Tyra reminds me a lot of Rhianna. Both tall, colored eyes, and have huge foreheads that they sometimes try to hide with bangs.
I don’t mind so much the hair, but that dress is way too out there. Hey, at least it got her noticed.

What the FRACK!!! This is why I don’t like Tyra-nasaurus, or atleast one of the reasons. She ALWAYS has to go way over the top so as to draw alot of attention to herself, and like here, it usually doesn’t work and she just looks like crap or a moron with whatever she is doing.

Great person, but see looks horrible in this dress. If you’re going to be the host of a show about fashion, you should always look your best. Don’t just get your opionion, but try to get at least two opionions before you walk out of the door. You also look unhappy in these pictures. Whats up lady?
I just figured it out, this is an incredibly messy version of the stunning Vera Wang dress worn by Keira Knightley at the oscars in 2006.
I can’t figure out WTF it *is*, but I don’t dislike it. Those of you who said it wasn’t an appropriate choice for day wear are right. But that said, I don’t think there are any standards she’s obligated to conform to.
You have to admit, it is a dramatic number.
Its too dramatic for a daytime Emmy Awards which no body watched, I am sure. She is prepared as if its Oscars or something, and its disaster.

Some people think that big is better…this is a good example of why it doesn’t always work…the dress is too much…she went overboard for the Emmy’s…and the top of the dress is so similar to Keira Knighley’s Oscar dress 2 years ago…

Please Cavalli is ITALIAN and they know sexy more than anyone IMO. Cavalli at 80 knows sexy more than the average American ever will. Americans think sexy is having breasts like a cow.

Hey, I think in comparison to Oscars, her face and hair looks better because she is not wearing that lace front wig which makes her hairline look fake. I really dont like Roberto Cavalli so I’m probably biased but the dress is a total disaster, but her face looks alright, but overall she looks like an orange (a really tanned one), her hair, her face, her dress, its too much.

It looks different, but sometimes different isn’t bad. Tyra is usually pretty dang fierce, and this really isn’t an exception.
