Brad Pitt Resumes Daddy Duties

Maybe Doug thought that he was being proactive, in terms of preventing paps from coming to Missouri and stalking them and their friends for quotes again. After all, Brad had to return to the country in winter 2005/spring 2006 to get restrainting orders against the paps for chasing his family down.

Personally, if the paps begin the stalking again, I hope Brad would stay put in Prague and take care of the kids and Angelina. After all, the Pitts are adults and can handle whatever comes their way.

I’ve seen Doug Pitt, he’s like HEE HAW all the way. He’s one of those born again, Assembly of God people. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but those people come from a very little, little world.

I also feel bad for Angelina if she has to deal with these judgemental people. She’s always only had beautiful, wonderful things to say about Brad and his family. Aniston on the other hand had said some of the worst.

Bottomline ppl, Brad’s family and prolly Brad himself do not hate Jen (even tho you all would really love that). Only you and Angie hate her, so suck up the hate and move on for you sad pity party … Jen will alwys be a part of the Pitts life.

PS. Reality, check if Jen was all the things you guys say why would Brad’s family still be in ctc with her? I think they know how what really happened and that is why they will support her … they know what a snake their own family member was and know it was Jen’s fault. I think it screams volumes about the real reasons they broke up.

PSS. Angie is not gonna come out and say she doesnt like Brads family, or vice versa … DUH! She is a actress “Brad’s family is lovely, and they been lovely to MY children” .. blah blah blah. Oscar nonimation right there .. LOL

Pitt’s brother Doug told the magazine: “Jennifer is a friend of Brad’s. Why wouldn’t she be a friend of ours?”

So Jen is just a friend of Brad … NO LONGER FAMILY.

Oh yes, Brad and Jen are soooo not “friends”, but I think Brad felt he had to get his mom out of the quagmire she got pulled into. Saying everyone is friends and all is well is a way of doing that. It’s Brad’s way of saying there is no story, no drama, forget it. You are correct that Huvane would have been working the mess out of that “friend” angle had it been true.

Again, Mrs. Pitt is not a public person, hance the statement was given. Brad and Angie are public people, and they know tabloid garbage comes along with their jobs.

Ol’ Jenjen went out of the frying pan into the fire on this one! haha!! Yeah, yeah, they’ll always manitain they are all “friends”, but you can bet Jane Pitt want nothing else to do with the X now.

IA. He is trying to get her out of it before it snowballs into something bigger. Also he doesn’t want the focus to shift off of the movie coming out Friday to this crap. I think it was smart not to mention Angie.in Doug’s statement. Because really she has nothing to do with this. To mention her would be comparing the two and Brad is smart enough to know to stay away from any comparison of the two. JA is on the outside looking in and Angie/Brad is really the focus on which that family revolves around, nothing to compare. He was also smart in saying they were friends publicly (I don’t believe it to be true) because sh either has to deny it thus putting Brad and his mother on blast or say nothing thus saying it is true. which means ther should be no more pity party, no more crap pubiclu where Brad is concerned if they have all moved on an or friends. her pity ride on the Brad/Angie coattails are offically over with tha statement.

I could defintely see your scenerio about the beach house happening. Do you think Brad was at the Malibu house also or just the parents? If JA pulled that he is pissed and a little disappointed probably that his mom fell for it given the last 3 years. If you saw the photos both JA and JP didn’t look happy when JP left, I don’t think it was a good visit. But all in all I think they handled it well. I knew after yesterday something would have to be said. You and I talked about that, I just didn’t want it coming from Brad’s rep. So, I’m glad that they did it this way.

It is obvious that some of the people posting work for the tabloids. They are trying to put their spin on things. It is best to ignore. Trolls get paid by the hour and are taking up valuable time. All parties involved have moved on. The X is with the gay/boytoy/model. That happens with a defective gaydar. BP and AJ are in love, happily raising children. Cleave until the wife and leave all childish behavoir behind. Peace.

I agree. Just like they used to go on Brad Pitt fan boards and post portions of their articles to stir the pot.

I understand completely Doug Pitt’s statement. They aren’t going to have a sit down and tell everyone what Brad and Angelina and themselves have had to deal with over these past years.

Doug’s sticking to the agreed divorce announcement by Aniston and Brad. lol

The unfortunate victim in all of this is Angelina because she’s the one they go after because Brad doesn’t talk.

t has to do with me not understanding why there was a need to comment on the status of the Pitts’ relationship with JA at all. As you and others have said, they don’t feel the need to comment on every tabloid story about Angie, Brad/Angie, their kids, so why this one? Why clarify what was going on at this “meeting” at all?

I think it had to do with it being People magazine. They called doug and he probably thought this was not going to be some big story.. OR he thought saying Jennifer was a friend of the family was a good quick answer, and it would defuse some of the upcoming tabloid stories that are sure to come out.

What was Doug to say when he got a call from People? he has already spoken out twice on the dumb rumors that his family didnt like angie.

This story is even going to be on ET! Crazy! Jen is so irrelevant when she isnt connected to Brad.
