Paris Hilton was handcuffed and shoved into the back of a cop car earlier today, en route to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
The 26-year-old hotel heiress is currently appearing in court Friday instead of calling in from home, thanks to the orders of Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer.
Yes, Paris would wind up behind bars again for violating probation in a reckless driving case.

Her ugly butt deserves to sit in jail and add a contempt of court charge. Any normal person would have a breakdown at being in jail, but they don’t get out because of it. That’s why the prison system has a hospital.
Give up protective custody and get a cell-mate, then you won’t be alone for 23 hours at a time and can chat with the “little” people of the world. Maybe pick up some new skilz.

You guys are insensitive. This is humiliating. The sheriff let her go home… so I think it should stand. She drove with a suspended license….. Big deal. SHE DOES NOT DESERVE ALL THIS JAIL TIME. My cousin who is a regular citizen was caught driving with a suspended license….all she got was one day in jail. She was just pulled over again they said her license was suspended again….all they did was tow her car this time. She did not go to jail.

take it easy with the jealousy. 45 days is too much for driving without a license, especially here. I personally think the judge was a little hard on her. Maybe the judge is secretly jealous of rich folks? I feel really sorry for her. The home arrest was ok.

Dumbass if was more than driving without a license. She was drunk at the time, plus she has prior DWI’s as well.

While she does deserve to go back in, she really does not deserve the original sentence. Based on the reports, the sheriff made the decision to release her to home confinement (from the advice of her psychiatrist). The judge was clearly seeking to make an example of her and to teach her lesson (hopefully, well learned). What galls me is the fact that the Tennessee teacher who murdered her preacher husband gets a paltry seven months. This is our justice system! Yeah, sure, Paris made a stupid mistake but Tennessee teacher gets away with murder! Truly, there are more important issues than teaching a socialite a lesson. Take a look at CNN.com. Three of the headline news relates to celebrities - Paris, Isaiah, and “actor reflects on last days as Tony Soprano”.
Sorry, I don’t know why they are doing this to her. She doesn’t deserve it!! No one deserves this, where is this World going?? Leave this poor girl alone! That’s why the States are like this… SHAME on YOU. FREE PARIS.
