Paris Hilton Handcuffed & Humilated

Paris Hilton was handcuffed and shoved into the back of a cop car earlier today, en route to the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The 26-year-old hotel heiress is currently appearing in court Friday instead of calling in from home, thanks to the orders of Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer.

Yes, Paris would wind up behind bars again for violating probation in a reckless driving case.

Hey guys,
take it easy with the jealousy. 45 days is too much for driving without a license, especially here. I personally think the judge was a little hard on her. Maybe the judge is secretly jealous of rich folks? I feel really sorry for her. The home arrest was ok.

Dumbass if was more than driving without a license. She was drunk at the time, plus she has prior DWI’s as well.

im NOT some die hard paris fan but her sentence is a bit ridiculous…23 days ok, but 45?!? she shouldnt be locked up where there are murderers! come on, there are worse and a lot more dangerous people out in the US than the “oh so dangerous paris hilton”

she does deserve punishment though!

DWI X two is serious. she should have been given more time. You now how man people are killed because of drunk drivers?

JJ, you spelled humiliated incorrect.

WHAT ARE YOU THE SPELL CHECK POLICE? GROW UP.
You people tickle me correcting peoples spelling, it is so damn anal.

While she does deserve to go back in, she really does not deserve the original sentence. Based on the reports, the sheriff made the decision to release her to home confinement (from the advice of her psychiatrist). The judge was clearly seeking to make an example of her and to teach her lesson (hopefully, well learned). What galls me is the fact that the Tennessee teacher who murdered her preacher husband gets a paltry seven months. This is our justice system! Yeah, sure, Paris made a stupid mistake but Tennessee teacher gets away with murder! Truly, there are more important issues than teaching a socialite a lesson. Take a look at CNN.com. Three of the headline news relates to celebrities - Paris, Isaiah, and “actor reflects on last days as Tony Soprano”.

Sorry, I don’t know why they are doing this to her. She doesn’t deserve it!! No one deserves this, where is this World going?? Leave this poor girl alone! That’s why the States are like this… SHAME on YOU. FREE PARIS.

DEATH PENALTY, JUDGE!!!

it is ridiculous for putting her in jail for 45 days for a minor offence. I suppose everyone will be put into jail in LA at some point. Paris should have gotten some mandatory class time lessons on driving and a hefty fine. It is not her fault that she’s born Hilton, even if she’s stayed low-keyed, the media would have never allowed it.

does it really matter what happens to Paris Hilton??
the judge did this to set an example for all celeb who think they can get away with jail time.
do you guys think she REALLY would have learned her lesson sitting at home in her million dollar mansion with maids at her beck and call??
celebs get away with too much now-a-days and i think paris should keep her head up and “take full responsibility for her actions” like she was saying at the MTV awards on sunday.
