humiliation is her own doing.

Good for her the ***** deserves everything she gets!!!!!
I PRAY You GO BACK TO JAIL HOE YOU DESERVE IT!!!

NEVER DRINK & DRIVE!!!!!!!!!

racy lacy @ 06/08/2007 at 3:05 pm

That’s like the greatest picture, evah!

Now that’s HOT!

Why was she CUFFED?

One thing I do feel bad about that she may have to go through another cavity search, in less than a week, if she goes back to prison.

lillianne @ 06/08/2007 at 3:11 pm

I feel so sorry for Paris. Boo Hoo.

There, now, go wipe your nose and sit in your room for a while - about 20 days oughta do it.

I wonder how all the people bitching here about her would feel if they end up in jail?

Some people really make me sick.

And why was she cuffed?

L in Philly. @ 06/08/2007 at 3:21 pm

I think the more upsetting fact is that so much media attention is going to this case. Let her serve the sentence in peace and why dont we call attention to more important things, like Darfur??

FOr real, where is our society’s head at- that this is covered by every major news sourse??
