Gerard Butler, aka King Leonidas in 300, takes to the skies and departs from LAX airport on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The Scottish stud was recognized by fans while waiting on the security line. Friendly as always, he took the time to greet them before passing through the metal detectors.
Gerard, 37, was in Japan earlier this week for a 300 promotional tour. You can check out videos of his appearances here.

He’s comically funny one moment, and pensive and sad looking the next, looking fabulous one moment, and tired and weary the next, but however he appears in all his chameleonlike qualities, he’s got the power to get my attention and move me as no other actor ever has.
