Here are a a few excerpts from last night’s taping of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart:
When you walked the streets of Pakistan, do you wear a head cover? A burka? Can I, if I may? And I say this with all due respect, Can the burka contain your hotness? It’s not possible, is it? You are our most powerful weapon against extremism.” I did actually put on a burka to see what it was like. [laughs]
How are you doing? Are you exhausted? I’m great. I’ve got a crazy big happy family and I’m used to chaos, and I’m very, very lucky.
How high are we going? Where are you going to go [in terms of kids]? It fluctuates between seven and 13 or 14. [laughs]
Wow. I’ll tell you this. I admire that, because two is kicking my ass! Yeah, I understand that. Four is kind of kicking our ass, but we kind of feel like, ‘Damn it, we’re up for the challenge!’ [laughs]
Yeah man, who are they? Little bastards, think they can beat us. They can’t beat us! We’re the adults! That’s right! [laughs]
PLAYDATE! And if the kids want to come, they can come. [laughs]
I didn’t have to sign [a contract] to interview, what’s all this [controversy]?: “I think people are always, unfortunately, looking for the most negative story. There was a memo that went out to ask people if they would sign it that said, don’t get into personal questions, focus on the movie and things like that. But it was not mandatory. I didn’t put it out there. It was from my representatives who were trying to be protective but it was excessive and I wouldn’t have to put it out there.”

It’s really sad. But it’s true, media is mostly for the most negative news or headlines. This way of thinking make people more hateful, ugly and negative thinkers. The way we think make the persons we are. If the world is so negative is because we makes it already in our mind.

Angelina captured hearts of New York women Wednesday night.
With one frugal frock - a $26 silk velvet vintage ’40s-style wrap dress - the superstar, in town for the premiere of “A Mighty Heart,” won over the harshest critics in the country: style-savvy New York women.
Because if there’s anything bargain-loving Big Apple girls love, it’s putting together a cheap-chic outfit that would fool the pants off the paparazzi.
Jolie took a radiant turn down the Ziegfeld’s red carpet in the little black dress, purchased for a song at Los Angeles vintage boutique Wasteland. Jolie paired the stylish steal with $800 Christian Louboutin open-toed crystal-heel pumps.
“I had a friend of mine go in and look for baby clothes,” Angelina told “Access Hollywood” of the Melrose Ave. treasure hunt. Her friend found the dress. It fit perfectly and the rest is red carpet history.
One of the biggest stars on the planet, Jolie need only ask and a $30,000 dress from any of the world’s fanciest designers is hers for the wearing. But the outré actress has made a career out of breaking all the rules. This week, she bucked the celebrity couture trend and looked great doing it.
Not since Sharon Stone mixed a white shirt from the Gap and floor-length ball skirt at the Oscars in 1996 has there been such a frugal fervor (the L.A. shop that sold the dress reported phone call fatigue yesterday after news broke about its high-profile sale).

Love Jon Stewart, she was kind of flirting with him .. she seemed a bit smittened by him. Dont get me wrong, I would be too.
When she laughs real hard that amazing bulging vein pops from her forehead, make sense why she rarely laughs and is always so serious. But lets face Jon rocks and can make anyone laugh, even ice princess. She was probably more honest in that interview then she has been in a long time, she looked comfortable.

Great interviews. Love how Angelina basically cleared up everything with such class and ease. Way to go. Hopefully nothing comes up in the future. I wish the press wasn’t so hard on her though.
Angie and Jon are friends from way back, and their exchanges were very genuine and sincere. Loved the intro bit he did about repopulating the Earth and having Angie kiss his face.
That Bull Poo Fox story from yesterday was a whole lot of nothing, and they manufactured most of what they said, even the part about USA Today. Fox Network is a joke, and so is E!. Can’t stand either channel, never watch them. Angie’s lawyer has come out and said he worded it too strongly, but it was optional, not mandatory. Somebody was wailing on the last thread about how she doesn’t have an agent or a publicist and she herself drew up the document. What? hahaha!! Just because she doesn’t have an agent or a publicist does not mean she doesn’t have “people” that work for her such as lawyers, advisors and a personal assistant. I am glad Jon asked about it, it’s cleared up, and the whiners and weiners can now shut up about it.
I’m so sick of her opening her mouth and showing her ignorance. She has no class and has proven that and yet won’t shut up.

I was glad that she was brought down to earth by the press. Demanding all these ridiculous demands to the same people whom she needs to promote her movie is extremely arrogant. Hopefully, she’ll learn now that she’s not bigger than life and once her look fades and her movies stop making money, she’ll be begging them to interview her. I used to be a fan of Angie but her ego apparently has gotten too big.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt already have four young children – but they may not be planning to stop there.
On Thursday’s Daily Show, Jon Stewart wondered how many kids Jolie wanted in all, asking: “How high we going, you think?”
Replied Jolie: “It fluctuates between seven and 13 or 14.” The audience howled and Jolie laughed, and Stewart said, “Wow, I’ll tell you this: I admire that, because two is kicking my ass.”
Jolie quipped: “Yeah, I understand that. Four is kind of kicking our ass, but we kind of feel like, ‘Damn it, we’re up for the challenge!’ ”
The actress, 32, has been in New York City promoting her and Pitt’s new movie A Mighty Heart, which premiered Wednesday.
Stewart asked Jolie about a FOX News story claiming that journalists at a junket on Wednesday had been asked to sign a contract before talking to her requiring that they not ask about her personal life – a common request at press events.
“There was a memo that went out to ask people if they would sign it that said, ‘Don’t get into personal questions, focus on the movie,’ and things like that,” Jolie explained. “It was from my representative trying to be protective of me, but it was excessive and I wouldn’t have put it out there.”
On Thursday, Jolie’s lawyer, Robert Offer, issued a mea culpa, telling The New York Times the document was the fault of a “bone-headed, overzealous lawyer” – himself – and that Jolie hadn’t been aware of it.
“This was my creating something to protect her from the press’s talking about personal matters, a document that would limit discussion to the film,” he said. “But it was drafted overly broadly. It was well intended, but I understand how it was received.”
Also on Thursday, Jolie appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live, where she described raising the latest addition to her family, 3-year-old Pax Thien, whom she adopted from Vietnam in March (he joined Maddox, 5; Zahara, 2; and Shiloh, 1). “He’s wild. He’s beautiful and wild,” she said.
“He had no freedoms for three and a half years. … He lived in the same place on the same cot along with 20 other cots and did things at the exact same time and had no chance to have an opinion himself or do – he lived a very structured life. But he’s also suddenly very free.”
She explained that her new son’s name was suggested by her own mother, actress Marcheline Bertrand, before her death from ovarian cancer in January. “My mom wrote a list of names when we were going to have Shiloh,” said Jolie. “One of the names that she suggested was Pax because it meant peace. [But] he’s anything but at the moment.”

LOS ANGELES, June 14 — The pen is mightier than the sword, they say. But not, apparently, when celebrity gossip is part of the equation. Then the pen has to deal with a lawyer.
The international celebrity do-gooder Angelina Jolie found herself in a strange situation this week when she insisted that journalists at the premiere of her new movie about a murdered journalist — a screening that was in itself an event on behalf of persecuted journalists — sign an agreement limiting their questions and their use of her answers.
The agreement, while not unprecedented in Hollywood, did not go down well with the journalists. Ms. Jolie was granting interviews regarding her new film, “A Mighty Heart,” in which she plays Mariane Pearl, the wife of Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal correspondent who was murdered by Islamic extremists in Pakistan. The film will be released by Paramount Vantage on June 22.
The movie premiere on Wednesday night at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York was a benefit for Reporters Without Borders, the Paris-based nonprofit organization that champions press freedom around the world.
Reporters hoping to interview Ms. Jolie were asked to sign a document forbidding them to ask her about her personal relationships. The agreement went on: “The interview may only be used to promote the Picture. In no event may Interviewer or Media Outlet be entitled to run all or any portion of the interview in connection with any other story.” And, “the interview will not be used in a manner that is disparaging, demeaning or derogatory to Ms. Jolie.”
Most of the media outlets, including The Associated Press, declined to sign, Paramount said.
Ms. Jolie’s lawyer, Robert Offer, said that the statement was the fault of a “bone-headed, overzealous lawyer” — meaning himself — and that his client was unaware of the move. “This was my creating something to protect her from the press’s talking about personal matters, a document that would limit discussion to the film,” he said. “But it was drafted overly broadly. It was well intended, but I understand how it was received.”
Ms. Jolie herself declined to comment.
Still, this wasn’t the first time such an agreement was used. Mr. Offer said journalists were asked to sign a similar agreement around the release of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” when Ms. Jolie and her co-star Brad Pitt caused a media firestorm over their apparent affair and the collapse of Mr. Pitt’s marriage to Jennifer Aniston.
At the time, Mr. Offer said, journalists signed the agreement.
Ms. Jolie’s manager, Geyer Kosinski, said the new document was meant to “guide” journalists, not control them, because Ms. Jolie has a tendency to speak frankly. “She is an incredibly candid, honest person, who is undeterred herself in answering questions,” he said. “Our collective intention was to protect her.”
A spokeswoman for Paramount Vantage denied an accusation on the Foxnews.com Web site that Ms. Jolie had banned Fox from the red carpet at the premiere, and that it was given a spot only after the studio intervened. “It was an omission,” the spokeswoman said, “an honest mistake.”
Whatever, it was a standard agreement that often is signed in Hollywood. The press agreed to the same contract when she was promoting Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

As for Angie being preggers right now, well guys, I’m skeptical. She has said they need to just catch up to the kids they have right now and get them more together, and too, she says she knows her body needs to be built up and strong again…I can’t see her trying to get pregnant when she doesn’t see herself as being as healthy as she could possibly be, I think she will wait until she is more rested and has gained some weight. Also, wasn’t she drinking wine in Prague and then champagne at that reception when they first arrived off the plane in Cannes? Plus, with as fast as they got preggers before, they know they need to be careful with alcohol because conception happens quick with them. If they were trying to conceive I don’t think she’d be drinking at all. We’ll see, for sure, but I think they don’t have any baby-making plans until the year off they are planning. I’m sure they are practicing alot right now, though! haha!! Gotta stay in practice!

I know, this has been done to death, but I just have to say - when I saw Angie walk out on the stage for the Daily Show last night, I gasped - she is so painfully thin. It’s almost hard to look at how frail-looking she is.
Lainey says the real reason for her thinness is - all the negative tabloid crap actually DOES get to her, esp. the claims that she doesn’t love Shiloh. I tend to think there’s some truth to that. She does have feelings and when she’s bombarded with negativity, it’s bound to have an effect on her health.
Whoa. Don’t bring up Jennifer. The girl has done good for herself; so, let’s not judge her. Let’s leave the past where it should be. Otherwise, this is what helps breed animosity here. Let’s just focus on Angelina. She was great in both interviews. Beautifully candid as always. I’m also glad that she addressed her weight loss during the press conference. It’s much easier to say, “She’s too thin” than remember what she had gone through this year. I hope she appears more on TDS. Jon is so funny, and that definitely makes him sexy.
She handled every negativity with grace.She is amazing woman.

I have to admit there may be some truth to that. Angie has a “tough girl” exterior, but as most people who know her say, she’s really very loving, warm, and caring. Not a typical cold, tough girl. Don’t get me wrong, I think she is still a true badass, but her maturity has tempered that “tough girl” shell and now she learning to use that strength, confidence, and self-assurance in a way that benefits causes and people she cares about, to stand up for what’s right, rather than focusing merely on herself and just how shocking she can be in a negative way like she has done in the past with the self-destructive behavior. (And like some other starlets are now doing!)
Did you see that video clip where Brad was asked at the NYC Premiere what it was like to be Angie’s boss, and he grinned and said, “Angie doesn’t have a boss.”? Soooo right! haha!! So glad she’s with a man who gets her.
But the point is, yes, she’s large and in charge, but that doesn’t mean nasty comments about her children and the man she loves do not hurt her (though she’d never let the tabs know it). She doesn’t seem to take ownership of, or internalize of all that nasty press, which is great, but yes, I do think it wounds her and she wants to protect her loved ones from being hurt by it. If anything, I would say the responsibility of protecting them does weigh on her mind alot. Again, I am so glad she has Brad to lean on and share her concerns with through all the good times and bad times. I see these two staying together for ages.

JJ you are as always the most awesome and up-to-date. I watched both Larry and Jon’s interview with Angie. She cleared up all “negative” rumors and still comments of hate and sarcasm of these so-called “non-haters” will always come up with something very petty. Like chins and posture coming out of the car, and skeleton looking, etc. Didn’t she say on one another interview why she is thin now and working on it? Negative people and haters, grow up. If you don’t like her or don’t like Brad, move on and write something positive to your favorite’s thread. Why trash Brangelina when the world knows they have moved on and her past, and his past are all behind and history. Let’s think of the present and the future. Be more positive, it will make you happier. Do not find faults on every little thing, it will only give you stress because Brad and Angie are happy, challenged and together. Let us be happy for them. Let us also be happy for your chosen favorite stars whoever they may be. Don’t carry the grudge all your life and sit on a rocking chair when you are older and still be bitter.

I really think her mother dying and 4 children is enough. I really don’t think the tabloid stuff factors in. The death of a parent, especially for all purposes a single parent is a a devastating thing. Angie and her mother seemed to have a special bond. She is grieving, I think it is as simple as that.
Besides if she didn’t let the tabloids get to her that first year they shouldn’t get to her now. They were brutal that first year.
I saw both interviews. She was open, articulate, sensitive, funny at times and very relaxed. Her answers were sincere and intelligent. What I like about her interviews is that she never tries to pretend, or to be false. She is all there, for everyone to see–an open book. She said something about the relationship with Brad which struck something: she said, “We don’t try to hide behind each other”. Was that a subtle “jab”? Reminded me of Miss Orange who used to hide behind Brad.
Can’t believe she was in the same building yesterday where my husband works midtown Manhattan. I said to him, “So, did you get her autograph for me?” and hubby said, “Was she really there?!” Oh well, men

The funny thing is, when somebody says, you’re thin, a person says, thank you. To me actually, when somebody says I’m thin, it is not a compliment. It’s not something I want to be. I have always been lean.
This year, I lost my mom. I’ve gone through a lot. I have four kids. I just finished breast-feeding. It’s been hard to get my nutrition back on track and learn about my body after birth. I am doing the best I can. The thing that’s disturbing is that instead of somebody saying, oh, this looks like somebody who is dealing with something from emotions—it’s, do they want to fit into skinny jeans? I don’t encourage young girls to be too thin. I do want people to understand that I am just trying to work through a very difficult year.

about her being thin..the thing is..we see pictures of her going to restaurants, eating on the Marie Claire photo shoot (burger, french fries and pad thai noodles), but I think if any of us were in her shoes right now.. we may have dropped some weight too.
In the last year as her weight dwindled..she was at the tail end of breastfeeding, she lost her mother, has been to India, Cannes, Vietnam, Darfur, filmed a movie, did publicity for two, voice overs for another, adopted another child, and is in constant motion..
and most mothers put everyones daily needs before her own..so she is probably forgeting to eat regularly through out the day..and is probably only getting one main meal.
Since she has always been lean except for when she bulked up for TombRaider.. she has become too thin. And she has admitted that she is too thin and doesn’t want any young fans to think that she thinks she is healthy at this time. I think the time off will do her good and let her figure out a balance.. but of course this is just pure speculation.
I’m happy that she acknowledges she’s underweight and is trying to get healthy.

Just read an article about Dominic Loki Maurice, the boy who at age 7, escaped the Sudan on foot, walking to Kenya. On Tuesday, May 12th, he passed his U.S. citizenship test. He can not visit his mother and three sisters who have lived in a U.N. refeugee camp.
Next week, the Michigan Darfur Coalition, is sponsoring the Michigan premiere of “God Grew Tired of Us”. I am calling to see if I can get tickets, as Dominic will be there to answer questions.

I love both Angie’s interview yesterday, they were great. Let’s remember that some people write to Brad’s publicist about the evil that are out there. I am sure their representatives know the people that are putting negative stuff out about them and they try to protect them by avoiding such people, which is fair enough. What’s not fair is for people to criticize them when they want to protect themselves. Thank God for all the fans here. Let’s us always wait for Brad and Angie’s version of the story before we judge them.

Besane, that comment about “hiding behind each other” brought Brad’s ex to my mind as well. Oh, to be a fly on the wall to know what Brad has told Angie about Miss Orange! Angie has the scoop and knows just how miserable Brad was having to always prop up the poor, helpless little sit-com actress sucking him dry with her self-centeredness. His current happiness at being able to focus on better things with a confident woman at his side is now written all over his face.

LOS ANGELES—Yam Laranas confirmed to us that Jesse Bradford, who starred in Clint Eastwood’s “Flags of Our Fathers,” has the top role in the US remake of the thriller “Sigaw.”
Yam has been in LA since April to prepare the movie, to be titled “The Echo,” for production. He told us via e-mail: “We came up with names; Jesse Bradford was unanimously selected. He read the script and liked the character a lot. He asked to see the original and he fell in love with it. Jesse and I had lunch with the producers at the Ammo Cafe in Hollywood. We talked non-stop about the script and his character. I saw how excited he was.”
The Filipino filmmaker, who has the privilege of directing the Hollywood version of his acclaimed horror film, added, “Jesse is now working out daily—undergoing weight training. He has a nutritionist to help him beef up for the ex-con role. We will definitely see a different Jesse Bradford in ‘The Echo.’”
Yam continued: “We have been casting non-stop for the rest of the roles. It’s fun to see a lot of very good actors and actresses coming in to audition. Nakakatuwa kasi nakikita ko lang sila sa TV at sine, tapos nasa harapan ko for an audition. Our casting director is Nancy Nayor-Battino (‘The Grudge,’ ‘The Exorcism of Emily Rose,’ ‘Road Trip’). She is just amazing! She’s working with an associate na Pinoy but born and raised in Chicago. His name is John Barba and his family is from La Union. John is a very efficient caster (‘Punch Drunk Love,’ ‘Shattered Glass’). When you work with Nancy, you get auditions from top agencies like UTA, GERSH, CAA, etc.”
And more: “We hope to lock all other actors by early next week. I’m flying out to Toronto on June 23 to start prep for the Aug. 13 start date (of filming). We moved the shoot to Toronto from New York so we can have more shooting days. About 90 per cent of the movie will be shot inside a stage/studio.”
A news story of Jesse’s casting, titled “Bradford hears chilling ‘Echo,’” landed on the front page of The Hollywood Reporter.
Carefree girl
“I blame all of you for that because I was excited,” Angelina Jolie told our press group with a laugh when a colleague of ours reminded her about the carefree girl she once was, who jumped into the pool after she won a Golden Globe Best Supporting Actress for “Girl, Interrupted” in 1999.
“I think I’m really the same person,” maintained the actress who was 23 at the time. Having just turned 32 in this recent press con at the Beverly Wilshire, she was given a bouquet of flowers.
Angelina is not quite that same girl who plunged into the Beverly Hilton’s pool in a beaded gown. Since then, Angelina has become a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and, with a passion to aid countries devastated by conflicts and diseases, adopted kids from around the world—Maddox (nicknamed Madd), 5, Zahara (Zee), 2, and her latest, Pax, 3. She has a biological daughter, Shiloh, 1, with her partner, Brad Pitt.
What has remained unchanged is that Angelina continues to be an excellent actress. The actress’ portrayal of Mariane Pearl, widow of slain journalist Daniel “Danny” Pearl, in “A Mighty Heart,” was praised by critics when the film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival last month.
At the Cannes press con for the movie which we attended, Angelina was a forthright interviewee as usual. But in this recent one, when it was more relaxed and we had her for slightly over an hour, she talked more openly for the first time. She did not shirk when asked about: the recent passing of her mother, Marcheline Bertrand; how Pax is doing; the rift with her father, actor John Voight; and how Brad was as her producer in “A Mighty Heart” and as her partner.
There was a catch in her voice as she mentioned Marcheline. She spoke about John in a hopeful tone. She squarely answered a question about her too-thin frame these days. For the fashionista readers, a female colleague supplied us this info: Angelina wore a vintage Moschino embroidered empire-waisted black cocktail dress and black Sergio Rossi high heels and toted a Botkier bag.
How is Brad as producer and as a partner?
I’m a very lucky woman. I have a beautiful family and Brad is a very supportive friend, man and a great father … and very romantic in his own way. But with this film, I was very nervous because I got to know Mariane and respected her so much. And then having somebody who is your partner as the producer can, in some ways, sound like a good idea but it can also make the pressure higher. I lost sleep over it. But he was very helpful.
Do you and Brad have different ideas about parenting?
We’re very similar. We back each other as parents. There is no divide like daddy’s okay with this but mommy’s not. We never want the kids to see us divided in the way we discipline. He’s just as affectionate and loving as I am. I am just as playful. They ride motorcycles and do boy things more than I do. They get dirty in the mud. But we try to make sure they know that they don’t divide mommy and daddy, that we agree, we’re together, we love each other and from there we have a family.
How does Brad help you in difficult times?
It’s funny to give all his secrets away. He’s really a great friend… If he’s sitting with me and asking how I feel, I feel like he really wants to know. He really cares. We talk very deeply about everything. When my mom passed away, he sat with me … and helped me through all the stages of handling it—what to deal with, her ashes, everything. He was just wonderful to my brother. I wasn’t thinking clearly. He spent the night asking us questions about our mom. He got us to tell funny stories about her, got us focused on all the love and the joy we were fortunate enough to have. He’s extraordinary.
How is Pax adjusting to his new family?
He’s a great kid. At first, we thought he was shy and quiet. Two days later at home, we discovered that he is the loudest member of the family. He is very athletic, very bold. We don’t know if it’s because he suddenly had (many forms of) freedom that he never had before. We still have a Vietnamese person around on occasion so he [won’t forget] his language. A Cambodian woman is coming to visit Madd. Pax and Zee have connected because they’re closer in age. Madd and Pax are brothers; there are times when they absolutely bond against everybody else in the family. They’re a tough team. Then they have moments when they bug each other—quite normal.
I’m really proud of Pax. You see certain things from somebody who has been institutionalized … habits. It’s quite obvious that he was used to a stronger discipline. It’s hard to change that—to be as strong [but] to just push him with love, by talking to him.
How are Brad’s parents with the kids? Do you sometimes leave the kids with them?
Brad’s parents are very kind to me, very warm. They’re great grandparents. It’s very important to me that the kids have that. I don’t know if I’d leave these four with anybody right now (laughter). They’re a wild bunch. When I first met [Brad’s parents], I was coming in with two adopted children from other countries. That was new for them. But they’re equally loving. We’ve left the kids with them quite a few times.
How is your relationship with your father?
I hope that, in the future, it will be more private. Unfortunately, our difficulties became very public—it was not started by me. At the end of the day, we both wish the best for each other. We will try to start communicating in some way. We have communicated through letters. We’ll see how far we can go where it’s healthy for both of us. I am sure we keep an eye on each other.
You are so thin. Is there a lot of pressure on actresses to be thin?
The funny thing is, when somebody says, you’re thin, a person says, thank you. To me actually, when somebody says I’m thin, it is not a compliment. It’s not something I want to be. I have always been lean.
This year, I lost my mom. I’ve gone through a lot. I have four kids. I just finished breast-feeding. It’s been hard to get my nutrition back on track and learn about my body after birth. I am doing the best I can. In my life, being a fan of AJ has brought so much information to the forefront on subjects that I may not have been familiar with, and that is something to be said for her influence on people.
I’ll to get the link to this article, as it is heartwarming. He is living in East Lansing, Michigan (home of Michigan State University) in an apartment with the other four “lost boys”.
Angelina has shown people alot of good can come out of reaching beyond our own borders.
Just ask Dominic Loki Maurice, who is quoted, “I am lucky in some ways, I am still living and many are not”.

I just think she knows who she is and what she means to Brad and to her children. Really, he has a stride about him, a confidence in his walk ( that is sexy as hell) and I think that comes from the security of his family and Angie’s love. He doesn’t have to sweat the small stuff anymore. No matter what drama is going on on the outiside or what craziness is happening in Holllywood his home is a safe haven for him now where all is good.

Blame the Man
Widely criticised yesterday for trying to control the press, Angelina Jolie revealed on Jon Stewart that it was a move made by her lawyer and her representatives and not something she knew about. As you would expect, her attorney has also stepped forward to admit that he went overboard in his attempt to protect his candid client and that she in no way had anything to do with trying to get members of the media to sign a contract prohibiting them from asking personal questions and saying negative things about her.
Angelina herself characterised the tactic as “excessive” (it absolutely WAS excessive!) and insisted that had she known about it, she never would have put it out there.
Said her lawyer:
“This was my creating something to protect her from the press’s talking about personal matters, a document that would limit discussion to the film. But it was drafted overly broadly. It was well intended, but I understand how it was received.”
She also addressed the issue of her weight, explaining that being thin is not an objective, nor does she consider it a compliment or in any way attractive. Coping with the loss of her mother has been understandably hard, coupled with breast feeding and running around after 4 children, Angelina said her eating habits haven’t been great:
“I’ve always been lean and this year I lost my mom and I’ve gone through a lot. I have four kids and I finished breastfeeding – it’s been hard to get my nutrition back on track. I hear what you are saying, and I hope you are right! haha!! I know Angie has soft spots like the rest of us, and hopefully this tabloid fodder is completely shut out of her world.
As for Brad not sweating the small stuff anymore, AMEN to that! He seems positively relieved and elated with his life right now. Maybe one of the reasons he never got involved any deeper with global issues before was because he was too busy trying to keep his wife at the time together…X herself even used that phrase when she belatedly “thanked” him backstage at that awards show “thanks for keeping me togehter, dude”, or some such drivel as that. So glad he recognized what a hollow existence he would have with her if he stayed. Angie allows him to live up to his full potential as a man. The difference is more than obvious.
What do u want from her? Let her live and enjoy life just as u do. She is cute and she has beautiful kids with a lovely man.
