Looks like at age 67 Roberto Cavalli needs to have his eyes examined, maybe new glasses would have helped. This dress is really ugly. The top is ok but the skirt does look like bunched up bronze garbage bags.
But then again, maybe poor Roberto is just to OLD to know/remember what sexy, or sophisticated looks like…………..

Please Cavalli is ITALIAN and they know sexy more than anyone IMO. Cavalli at 80 knows sexy more than the average American ever will. Americans think sexy is having breasts like a cow.
That dress is too grand for “round the way” Miss Tyra. The right woman would have rocked that dress.

Hey, I think in comparison to Oscars, her face and hair looks better because she is not wearing that lace front wig which makes her hairline look fake. Her dress is definitely not fit for the Emmys, its more like a corpse bride dress.She needs to stick to “the less is more” rule when it comes to dressing up.
It reminds me of Keira Knightley dress that she wore to the Oscars a few years ago. It looked much better on Keira.

I think she’s trying to be avant garde in an obvious way and it’s not working, plus, the dress is a blown up version of the dress Keira Knightley wore to the Academy Awards last year. Check it out.

I really dont like Roberto Cavalli so I’m probably biased but the dress is a total disaster, but her face looks alright, but overall she looks like an orange (a really tanned one), her hair, her face, her dress, its too much.

I’m sorry I think the opposite, Roberto Cavalli is too vulgar, and “breasts like a cow” and Cavalli go hand in hand. If you get what I mean.

It looks different, but sometimes different isn’t bad. Tyra is usually pretty dang fierce, and this really isn’t an exception.
If I were her stylist, I would have chosen something way different, but she pulled it off, I think…
