OlderAnne Heche: Custody Battle Explained
Anne Heche runs out of LAX airport to her car on Monday, where her new beau and Men in Trees co-star James Tupper waited for her.
It’s been reported Anne’s ex-hubby-to-be Coley Laffoon will receive spousal support and child support. When Anne is in town, physical custody of their 5-year-old son Homer will be split 50/50.
TMZ reports, “When she is not in town — beginning in August, she goes back to Vancouver to shoot her TV show, Men in Trees — the child will live full-time with Coley and Anne will get visitation every other weekend.”
The Post also reports that Anne Heche, who dated Ellen DeGeneres before marrying Coleman Laffoon, may be seeking the company of women again. Heche was spotted “getting very cozy” with club promoter Voula Duval at the Gramercy Park Hotel’s Rose Bar Saturday night. On Sunday, she was seen flirting with Six Degrees star Shiri Appleby at the Tony Awards after-party at the Bryant Park Hotel.

Anne Heche needs to get her **** together and figure out who she realy is and what she wants out of life. She has a child for goodness sakes.

Homer? Like the kids is gonna have it hard enuf being a celeb kid, a celeb kid who has a mother who is confused about who she is and who she wants to sleep with.
I don’t get this chick at all. My kids are at my parents this week to visit them and have just been there since Sun evening and I am losing it without them already and they are just 45 mins away and I am going to have dinner with them tomorow I miss them so much. I can’t see how she is willing to just say, ok you can have him, I have to go shoot a tv show.
Maybe thats because your a good mom, L? ^_^
But I guess in Hollywood money is number one with most, and nothing else realy matters.. including the children apparantly. :x
I thought she was fighting to get full custody and all … now it seems he got what he wanted and she got her freedom (i.e. single and no kid)!!(?)
I hope her estranged hubby gets full custody of their son. She’s border line schizoid!
