Gerard Butler, aka King Leonidas in 300, takes to the skies and departs from LAX airport on Wednesday in Los Angeles. The Scottish stud was recognized by fans while waiting on the security line. Friendly as always, he took the time to greet them before passing through the metal detectors.
Gerard, 37, was in Japan earlier this week for a 300 promotional tour. You can check out videos of his appearances here.

dr zoilberg, lots of guys tend to be jealous of Gerard because of his good looks and Gerard being very friendly to everybody. You state something that is not true, that’s why.
Gerard is a player but yet he treats the females with respect. There is a difference between a nice player and an ******* player. Gerard is a nice one. A recent director was quoted as saying “Gerry loves the ladies”.
Gerry is a great actor and a very attractive man! I love these candid shots of him.

No i’m not a friend of his, that’s why i know he’s a jerk, i tried to buy him a drink once in new york, but he said no thanks and bought his own! i was trying to be friendly and he wouldn’t reciprocate. that’s all!
He has explained the the ring on his right hand. It came from his first serious gf a long time ago - they’re still friends - he likes the ring and considers it good luck to his career. Otherwise, its meaningless.
He went out with a B-level “model” named Bianca Christians for about 9 mos last yr. They broke up - he said so. He’s not “spoken for.”
He has said he’s straight. He said this to a gay website that asked him if “300″ made him “feel a little gay.” And even though it was asked in a humorous way, Mr. Butler obviously took the answer seriously when he said in no uncertain terms ‘no [he] didn’t feel that way before and the role didn’t make [him] feel that way after.’
I spent a brief amount of time around him and I know a woman who went out with him several times. Gerard Butler is not gay.
I am so happy to hear that Gerard is not “Gay”. Thank God for this. Today, one never knows who is and who isn’t. I just assumed he wasn’t. Thanks for the update. I’m sure all his women fans will be more than happy. As for the men, Too Bad.
As I said in post 58, I’ve met Gerry a few times and I can tell you that he is NOT a jerk! He’s a nice, sweet and very funny guy. He makes you laugh.
