Megan Fox kicks robot ass in this month’s highly anticipated box office behemoth Transformers. This 21-year-old actress is morphing into a full-fledged movie star! Here are some snippets from her July 2007 interview with Maxim:
How have you avoided the cliched road to rehab? I’ve done drugs, and that’s how I know I don’t like them. Cocaine is back with a vengeance–everyone in every club is doing drugs. A lot of people are on prescription drugs. Celebrities aren’t trying to hide it, except where people have camera phones.
Did you go through an experimental phase? I wanted to try several things and make an informed decision, but I didn’t enjoy anything other than marijuana. I don’t even think of it as a drug–it should be legalized. I know about five people who aren’t on drugs today, and I’m one of them.
Finally, a celebrity who isn’t afraid to tell the truth! I’m blunt and maybe too honest. But being outspoken is good for women, particularly when it come to sex. Women are supposed to be on magazine covers dressed provocatively, but they’re not allowed to talk about sex? That double standard angers me.
Don’t forget to breathe… I really enjoy having sex, and that’s offensive to some people. Women are the quickest to call other women sluts, which is sad. I haven’t met a lot of men who’ve said, “You like having sex? What a dirty whore you are!” That’s because they wish their wives or girlfriends would have more sex with them.
What kinds of things put you in a good mood? I’m young and have a lot of hormones–I’m always in the mood. But I like sex with one person in a relationship. Sex with random-ass people at clubs isn’t what I’m about.
You’ve got nine tattoos. Are you trying to break Angelina Jolie’s record? Every time I get a tattoo, it’s a little ****-you to anyone who tells me not to. It’s weird to be part of Hollywood, which tries to control every aspect of people, from what they say to the color of their hair. And I like the way getting a tattoo feels. If I’m depressed, it’s nice to get one and deal with the pain. I have one all the way down to my ribs. It hurt, but it felt good–like twisting a loose tooth. I’m not kidding when I say that if I ever lose a role because of my tattoos, I’ll quit Hollywood and go to work at Costco.

I wish I wasn’t too lazy to right now to look it up…and if I cared more, I would anyway - but I believe Angelina gave almost those exact same answers in interviews she’s done (re tattoos, women and sex and dressing provocatively on mags - double standard, etc.) - poor Meg hasn’t she or her agent heard of Google?? The poor girl has done practically Nothing in the movie business, and she’s almost hated as much as Jennifer Aniston. Hahaha I’ve never even heard the girl speak, so I’m sure most [insert acronym] fans haven’t either.

at first i thought she was really pretty but the more pictures i see of her i find there isn’t anything that special. she wears a lot of make up to look like that.
She just comes across as trying too damn hard. And I hate when people say they don’t think pot should be considered a drug, when they mean it shouldn’t be illegal. It’s a drug by definition, same as alcohol or caffeine, because of its effects. That isn’t a bad thing, in and of itself.

I have never even seen this chick anywhere but on here and on the commercials for Transformers.
I don’t know who the heck she is… just know her from her being on this site. My Husband got that Maxim in the mail and I saw her and looked at her pics and thought her tattoos were ridiculous!! How dumb to get all those sayings.

ok, ok.. this reminds me of AJ few years back: a rebel, a self harm babe etc… in 5 or 6 years from now, or 10, Megan Fox will be hated by most, will be called a *****, a husband stealer, a homewrecker, and a fake and a liar. and when she’ll be doing her humanitarian work and adopt a ton of kids, the haters will post this interview and the following hundreds she’ll have again to prove that she used to be wild girl in her post teens. i’ll be there in 10 years and i’ll come here to post ‘ive told you so… the story repeats itself…

Angelina can act. Even as a young girl she had amazing screen presence. Megan Fox, not at all.
I think Megans pretty even without all the make-up and I love tats so they don’t bother me, but I don’t think she has the depth of acting ability Angelina had.
People try and say Jolie is a bad actress, but that’s far from the truth. I was watching Girl Interrupted the other day and I realized that the new starlets, like Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johanssen, Jessica Biel, really don’t have the acting chops as some of the old starlets like Jolie did. The only starlet who deserves tons of props IMO is Natalie Portman because she can act her ass of.
Megan Fox is just pretty and wild, but nothing special.

I can say unequivacably that she doesn’t hold a candle to Angelina, and she’s probably secretly flattered to all hell that she keeps getting the comparison thrown her way. She’s just way too young and un-developed to have even earned a hint of that comparison — I think it’s only based on her looks and tats.
She is beautiful though, and I think she’ll be around for awhile, if only for the eye candy. As far as her overtly sexual interview/photos, HELLO ~ this was for Maxim — the mag that turns everything into sex! I’m sure she’d do a different spread/interview for Seventeen.

It’s already been said by numerous critics, that from a very young age Jolie had presence, including in the movie Foxfire.
Megan Fox is very pretty to me, but doesn’t seem to have very much as far as talent. Who knows she might prove me wrong and good for her if she does.
She does look too much like Angelina Jolie. Megan is very hot but copying someone else is not the way too go. She need to find her own look. But damn, this girl is so gorgeous, unlike all the other girls right now in Hollywood.
