Forbes Magazine just released the Celebrity 100, their annual list of the world’s most powerful. They tallied up celebrities’ annual salaries, web rank, press rank and TV rank … and PRESTO!
THE MOST POWERFUL…
Actor: Brad Pitt at #5
Actress: Angelina Jolie at #14
Kid star: Daniel Radcliffe at #79
Supermodel: Gisele Bundchen at #53
Singer: Madonna at #3
Athlete: Tiger Woods at #2
Celebrity: Oprah Winfrey at #1
Oprah pulled in earnings of $260 million for the year while all the tabloid regulars did not make the cut — Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears, who topped the Celebrity 100 in 2002.

No, AJ is there for all the things she does and her popularity as witnessed by all these people going crazy when she shows up. you can’t steal a grown man w/ free will.
Will Smith had a hit movie last year and was nominated for an Oscar this year, what was the criteria for this list? That makes no sense how low he is on the list.
Nicole Kidman has not had a hit since The Others.
Roger Federer? Only if your a rabid tennis fan would you even know who that is. even if you do know he just does not have the charisma other famous athletes have. Strange list.

but she is all about using every aspect of her celebrity for the greater good and I am one of a never ending mass of people who she is AFFECTING IN A BIG WAY——ANGELINA YOU ARE AFFECTING PEOPLE AND SHIFTING OPINIONS.
I don’t discredit Jolie’s beauty or humanitarian efforts. But the woman is a bad/mediocre actress. Her movies are all rough sex scenes. She doesn’t have a lot of range (I’ve seen Gia and Girl, Interrupted) and is just terribly overrated as an actress. This list is stupid. As long as Jessica Simpson beats out ALAN GREENSPAN, I pretend i’m not American.

Oprah is one powerful woman. Never under-estimate the power of the soccer Moms. Brad Pitt is a powerful playa in Hollywood as well as an activist for several good causes. Jolie is simply Jolie. She is the hottest chick in the Hollywood game with a good heart. Jay-Z is what America is all about, rising from poverty to become a self-made millionaire.
